We stopped selling HM1 licenses when HM2 was released in November of 2011. We stopped updating for critical bugs and providing support for HM1 at the end of April 2014 so it may not work on your/most sites if they released major updates since we last updated it.

If you have any problems other than registration there is nothing else we can do since we no longer support this software so you should consider trying HM2. If you have not tried it recently you should be able to install the latest update and activate a new 30 day trial. If you have any problems with the trial let us know and we can extend the trial for you manually.

Please note that FTP/Stars recent rules changes makes HM1 no longer allowed on any Amaya software.

Not sure why, but once I turn on HM2, Stars Hotkeys no longer works.

If I turn off Hm2, Stars Hotkeys is fine again.

How can i make my HUD popup for certain stats in a way thats similar to the PT4 popup....where when i click on a stat the only thing that pops up is the sample size?

ex. I click on turn CB stat and i get "15/30"...and not much else

ATM i get something with too much info, info i dont need, turnCB for example looks like this:

The Windows tool tips feature that allows us to invoke a popup when hovering only allows one type of hover over popup. It is not possible to create a popup in HM2 like you see in PT4 on those images you linked. HM3 will have a hover popup similar to the one you see in PT4 but this is simply not possible in HM2.

playing on microgaming, my hud doesnt match to the seats correctly, but if i move one it moves on the other table even though they are both in independent mode. table one hud need shifting over 1 seat for some players. Anything i can do?

We do not know when HM3 will be available for Beta.

We can tell you that all HM2 owners will receive a discount on any upgrade to HM3 and that the highest discounts will be given to those that purchased HM2 just prior to the release of HM3 Beta.

Are you sitting in the same seat on both tables (bottom center)? If yes, you should leave the Table HUD Options in preferred mode.

That being said, there is/was a known issue with HUD placement on 8max tables that we had solved at one point. If it is still/again an issue we need to see some new HUD Issue Reports from users experiencing the problem.

Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'HUDStats' and 'FastPoker' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps. You can also enable this before you launch HM2 from the Start Menu.

Please reproduce the problem and:
- Attach a screen shot of the table/desktop
- Try to include the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the screen shot
- Save a copy of the original Hand history for the table with the issue
- Close HM2 and attach your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing.

With all the above information we should be able to narrow down what is causing the issue. If all the information is not included we will need to email you again to request it.

Sorry. That stands for Graphical User Interface. As in being able to see the data in the main HM2 window/Reports vs being able to see that data/stats in the Heads Up Display on the tables.

No. You can create an alias of all your screen names to see your overall session results on that window. Or click the 'Filter all Reports to this Session' button then open the Reports > More Reports > 'Poker Site' report if you want to see the current session broken down by screen name.

Just joined Stars and my hud is over the wrong players. When I correct one table it messes up the next. How do I correct this again?

Open the HM2 > HUD Settings > HUD Designer menu > Click 'Reset' > [x] Panel Positions > OK

1) Open one Table, play at least one hand.
2) Move the stats with the Arrow Buttons (< >) on the Table Averages HUD to rotate your HUD where it belongs.
3) Now you can open further tables but you will always have to play at least one hand for the stats to be moved to the correct positions.

If the HUD panels are near their proper seat but just need a slight move to fine tune their positions you can move them with the right mouse button - hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/2601/Mouse+Shortcuts#movehuds

Maybe removing certain file in folder, or having to tick smth somewhere?

Hi!
My HEM is not displaying winnings correctly. I am playing HU hypers on ACR and some of the results are missing from the graph. However, all of the hands are imported and I can see them right away under "current session". However the "current session" and winnings graphs are both wrong, they sometimes don't get updated. Is this a known issue, what could I try to fix this?

They do not write summary files so we can't always get the results information from the hand history files. HM3 will be able to handle these types of issues/tournaments better.

Any tournament with more than 1 table (and some single table games) will require a separate Tournament Summary/History file to be imported for HM2 to properly calculate the size, places, and prizes. Without this information it is impossible for HM2 to work out the correct results. The only sites that currently write these summary files that we support right now is Pokerstars, Full Tilt, and Pacific. If your site does not write summaries, or you experience any discrepancies with the results, you will need to manually edit the results via the Reports > Tournament > Tournaments > right-click > edit.

If you continue to have problems please zip and email the problem hand histories, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to us using the 'Contact Support' link.

All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth e.g C:\HM2Archive\2009\07\31 or if it was auto-imported with v7283+ it would be in C:\HM2Archive\SiteName\YYYY\MM\DD.

When sending any files please zip them (right-click > send to > compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. If the attachment is larger than 10MB please upload them to a file hosting site like dropbox, then 'copy public link' and paste the download link directly into the support ticket email.

Thank you for your help, it looks like I'll be contacting support since the results under Reports all look like they should and everything is imported. It's just the graphs missing winnings.

Is it possible to have the stat abbreviations on the hud a different colour from the value of the stats?
