What free anti-virus are you using? I have been using Microsoft Security Essentials for over 4 years without issue. Some (a lot) of the bigger name brand stuff does not work well with HM2 for some customers.

pokerstars site just got update. now my hm1 cant see hud stats. i used 10Oct2013 patch to update already but still cant see hud stats.

Oh solved. I uninstalled Mcaffee internet security and enabled run win8 compatibility for hm and pokerstars. now can see hud stats.

i have adaware. i think mccaffee is running too

adaware shouldn't cause issues. If it does you can disable the real time scanning from the system tray when playing with HM1/2 and run manual scan instead.

Some people have issues with McAfee but most can usually overcome the problems by setting exceptions/exclusions in the software as explained on our FAQs.

Hi I am very new to HEM2 I was using PT4 previously.

When I go to Tournaments > Tournamnets winnings graph and select to show luck adjusted winnings nothing happens but the line turns a brown colour but doesnt move. I aslo really dont think its saving my T summaries.

When I opened Firefox, just to stream some music, Firefox crashed three times. My computer is running very slowly right now. I guess I'll have to undo all of the changes I made (I trust the guide and had no idea why I was doing what I was doing, but I followed the instructions). Is there something specific I should change back? This is awful, my computer is basically unusable right now.

Does the 3bet hero and the positional 3bet v heros open stats include times villain has squeezed and you are the original raiser? I don't think they do but I'm unsure.

You want something for the total of any/all streets for any raised or limped pot? I am not sure if we have anything this general in nature. Please try to give me some more details about exactly how general this stat is and some examples if possible and I can ask our stats expert when he is online next.

Any tournament with more than 1 table (and many single table games) will require a separate Tournament Summary/History file to be imported for HM2 to properly calculate the size, places, and prizes. The only sites that write these summary files is Pokerstars, Full Tilt, and Pacific. If your site does not write summaries, or you experience any discrepancies with the results, you will need to manually edit the results via the Reports > Tournament > Tournaments > right-click > edit - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...rnament+Editor

If you play at PokerStars you may need to request and import any/all of your old tournament histories and import those to HM2. Stars did not write the tourney summaries to your hard drive in the past, like FTP did. They recently added this feature, so please enable the option in the PokerStars client to be sure that it is enabled in the Pokerstars options and be sure that HM2 has added the folder to your Auto Import Folder Configuration.

Email support@pokerstars.com and ask for ALL your old Hand Histories and Tournament Histories/Summaries.

They will send you an email with links to zip files of your hand histories. Download all the zip files. Right-Click > Extract the contents of each zip file to a new folder. HM > Import From Folder for all of the unzipped hands.

The tournament summaries should be attached to the email as .htm files. Download the attachments. HM > Import File(s) for all of those files. If the files are sent as .html you will need to rename them (Right-Click > Rename) from .html to .htm extensions.

You were very vague in your original post mentioning your free anti virus and never mentioned something was being flagged as a trojan:

You are still being rather vague so we need more details from you:

AdAware is finding it or McAfee? What file is it claiming is a Trojan? I would assume it is our easyhook or one of the files used for rush/zoom/speed fast-fold tables and is a false positive and should be reported to the security software company so they can whitelist it.

Did it quarantine the file? Is it causing problems with the software? If so, you will have to run the full setup file again to reinstall the quarantined false-positive file.

The only things close would be:

If you want something for just the Flop: Flop Bet > Flop Bet

or

If you want something for any street: Postflop - Misc > Overall Bet


A couple of other options if you wanted something more specific would be:

- Continuation Bet > Flop CBet IP
- Bet vs Missed CBet > Flop Bet vs Missed CBet IP
- Bet vs Missed CBet > Overall Bet vs Missed CB IP


Yes, they should include it because normal 3bet also includes times when you squeeze.

I'm still not sure they do.

For example, if I run a report for todays session with the filter 'Faced preflop 3bet = true' then it brings up 35 hands where I've been 3bet (including squeezes).

When I then add in the 'V player' filter for a specific opponent, it returns 2 hands and doesn't include the ones where he has squeezed my original raise.

I will forward this to our lead stats tester via email so he can test it. Once I get some feedback from him I will PM you the information/results.

having problems with my hem1 hud on ftp, only shows up for only half the mtts I play, it works fine on stars for every game I play but not ftp for some reason.

There is no solution at this time for the HM1 problems with the Multi-Entry and Rush On Demand tournaments other than upgrading to HM2. It is something we hope to be able to address before the HM1 End Of Life but management has not yet made a final decision if this will in fact be fixed before that happens.

hi is there such stat: Fold vs flop reraise. For example I want to know, in single raised pot, I make a cbet, someone raises me in position, HOW OFTEN he is Raise-folding vs flop 3bet???
if not, can u add this to requests?

I do not know if this exists yet. I will forward it to our stats guru who is offline right now and PM you the answer tomorrow after he has replied.

If it does not yet exist, or has not yet been requested, we will not be writing it up as a new stat request. We have large number of existing stat requests already and are trying to get them all added to HM2 before we write any new stat requests. Once we get all of the open stat requests added we will be trying to finalize our stats wiki list before we add any new stats. If this stat request is not already written up in our system we may reconsider adding it in the future after we have finalized our stats wiki project if more people also show support for it.

You do get a 39.7% discount on HM2 for owning HM1 if you want to upgrade. If you want an extended HM2 trial to be sure it is working in the games you play before you upgrade please PM me your email address that your HM1 code is associated with and I can give you a trial extension.
