Are you on the new beta? The changes stars pushed to NL2 and NL5 zoom last week has been pushed to all zoom stakes. We don't have a fix ready for NL16 zoom yet (later today hopefully) but the rest should be fine if you update to the latest beta mentioned in the HM2 Advisory on the home page.

If PokerStars is open, you must close PokerStars, start the HUD and then open PokerStars before Zoom HUD will function properly. I can confirm this for NL10 ZOOM aswell after the new beta update. Also tested NL5 and NL2. Also doesn't work. I'm playing 6max. I'm on windows 10

How can I revert?

Which site? Are you using preferred seating? If not, and you can, you should.

If your site does not have that feature you need to use the independent mode in the Table HUD Options shown here - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...2831/Table+HUD

If you are using preferred seating:

Please update to the latest beta version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...ger_2_Beta.exe

1) Export any custom HUD configs.
2) Open the HM2 > HUD Settings > HUD Designer menu > Click 'Reset' > [x] Panel Positions > OK

Please check this FAQ if you play at pokerstars - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...For+PokerStars

1) Open one Table, play at least one hand.
2) Move the stats with the Arrow Buttons (< >) on the Table Averages HUD to rotate your HUD where it belongs.
3) Now you can open further tables but you will always have to play at least one hand for the stats to be moved to the correct positions.

Reverting will not solve this.

NP, glad it helped. As an aside, in case you do not know, now that you have that solved and the HUDs positioned: if the HUD panels are near their proper seat but just need a slight move to fine tune their positions you can move them with the right mouse button - hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/2601/Mouse+Shortcuts#movehuds

Sit/games? You always should include at least this information as there may be known issues at a particular site/game like at stars/zoom right now.

If you are playing zoom:

Are you on the new beta? The changes stars pushed to NL2 and NL5 zoom last week have been pushed to all zoom stakes. We don't have a fix ready for NL16 zoom yet (later today hopefully) but the rest should be fine if you update to the latest beta mentioned in the HM2 Advisory on the home page.

Please update to the latest beta version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...ger_2_Beta.exe

IMPORTANT Zoom Installation Instructions:
On the first run, you must start the Hold'em Manager 2 HUD BEFORE you launch PokerStars. If PokerStars is open, you must close PokerStars, start the HUD and then open PokerStars before Zoom HUD will function properly. If the Zoom HUD is not displaying after doing the above, please uninstall PokerStars and re-download and install PokerStars as the PokerStars installation is more than likely corrupted and a PokerStars reinstall should resolve the issue.

If you continue to have problems:

Make sure you always start HM2 first before you open the PokerStars Client. If you closed PokerStars for any reason and did not close HM2 please close them both and start HM2 before you stars PokerStars again.

Please check all of the steps on this FAQ - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...rs+Zoom+Tables

If you continue to have problems please send the requested files/screenshots as instructed at the end of the FAQ in the link above.

If you are not playing zoom we still need the same logs/files sent but you can skip the steps beyond just trying the latest beta update:

Please update to the latest beta version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...ger_2_Beta.exe

If you continue to have problems:

Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'HUDStats' and 'FastPoker' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps. You can also enable this before you launch HM2 from the Start Menu - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ging#startmenu

Please reproduce the problem and:
- Use the tool in the following link to send a HUD Report - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...Reporting+Tool
- Attach a screen shot of the table/desktop
- Try to include the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the screen shot
- Save a copy of the original Hand history for the table with the issue
- Close HM2 and attach your log.txt file with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ger+Support%3F

With all the above information we should be able to narrow down what is causing the issue, if all the information is not included we will need to email you again to request it.

Please zip and email the requested files to hm2support@holdemmanager.com and if there is a forum thread with additional information please link to this thread and let us know your forum name if there are several people in the thread.

i recently got bovada converter, so i can now import bovada hands into my hm2 db. I have been playing sngs. is it possible to see how much $ev i am expecting to make. i'm more concerned with actual EV based on payout structure than i am with chipEV.

if i can view this information please tell me how. i do see an $icm diff stat, what does that mean?

so, i did find a tourney $ev stat. i filtered my games for 6 players because i wanted to view how im doing in 6 max 65/35 format. I do not think its a coincidence that my $ev is 4,871.21 and net won chips is 4,872.

are the bovada tourney formats/prizes/buyin read properly? have a feeling its going to be hard to see an actual ICM $ev, hope im wrong though, any insight would be greatly appreciated

ya, also just noticed in the replayer that there is no buyin info.

This is not something we can answer or help with. If you have any problems with HM2 using third party tools to use our software with unsupported sites all support will need to be handled by them as we do not provide technical support for problems with our software on unsupported sites. Please contact the acepokersolutions guys via email or their thread here and they should be able to answer your questions.

Hello. I have a very simple question.

As i know i am only able to use my purchased key on two different computers (i have already used them both on my PC and on my laptop). However my laptop is encountering some problems and needs reinstallment. Will i still be able to use my key afterwards? If not, what will i need to do to surpass this problem.

Thanks in advance

For HoldemManager performance, the difference will be minimal*.
*assuming:
-the RAID0 setup will only increase the sequential read/write speeds
(nearly double those speeds)
-the 4K read/write speeds stay the same

Under very special, rare circumstances (will depend on the SSD drives / controller / driver), RAID0 may also increase the 4K read/write speed.
If that occurs RAID0 will be faster.

-4K read/write speeds: are very small files. Good for databases / starting up Windows. (Windows consists of a surprising lot of very small 4K-512KB files)
-Sequential read/write speeds: are very big files. The bigger the better. Let's take >100 MB as an example. Good for video editing / compressing/extracting large files (WinRAR), moving around your entire collection of movies from one drive to the other, etc.*
*SSD manufacturers usually only advertise with this sequential read /write speed how fast their drives are.

Created a new account on a site which is now co-operating with hm2, however the hands are now showing in the database but the HUD is working in game.

Does anyone know why this is the case? thanks.

Hi,

My HUD won't appear at the Zoom tables. It just shows "waiting for hands..."

However, the HUD does work at the regular tables.

Stars and HM2 are both updated to the latest versions.

Last time I played, which was 2 days ago, everything worked perfectly.

Could you tell me what I should do?

Thanks for your time

There is not enough information here to know.

Please follow the instructions in the following FAQ and reply back with the answers to the 12 questions in that FAQ. Those answers should help us quickly identify your issue, skipping questions will just mean we have to ask again in the next email and will delay the resolution of the issue - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...es+not+work%3F

Alternatively you can use our Priority Support Tool which often resolves the issue and it will ask you relevant questions and at the end it will forward us the answers if you couldn't resolve it - http://www.holdemmanager.com/store/priority-support/ - look for the 'HUD is not working' topic. Requests via the priority support tool receive higher priority than normal emails.
