I play on Ipoker...if i can just edit/delete the files that would solve the problem.

Cheers Fozzy.

EDIT: Just edited, thanks - it was a relatively easy fix.

Ipoker doesn't write summaries so the only option for any/most MTT and likely some STT is editing the results.

You are just referring to their hole cards?

Please try to vacuum/analyze and reindex your database - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...29#maintenance

If you continue to have problems, try the following:

Try creating a new DataBase and import a small portion of your \HM2Archive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...y+played+hands

If the new database seems to work properly, it sounds like your database might be corrupt. This is why regular backups are a good idea. If your database becomes corrupt you can restore a backup and only have to import the most recent hands (that were played after the backup was created) and edit any tournament results if necessary.

Here is a FAQ explaining how to backup your database and all settings in one easy step - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...onfigs+work%3F

If none of the above steps helped please zip and email the problem hand histories. If you have a large sample just send us a small sample which you can reproduce the problems with. Please include a link to the relevant thread if you posted this in the forums and send it to hm2support@holdemmanager.com

All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HM2Archive\2009\07\31) or if it was auto-imported with v7283+ it would be in \HM2Archive\SiteName\YYYY\MM\DD.

When sending any hand history files please zip them (right-click > send to > compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. If the attachment is too big to attach to an email please upload them to a file hosting site like dropbox or filedropper and send us the download link.

Please make sure the replayer options (click in the bottom left corner) - [ ] show stats up to date of hand is unchecked. If it is checked and you have to uncheck it you need to restart HM2 for the changes to take effect.

That should get the lifetime HUD stats in the replayer back if you are still having the problem.

Hi,

I have the same problem as the previous time I posted on this thread, I have contacted hm support but I am waiting for a reply. The HUD in game stops updating after 2 hands, the HH in game does not updated, and in the active session tab or on the reports tab nothing updates.

Then you are not importing hands. I have no way to know what your email address is and when you contacted us but if it was today you should get a reply soon if you haven't already. The instructions given in our previous reply to you should solve your problems but if they did not hopefully you sent the requested answers/information so we can assist you further. If you haven't got a reply shortly (make sure you check your junk/spam inbox as sometimes our emails get filtered there) please PM me your email address so I can check to make sure we replied.

It should be universal for all databases on the same machine. The report configuration and column settings are stored in the C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager folder \reports and \config\columnsettings

Hey, HEM2 has been showing "No hands found" in the tournaments tab lately (it shows tourneys during the session im in but disappear once i restart HEM). Hands are showing up in the Active Session tab after restarting though.
Last week i purged all hands from my DB and that seems to be when the problem started.
The "Save tournament summaries" in the pokerstars client is checked with the correct file location in the hem2 'site setup' tab. Cash hands are importing fine on full tilt fwiw.
The only thing I have changed on my computer lately was switching to Avira antivirus, not sure if that could make any difference but thought id mention it.

If you continue to have problems:

Avira causes major issues. It blocks the database folder, keeping us from writing to it. In some cases, we have seen Avira corrupt Windows to the point the hard drive needs to be reformatted. We do not recommend using it at any time. We recommend Microsoft Security Essentials or Kaspersky for the lowest chance of HM2 conflicts while staying protected against viruses.

Many of those free Norton, Mcaffee, Comodo, Zonealarm, Avira, Avast, AVG, Bitdefender, etc, 'internet security' bundles will not work well with Holdem Manager.

Please do the following steps, so we can get your computer to a state that we know will work with Holdem Manager:

1) Uninstall any 3rd party security software bundles.
2) Reboot your computer
3) Please install the latest version: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...ger_2_Beta.exe
- After downloading, you should right-click the file, go to properties and click unblock. Then, right click the file and run as administrator.
4) Enable Windows Firewall's recommended settings through your Control Panel, turn off Windows Defender, and add firewall exceptions for HM and SQL - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...rewall%29#MSES
5) Install Microsoft Security Essentials for antivirus/malware protection and update it - http://www.microsoft.com/security_essentials/

I have been using HEM 2 it seems to work fine but, it is not accurately determining my results. My guess is that it isn't factoring in rebuys but, I am not positive. It has the correct total amount of games but, way too much profit. Any help will be greatly appreciated!!! Thanks

Tournaments? Which site or sites are you experiencing this issue with?

Any tournament with more than 1 table (and some single table games) will require a separate Tournament Summary/History file to be imported for HM2 to properly calculate the size, places, and prizes. Without this information it is impossible for HM2 to work out the correct results. The only sites that currently write these summary files that we support right now is Pokerstars, Full Tilt, and Pacific. If your site does not write summaries, or you experience any discrepancies with the results, you will need to manually edit the results via the Reports > Tournament > Tournaments > right-click > edit - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...rnament+Editor

If you continue to have problems please zip up and email the problem hand histories with details of the issue you are experiencing or a link to the relevant thread and send it to hm2support@holdemmanager.com

Is there a way to filter the cash results graph to show either 6 max or full ring tables? I play both but sometimes the full ring tables I play are short and I want to seperate them from 6max games.

More Reports > Winnings Summary = report sorted by stakes and number of seats at the table.

Ctrl or Shift + left click to pick the various stakes you want to graph if you are trying to graph more than one stake.

Click the 'show or hide the results graph' icon to the right of that drop-down for the popout graph only showing the hands for the rows you selected above.

Please see this FAQ.

Most of the basics can be found by searching the FAQs though admittedly/unfortunately the search function is not as good as it used to be since we did some server work.

How did you backup exactly? With the database manager backup tab? If yes, just transfer that .pghembk file to your other computer via dropbox or usb flash drive and use the Restore tab in the Database Manager.

If you backed up some other way please explain what you did exactly.

Here is our backup FAQ for both the database manager and manual backup of hands/settings:
