HUD Holdem Manager Support - Page 109 - Poker Software -- Two Plus Two Poker Forums

Click the thumbnail for the bigger version. The hand history in the pic (in which I 3bet AA and take the pot down) corresponds to the line on the left showing that I lost $7 (which most definitely is not what happened).

Side note: Is there a way to look at the HH for a hand without doing what I did here, which is to right-click, copy the HH, and paste into notepad? Sometimes it's easier to just look at a HH than replaying the whole thing and having to click a button 10 times to get through the hand.

Excellent piece of software, couple of suggestions:

- In Players tab, please make searching via the keyboard possible ie if i press B it jumps to players name beginning with B etc

- Also in Players tab, when i right click and select popup player details it always opens on my main monitor, i then have to drag it over to monitor 2 is it possible to have this default to the monitor it was last opened on ?

- In cash games tab, under preflop Cards tab is it possible to add a column for cold called hands or will it be possible to configure this tab in future versions ?

Some More Bugs,

As you know HM shutds down alot, i noticed when i added 3 new pop stats
1)PreflopStats
2)TurnStats
3)RvrStats

Then i assigned them to 3 different stats on the HUD, if i hover over popup stats 1 or 2 it shows the hour glass thingie and HM shutsdown, if i do it over 3 there is no problem, when i replaced the oter 2 stats and just left the popup blank it continued to freeze and shutdown so i just added popup stat 3 to it for now and its fine, still intermittingly shutsdown but dosent appear to be anything to do with the stats but i taught id mention it if it helps tracks down why its so unstable sometimes

If i do a report where
Faced 3bet = true
Called 3bet= false
Raised Preflop 3bet = false
(Basically i want hands where i was 3bet and folded only)

It still shows up 2 hands where i 4bet in the report. Here are the hands

I absolutely love the software so far buy I have a real noobish question that did not get answered in the beginners forum.

I have two questions.
I am trying to figure out what my actual winrate is.

1. Is the "good" 3XBB/100 winrate considered BB/100 or your PTBB/100, which is 2xBB?

and:

2. I am using Holdem Manager. I am guessing their BB/100 is actually a PTBB/100 since they are similar software. Can anyone confirm or deny this?

First off, I really love this program.

But I have some problems with the HUD. Playing at Pokerstars,the stats are always a complete mess. The HUD always assigns the stats to the wrong players and often stat-boxes are overlapping.
So usually, I'm busy for 10 minutes dragging everything to its place.

What could be the problem?

Really liked the software, we'll buy for sure. Really shows improvement over PokerOffice 2.0, my default HUD.

But I noticed some bugs. I used it mostly for playing sit and go's on party and something really annoying was happening, like all of sudden the hands of some players reseted and it started computing all the stats again. Check it:

How can it be possible, if I'm on HU on the 400/800 level, I only have 6 hands on the guy?
You can also see on the left that it's on the 300/600 level and my opponents have like 10 hands each.
I used autoimport since the beggining of every sng obviously.

There is also other bug, can see on the left, it's that sometimes the player is eliminated and his HUD window stay active.

Another suggestion I would like to give is replay the cards faster after the hand is dead.

Found a bug with the handimport with a Ladbrokes GameHistory.dat file with 8000+ hands.

Two things happened:

It would jump to 160MB of RAM usage
Didn't import new hands (no particular error).

Moved the GameHistory.dat file out of the way - and wrote an app to split it up into smaller GameHistory.dat files (1000 hands each). I could import the smaller split files - and the auto-import started working normally again.

curious if anyone can help. I used custom hud popup and followed the instructions joe gave verbatim yet when I move my mouse over the stat to try and get the pop-up, HMHUD crashes every time. Also when I try to revert back to having no custom pop-ups it never reverts back and keeps that popup layout defaulted on the stat with no way to leave that field blank. Even deleted it off of prefs.txt but whenever I open the HUD player preferences it just writes the popup name onto the prefs.txt file again

Hand_Crasher,

Not a bug it's a feature. Obviously hand ranges are going to be vastly different heads-up from 10 handed thus the HUD only displays statistics that are relevant to the amount of players at the table. Check your settings through Options > HUD Options > Additional Filters

There is, it's in the .config file, which I think is in the Config directory. Open that up and look about 2/3rds down or so...or just do a find on '5'.

It sounds like postgres might have shut down... go into control panel - adminstrator - services and right click postgres and select Restart and then try again.

You can do it now by editing the report file but I'll provide a much easier way to do this soon.

HM is actually bb (big blind) not BB (big bet) like PT. So, basically HM bb/100 is double the PT BB/100 but you will have the option to choose which one you like.

You should only need to do this once... do it for one table then close the HUD and re-open and you should find that it used your saved settings.

Total postflop streets where player made an aggressive move (bet, raise, check-raise etc) divided by total postflop streets seen.

Right now HM relies on the poker client or some other tool to grab hand histories and it will process those. At some point we made add this ability to HM but it isn't a priority right now.

Last update actually updated your reports so you can go back into your xml files and remove the "$" section and the "bb/100" section and you'll be back to normal. Or you can change the "Group" of those 2 stats to say "Extra $ Info" and that way you'll be able to toggle those back on if you like.

Right now you will not get stats until you have hand histories although this will change.
