Build 6088 is installed? http://forums.holdemmanager.com/hm2-...day-trial.html

Please check the definition of your Pokerstars handhistory folder and the HM2 auto-import settings

If you can't figure it out please send us a screenshot of a stars table and the HM2 sessions tab with link to this thread to hm2support@holdemmanager.com

1) Street by street works in cash only
2) To get it, you need lobby in English
3) You need HUD options - site options - live tracking enabled
4) Dealer chat set to Show everything and press Chat button on table
5) Go to HUD options - site options and set HUD you want for desired street.
Replace button "goes to history" - simply select HUD from drop-down list there - it will be applied immediately hello udbrky, i followed all of the instructions above for street to street hud and am still getting just the same default hud to the river
Please send us screenshots of a table and the HM2 Hud options -> Site options and please attach the file C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\co nfig\prefs.xml with link to this thread to hm2support@holdemmanager.com

Can you please check the following. In Hand Importing ---> Auto Import Folders do you have "Start automatic import" disabled? If so does the replayer HUD work OK if you start it manually via the ribbon?

You need to run the downloaded update exe file via doubleclick, follow the steps in the installation procedure and choose your original Holdemmanager installation folder during the steps.

I tried to stick it in the folder of my previous HM version (as shown on pic) but after doing that, it still doesn't update?

Just want to double-check, for cake hm2 hud, I'm only getting session stats and not cumulative. Is that the extent of what's available or am I doing something wrong/it doesn't work/other?

just got hem 2,

trying to set up a basic hud for sng's

only vpip/pfr/hands

have it colour coded for various %'s

for some reason when at a table it doesnt display all the hands i have on a villian, for example i had a guy i had never played before and it came up with his stats based on the few hands, but it was only like 5 hands or so and id played 30 odd at that table. why did i not have 30 hands on him, he'd been there the whole time.

also when i double click the info bar at the top where it tells me the table vpip/who won last 2 pots etc all the stats go red and change, they display the whole number of hands for the person n question, but for guys i have loads of hands on it seems to make the sample size go down

anyone know what is going on?

to be honest all i want is the 3 stats i used in hem1 so i know exactly where i am, anyone got any help?

I understand the frustration but we need help to track this down as you are one of very few people to report this problem. None of our testers have been able to reproduce it.

Please reproduce the problem and attach:
- a screen shot of the replayer
- a hand history for the table you are replaying
- a screenshot of the sessions ribbon
- your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager. If your Windows is hiding known file extensions the file will simply be called 'holdemmanager'.

and a log file:
- Please reproduce the problem and attach your log.txt file.
XP:
c:\documents and settings\{username}\application data\HoldemManager
7/vista
c:\users\{username}\appdata\roaming\HoldemManager
Enable the option to see Hidden Files and Disable “Hide protected operating system files”: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tuto...utorial62.html - It should look like this: http://rvgsoftware.fileburst.com/images/hidden.jpg

Please zip and email the requested files to hm2support@holdemmanager.com

You ran the update and used the Browse button to change the path to:

...\taco\downloads\holdem manager ?

Why did you 'install' HM1 originally in your \downloads folder?

If you install the patch to the same folder where you installed HM originally it should update.

Please reboot your PC and try again, as it may not have updated properly if HM1 didnt shut down fully for some reason.

I have been trying HM2 out and i am finding that at startup players that are not at my table are in the hud, players hands are not being added and when i rebooted this time my hands were not being added and rest of the table was.
Random.

Sounds like a common bug at startup?

Also why does HM2 load up ALL your hands only after you have been dealt a hand? Seems to take alot of resouces / time for something that should be done at startup?

Hud Options > Config Properties > General Settings > [ ] Use Session Stats

You can get that from the live HUD 'settings' menu also

That is how you quickly change all of the HUDs from Normal to Session only stats.

The HUD will pre-fetch observed hands on some sites so this may be causing some of the issues you mention if you use preferred seat. You take a seat and the table spins, and then the HUD shows up but it can not spin to adjust to your preferred seat until AFTER you have played a hand.

*If that doesn't help, please answer these questions - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...es+not+work%3F

*Post the answers in a new thread on the HM Forums - http://forums.holdemmanager.com/

This should be done at start up.

Quote:
HM2 caches certain information in order to optimize search results and report load times. The minimum RAM that HM2 was designed for is 2GB.

The amount of caching (and thus the amount of RAM used) for an individual user is, in part, dependent on the RAM available and how much RAM is required for other applications you are running. Thus HM2 intelligently uses RAM based on a balancing act between how much you have and how much you are using elsewhere. If someone has a significant amount of RAM available, HM2 will cache more in order to further improve your response times to queries and report loading.

If the hands aren't being loaded until you get to a table there is definitely a problem.

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Please reproduce the problem and attach your log.txt file.

Please zip and email the log, a link to this thread and your forum name, to hm2support@holdemmanager.com

thanks ill try that,

what i dont understand is how it takes in some hands tho and not all??

hasnt worked, it now gives me session only stats at each table

i want all hands on players, for example if i have 000's of sng hands on a guy i want to see that, i have noticed that some regs have like 80 hands etc despite me having ooo's of hands on them, i uploaded my last 3 months of hands from my desktop so they should be there somewhere.

and when i face new players i want the hud to update hand by hand as it did on hem1 so i can get a picture of what they are like. at somestages i have a guy on 0/0 after 5hands and then i double click to see session stats it show that he is 65/30 over 50 hands, surely session has to be the smallest sample size? and im sure u can see that i dont want to be told that a maniac is a nit.

basically i just want vpip/pfr/hands as if it was hem1, can i get to this???

Just a quick mention to how great and comprehensive HM's support team has always been and continues to be now. I had a small issue with HM1 that after finding no direct fix from their forum had a Teamviewer session scheduled within hours to see what was up. They spent nearly 2 hours working to find a solution and when one wasn't found I was given an extended trial of HM2 until they get the problem fixed. Really nice guy, we talked about of lot of things during the load times and what not and just all in all top notch support as usual. I'll definitely be buying HM2 now after trying it out. It can't be easy dealing with such a difficult to maintain program day in day out so thanks again guys!

Question about your hud stats,

Is Net$won same as winnings and if so why can't you use negative numbers as (< -1000)?

Is TOT Cold Call Raiser same as old Call Open in preflop?

If you have the [ ] Use Session Stats disabled it should be showing lifetime stats in the HUD, but may be limited further by other filters.

Check the HUD Options: HUD Filters and Tournament Filters

Hello.

Id like to try HM2 before i buy it, but i have problems since the beginning.

I cannot import my old HEM DB to HM2. Im using Database-import-hm1 tool.
Many hands were imported but not a single one from pokerroom (PokerLoco-Ongame) i currently play at. I started to play there 01.11.2011 so since than my hands are missing.

I tried to import this years hands manualy from HEM archive folder and they imported ok. I would like to know if its known issue and i just need to update my whole hand history from archive? Or i should be able to import it directly from old database?

Regards
