Not sure what you mean, you can see a preview of your HUD in the Hud Options or use the replayer to see the actual HUD with real values, if you mean something else please explain further and ill do my best to help

Thank you for the detailed email. I don't answer the emails but the person who does didn't know you here, the hem forum, and the email were the same person so it looked like 3 people reported it.

Ever since I updated to the latest version of HM2, it takes 10-20 minutes to load up if it even makes it. I didn't have this problem with any older versions of HM2. Any idea what the problem could be?

Please send your log.txt file from C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager folder. (XP users will find that in C:\Documents and Settings\YourName\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager folder.)
If you have extensions turned off then it may be just called log. Please email the log, directly after you have the issue and before you restart HM2, to hm2support@holdemmanager.com along with a link to the thread or a summary of the issue you’re having

Also is the tablescannerdll.exe file running in the processes tab if you open task manager?

anyone know why my hud is only appearing up on my table sometimes? when im not in a hand it disappears and only pops up when it feels like :/ i have recently reinstalled HEM as i rebooted my pc.

Is this HM1? What site(s)? Are you stacking or tiling tables?

Try the hud options > tables preferences > [x] force on top

Make sure windows is fully updated until 'No New Important Updates are Found' (this may require multiple restarts), including Internet Explorer (even if you use a different web browser).

The strangest thing for me is the speed of the product... It is just soo slow. I don't know why they didn't work on this when making the product. They have improved the speed of the hand importing, but have slowed down everything else. And we import hands once a month, but start and use the program every day... Switching between tabs, starting the program - all these things are slower than in HM1.

So my question is - is there a chance that the software becomes faster, or is it already too late to fix it? Can this be fixed with patches?

HM1 If I decide to keep using my HM1 , how long untill it get unsoported ?
HM2 open , no filters , click in HUD option in order to configure , crash and send error report window . (configured yesterday , restarted computer )

I have been importing my NLSD 2-7 HHs for a while without a problem however now whenever I do it all hands are coming up as import errors. This is HEM not HEM2, any ideas would be hugely appreciated.

Is the live pot odds display supposed to work in PartyPoker? If so, can any PartyPoker players please confirm that a tournament table displays the pot odds (in %)?

Party provided PokerTracker free while playing on its site. Can HEM2 please make the same free arrangement with PartyPoker?

Is there any detailed review or videos of HEM2 avaiiable?

We are still optimizing things but there may also be something wrong with your installation.
Which type of computer, operating system, firewall, virusscanner are you using.
If you have the cash result widget open in the Home ribbon. Can you close it please?
How large is your database?

HM1 will be supported for an undetermined period.
HM2: can you try a reset in Hud options -> Displayed stats? If you have custom huds please export them before the reset.

Please create a new database for a test and import some hands into this database. Does this work?

Live pot odds on Party are not supported yet - i guess you mean HM2?

I'm running a export from HEM2 of all hero's hands (approx 1.8m). It's been running for about 30mins, HEM is using 5gb of ram and 15% of cpu but no hands have been saved yet in the export folder i specified. Is this normal? If so, how long approximately can I expect it to take? Im using win7, i7 2.8ghz, 16gb, quick SSD.

I left it for 2.5hrs and nothing happened at all so i cancelled the export. After I cancelled it I get an error message that a background process is running. It's been 40minutes since i first saw that message and it's still running. What do I do, just kill it in task manager?

I was trying to export all my hands to start another database because of another bug that meant my graphed results were completely different to my reports results. But now it looks like I can't even export all my hands?

So far none of maintenance, backup, restore or export have worked for me at all.

Backup and restore: I made a backup to move to a new installation of windows. It completely failed, the database that was restored bore absolutely no resemblance to the one I backed up and I had to rebuild my database.
Maintenance: Changed the postgresql settings so postgresql doesn't start, just like it did in HEM1 so I had to revert back to an old postgresql config file to get it to work again.
Export: See above, not sure if it works, maybe I didn't give it enough time, but going on the rest of this software, i'd say it's pretty likely it just doesn't work. At the very least the cancel button doesn't work (still waiting for whatever it's doing in the background, looks like it needs killing in taskmanager)

Some other bugs that are really annoying:

1. The hud doesn't update when a new player comes to a HU table. In order to get stats for the new guy I have to restart my hud. But then another bug rears its head:

2. Anytime I open HEM/close the database window/restart the HUD all my tables pop to the front (even ones that aren't even supported by HEM). If I have a bunch of tables on my desktop (when im sitting at a bunch of hu tables) that i'm not actually being dealt into, the active tables that i am being dealt into can get lost somewhere and I time out.

3. Whenever I run a huge report in HEM2 (for instance when I try to bring up a lifetime graph or a report for all my hands for large period) it freezes any tables i'm playing where I have the hud up. It's just ridiculous that this can happen. I get timed out of so many tables just because I try to open something in HEM2.

4. The apply to all reports button only works occasionally. I hate having to hit that button every time anyway it's terrible design but the fact that it only works maybe 50% of the time makes it even worse. It just doesn't update my filters to all reports a fairly high percentage of the time.

I'm getting ****ing annoyed at being your beta tester for software i've paid for. The amount of bugs ive found since release is absolutely ridiculous (and some of them are so obvious that there's no possible way they weren't known about before release). You're making money out of this, it's not like it's a bit of open source software, i've got absolutely no interest in doing your job for you for free. The support i've received so far has been very good and i appreciate that, but the decision to release this software like it is angers me.
