I want to upgrade from HM1 small stakes to HM1 pro. I'm not interested in HM2 atm. How can I purchase HM1 pro?

just dowloaded and tried HM2 in a hope that it will track sattys better than HM1. but got diaspointed,same issues as HM1 looks like....

Hi, I just got few days ago HM2 (havent used any ,software programs b4), so I have few questions about it. First of all when i open a table and waiting for the stats to appear (I play 6-max), then in a few hands they appear, and they show that i have played against the opponents 3 hands and all the stats involve only those 3 hands (it means some players 0/0/-/- the others 100/67/x/x etc.) and the stats wont change throughout the whole session. what could be the problem and how to solve it. The other problem is if i want to see my session graphs and stats then for some reason i cant find the sessions when i open "select sessions" or am i doing smth wrong? Hope somebody can help me out with those little problems.

Hi, unfortunately it is not possible to buy HM1 products any more, what i can do for you is if you upgrade to HM2 i will get you a 6month license for HM1 with the equivilant license i.e Holdem + Omaha or whatever version you happen to purchase and if there are any issues outstanding after 6 months preventing you upgrading we can extend that until your issues are sorted. Ok when it only shows 3 hands this sounds to me like you have live tracking, enabled which would import 3 hands just for the purposes of showing you the stats before you sit at the table, if your seeing those and not any further stats and then it would point to the hands not importing. You can veirfy this by running a report and see if the hand you just played imported or not. If they are not importing please view the following FAQ and if this does not solve the problem please answer all the questions at the bottom of the FAQ to help us narrow down the issue.

I checked the FAQs, and everything should be ok besides that my pokerstars is with the .EE domaind (everything is in esonian lang.), so i should change it for .COM?

Yes, and make sure that the handhistories are written in english language and the HM2 auto-import imports the folder where Stars writes those files.

I'm on Cake. Hands are in database, but HUD only shows hands from this session. And it starts over when I start over. How can I get it to use the history?

That is/was a limitation in the software that was set forth by the Cake ToS. They recently changed their rules to allow us to show lifetime stats in the HUD but we have not yet updated the software to allow for this change in their rules.

The next release of HM1 and HM2 should have the session-only limitation removed from the HUD for Cake skins.

I just downloaded the trial version with intention to buy well before 30 day trial period end, I have a question at this point:
I wanted to download/buy Omaha Manager and what i downloaded for trial period is HM2, i just followed link on OM2 page on holdemmanager.com
So is this the same or i downloaded the wrong software?

I was playing a tourney on Pokerstars and whenever I moved tables my hands reset to 0 how to I make it so when I move tables it doesn't reset my amount of hands I have played in my HUD?

Holdemmanager and Omahamanager is the same software. The trial supports both.

That is by design. Hero stats are always displayed as 'Table Stats' so you can have a better idea of how your table image may appear to any new players at the table.

Is there anyway I can setup my HUD on Pokerstars without having to play in a tournament like focus on aligning my stats and displaying it correctly?

I believe it still works on both cash and tourney observed tables.

The lag is absolutely absurd. I'm running the same OS on my laptop and desktop both for nothing but poker ( I have a 2nd laptop for other stuff). One computer runs HEM1 and works great, the other runs HEM2 and has massive lag problems and the HUD causes the screen to black out sometimes causing me to time out in pots.

How can I revert my other computer from HEM2 back to HEM1?

1.12.06 hangs up for me on HEM1, so updated to .08, but when I do, my serial is reset. When I try to re-register at the start up screen, it hangs on the "checking online" or whatever that screen is until I click "stop", and then a popup box comes up saying to contact support. Any ideas?

You can install HM1 beneath HM2. But where do you have the lag?
While playing - which site and gametype? How many tables?

Are you using any 3rd party firewall, anti-spyware, adaware, tuning or registry cleaning programs? and if yes which ones?
Which operating system?

I'm trying to get my 6max hud and my headsup hud to appear on the right tables, but all I get is my 6max hud and i have to manually change it on each table every time.
I am using the default 2.0 hud as my 6max, and i created a new HU hud.
I have told the default 2.0 hud to only display on 6 max, and my HU on 1v1 tables. the default 2.0 always appears and HEM doesn't seem to remember the settings where I changed the site options and it always reverts.

I have a trial version and when starting up a few tables on stars my HUD is all over the place, under players name, on left , right, can't see stacks etc.

Also, if i buy HM2 by clicking purchase in the trial version do i need to get additional omaha add ons, because i need OM2?

Hi I have just bought the software today. Seems great so far!

One problem I am having though is when I go to the "By Stakes" screen and try and add things in like $per hour and $ev bb/100 etc I drag them to where I want them on the report but when I click refresh it sends them all back over to the right hand side again.

I'm guessing it's a real obviously fix but I can't figure it out. Thanks.

Please attach your prefs.xml file from C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\Co nfig. If your Windows is hiding known file extensions the file will simply be called 'prefs'.
