For example, recently I played 3625 hands of 10nl Full Ring and it shows 957 raked hands, so that is only 26.4%. Only 26% of hands see the flop? I suppose its possible but that seems very low.

We would need to see a small sample of hands, as mentioned above, where you think they take rake from a hand but it is not counted as a rake hand. I can't speak to what is a common percent of hands that see the flop at that stake/site.

So I have been using the same license for years now without any problem

The past weekend I bought myself a new desktop and tried to enter the serial number

However I got this message|: no activations left for this license code

That doesent make much sense since im using the software on my laptop ( and on my previous destop as well)

So what should I do to fix this problem?

Ok I have a sample ready to send you in a support ticket, how do I save it from the report and attach it?

Your HM2 license is valid on two computers that you own. If you receive the message "there are no more activations available", you can reset your code.
For the steps to reset your Holdem Manager code please see this FAQ.

If you continue to have problems we need you to send us the \HM2Logs folder as explained in the last steps under 'Contact Support'.

I bought this reg key from my former backer at discount
So resetting the code wont do any good since I dident purchase it under my own name

Any other suggestions you might have?

Try toggling off the [ ] 'Show Abbreviations' option. If that setting is toggled on you can't choose the separator as the stat abbreviations will be the separators.

Please try to vacuum/analyze and reindex your database.

If you continue to have problems, try the following:

Try creating a new DataBase and import a small portion of your \HM2Archive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB.

If the new database seems to work properly, it sounds like your database might be corrupt. Please continue to use the new database and import the rest of your hands using the steps above. This is why regular backups are a good idea. If your database becomes corrupt you can restore a backup and only have to import the most recent hands (that were played after the backup was created) and edit any tournament results if necessary. I recommend keeping at least the most recent 2 or 3 backups in case the most recent one does not restore properly you can try the previous backup.

Here is a FAQ explaining how to backup your database and all settings in one easy step.

If none of that helps please zip and email the problem hand histories, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to us using the 'Contact Support' link.

How can I edit a saved HUD pop up I created myself? About 6 months ago I designed a 6max popup which I would now like to edit but when I'm in Hud Setting>Popup Designer I can't select the pop up I designed myself to edit. I'm still able to use it at the tables and can select it in the top left white box. Please see the attached SN, custom made Pop up is called 6max which isn't available in the drop down menu.

If you brows in Windows Explorer to C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\Co nfig can you see the 6max.pop file?

If you can't see it, turn off the windows option that is hiding that directory. http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...es+in+Windows+

Hem constantly freezing on startup, has happend frequently in the past and usually killing the program and reopening fixes it.

For the past two days it simply wont open at all, i updated Microsoft Framework and managed to successfully run Hem but today its doing the same thing.

I have completed all windows updates, exempt Hem + Post from any windows firewall as suggested in another post and am running via admin.

I can't tell what is causing the problem from a screen shot. We need you to send log files.

Please reproduce the problem and zip/attach your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing.

I can't see it in the config folder. I've created a few different pop ups and none of them are in that folder. T

I'm running windows 10 that faq only has up to windows 8.

Which FAQ are you referring to? I linked 2 or 3 faqs there. That said, the steps in Win 10 should be nearly the same as Win 8 for most things. Please send the \config folder with a link to this thread/forum and your user name and tell us which HUD config name you are using that you can still see the popup in and what stat/tab the popup is assigned to. We should be able to copy your prefs.xml for some testing (it will contain your hud layouts and the attached popups) but if the 6max.pop file does not exist in the config folder there is something odd going on and I am not sure if we will be able to solve it. This is why it is a good idea to backup that \config folder from time to time if creating custom .pop files.

I was referring to the first faq, the 6max pop up doesn't appear in the config folder along with a few other custom ones.

Who am I sending the config folder to? Can you give me an email address plz.

How could I go about this please?

A grid of all the hands with played hands highlighted would be cool (not playing on pokerstars)
