1. Make sure Pokerstars is closed and right-click on the shortcut icon for Pokerstars.
2. Select "Properties" on the menu that pops up.
3. Go to the "Compatibility" tab.
4. Under Settings, put a check in the box labeled "Disable display scaling on high DPI settings."
5. Use the "Apply" button to save this information.

If you continue to have problems, try adjusting the HUD Options > Config Properties > HUD Settings > Overhang: value to something like 50 and see if it helps.

OK, so for tourney results, after the update, I always delete tourney results. This supposedly still keep the HH files, put it does not appear that way. I am in tourney hands view and there are no hands displayed

on the screenshot i am aware "only marked hands" is checked, i have marked hands that should be displaying......

as you can see below even to i won the 2.20 hu sng its saying i lost .13 cents under net winning. winnings is accurate but new w is wrong and i cant change it. any tips? i updated to the latest version u gave me in my last post. its also saying my ev is neg 53 when i got the money in a big fav.

You can delete hands without deleting results (i.e. dataview will still show the tourney line and results without hands under it) but if you delete tourneys from dataview (i.e. results) the hands are gone too.

What is the end result that you are attempting to accomplish?

Please zip and email the original hand history and tournament summaries (for Stars, FTP, and Pacific) files from c:/hmarchive and/or c:\hm2archive

files are zipped by right clicking - send to - compressed folder

For multiple files, copy to a folder, then zip them.

well, every tourney writes as $11, so the tourney results are of no importance to me, i simply want to delete them for this reason. i was under the impression that when i deleted tournies, all hands stayed????

It writes $11 because Merge does not write the buyins in their hand histories. You will need to use default tourney buyin in Options - Settings.

I am passing the question along to Fozzy. I am not as knowledgeable in HM1 any more.

They tried to troubleshoot this for me. It's not fixable yet. It's being passed on to programmers it's a problem in both HEM

So my issue is very unusual compared to what you typically experience in support for HEM2.

When taking a screen region of my desktop,the program "XSplit Broadcaster" doesn't capture my hud. I've noticed this in quite a few training videos as well.

Do you have a fix or an alternate method of screen capturing that I should use instead? If not, can you let me know what method of projection the HUD uses so that I can tell Xsplit support?

I can see 'waiting for hands' and the '?' but clicking on it does nothing. It used to work for me, I have sent a couple reports that way with previous versions.

Table Finder shows my table just fine, I click the table then click 'done' and the HUD does not appear. When I revert to the older version (that works fine) Table Finder appears the exact same with the same table readout.

I am not sure where the HUD Settings Menu is. I know the "HUD Options" under 'stop HUD' but I don't see the 'report a hud problem' link.

It's probably my fault, I'm quite bad at noticing something specific among many choices.

You need to click on the gear icon symbol (not the ?) in the Hud and then use the link "Report Hud problems"

Something must have changed along the way. I tested this yesterday on a small database by deleting all 3 of the tournaments in dataview at once (and I never saw that message) and all the hands were deleted as well. I just deleted them one at a time and saw that message but the hands are deleted. I am not sure why it is deleting them now but it isn't something we are likely going to fix since we are approaching the end of life for HM1 and only the most critical things get fixed now.

Why are you trying to delete the results? Why not just edit/correct the results manually or ignore the incorrect results while you wait for the fix?


Regarding the part in bold: you need to pick the table in the Table Finder and then drag the bulls eye target from the table finder menu to the actual table.

Which specific issue are you referring to? Is the wrong mark being applied? Or is the right mark being applied to the wrong hand? Which site is this on? Is it only when marking live hands thru the main hud overlay or is this when marking hands in the reports?

fozzy, i suppose i can let the summaries alone. I have been using pt4 to record results, it actually writes summaries, however I use HM1 hud. i deleted them to keep it simpler, manually editing is out of the question, i played 270 sngs yesterday

When you say 'it writes' summaries' I assume you are just referring to the fact that PT4 records the proper results? They updated their tourney detection engine for the new Merge SNG format quickly but it has been on the back burner for HM2 as we are in the middle of some other projects that needed to be resolved before we could focus on this issue. I don't think the Merge client actually writes summary files like stars, ftp, pacific do so we have to auto detect the results based on a variety of factors like table name, size, buyin, speed, etc.

We have a possible fix for this issue in internal private HM2 testing. Hopefully it will be ready for our next HM2 release. I am not sure if/when the fix will make it in to HM1 after it has been fixed in HM2 but I will try to get confirmation from the developer.

Is it possible to have the HUD stats which appear change based on whether the level has antes/no-antes.

eg. a different set of stats appearing for villain at 25/50/0 than at 100/200/25
