See this FAQ for instructions on how that happened and how to restore the ribbon.

p.s. If you play a site like Stars/FTP, Party or WPN you can email their support and ask for all your old hand histories and tourney histories/results.

Download the files then just use the HM3 - File - Import Files... (or Import Folder...) option and select the files. If they send them in zip files you should NOT even need to unzip them like you would have had to with HM2 as HM3 can extract the contents of the zip file to a temp folder and import them. If they send them to you in the body of an email you need to select (Ctrl+A) the hands from the email body , then copy the hands (Ctrl+C), create a new test document (.txt file), then Paste (Ctrl+V) the hands to the text file, save the file (Ctrl+S) then do the HM3 - File - Import Files... method mentioned above.

If it's in a body of a email... would I have to do that for every individual hand?

And they told me their HHs log was down for a few days, is there any way to play now and not have duplicate HHs come into my DB?

They will most likely send you a link to download a zip file(s) of all your hands. Smaller samples might be sent in the body of an email; hundreds or thousands of hands in a single email. HM3 will ignore duplicate hands that are already in the database.

Anyone have any issue with latest version HM3 (v3.1.16.0)? Im still on v3.1.15.0, dont want to update yet if there might be issues with latest version

Has HEM2 not work for any site recently? Still using it for 888 and there seems to be no issue with it. So no new updates from any sites that has made it no longer usable with hem2? I recall a while back it was mentioned wpn... you can't use hem2 anymore because of update.

Also when im playing on party and 888, i have hem2 on since i use it for 888. But what i notice was every time if say i opened partypoker and log in and do this with 888poker, then open hem2... many times partypoker client would close. Then i need to log in again and each time i have to type in my username as well as oppose to normally typing my password.

But if i open hem2 first before opening party/888, then this issue doesn't happen that much. The issue being party client would close itself and i need to reopen it and log back in.

Im wondering is this some glitch with hem2 with partypoker client that does this? Is there similar issue if using hem3?

When playing only on party, i don't run hem2 etc since there is no hud. But if you run hem2 while playing on party, it would record all the hands where you could later download the hand history right? Or you could do that without even using hem2?

Also everytime i open partypoker client, there is always like 2 or 3 pgwebrenderer that i see on task manager that i need to delete each time when i start client because if i don't there is huge lag and cpu 100%. I know this is hem thread but is this related to hem2 or hem3? I also notice if you click on task manager and click on the partypoker client and click under it, there is a few pgwebrenderer along with that as well. But do you need to delete that? I mean when you click on task manager, then click on the partypoker app which would show more pgwebrender. Or is just the ones in background processes enough?

3.1.16.0 has been out for over 2 months so it should be quite stable but we have released a number of beta versions since then with various bug fixes that you can read in detail on our Release Notes FAQ. We also have release threads for the stable and beta versions in our HM3 Releases forum and the only customer post in that thread was asking if it included support for the new GG Poker PLO4 hand history format which was included in a later beta release.

Unfortunately HM2 support ended on Dec 31, 2020. I am happy to still try to assist you with this particular list of questions but please be advised going forward that you will need to upgrade to HM3 for future technical support. You can read more about the HM2 End Of Life here.

We do not keep track of this information so I can't give you a list. The only one that comes to mind off the top of my head this early in the morning is Zoom on PokerStars.

You should always start HM2 and 'Start HUD' before you open your poker clients.

I am not aware of any issues like this with HM3, as long as you start HM3 and the HM3 HUD before all your poker clients like we recommend for HM3 (and HM2).

HM2 supports PartyPoker skins that continue to save hand histories and don't prohibit the use of our software. PartyPoker.com and skins in the same global pool are not supported. These skins have a 'My Game' section of their software where you can download the hands from, then use the HM2 - Options - Hand Importing - Manual Import - Import Files/Folder options to manually import the anonymous hands for import.

If you play PartyPoker.com and download hands later to import it should work the same whether or not HM2 was running when playing at Party, since they do not write hands while you are playing.

Those pgwebrender files belong to the Party Poker clients (i.e. 'pg' in the name is for Party Gaming) so if they are causing you issues you should ask Party support about those issues.

Hi,
888 poker has updated client today, and HUD has stopped working on snap tables. HM3 is importing hands from normal and snap tables but hud only displays on normal tables.
This seems to be a typical problem on new 888 software updates, and I hope you will resolve it as fast as the last time.

Thank you

In partypoker, in the statistics, is your winrate your EV/bb and your Expected Win Rate ev bb/100?

I use hem2 still and i haven't downloaded or imported any hands.

But if i did that, if i checked the stats only for today, would those 2 numbers be the same or very close to the bb/100 and ev bb/100 on hem2?

Why is HEM3 so inconsistent with capturing TGT hands?

I have to spam start/stop hud, pray to god, and count by prime numbers just to get it to work most of the time.

Also doesn't calculate winnings properly.

So frustrated today, running like **** and having to **** with this software I've been supporting for probably a decade now, and going by their money juicing payperyear model, just to get it to work properly.

There is no such stat but we do have the HM3 - Report Selector - Analysis - 'Vs Player' report. The upper part of the report will show you how much you won/lost from each player specifically. The hand grid below the report shows money won/lost in hands played with that selected player in total, not from just that player like the upper portion of the report.

Is this a HM2 question? I mentioned when replying to your last post that we no longer provide HM2 support but I will try to answer this for you. Win Rate is bb/100 and Expected Win Rate is EV bb/100. In HM3 Win Rate is bb/100 and Expected Win Rate is All-In Adj bb/100.

Are you asking about importing Party downloaded hands to HM3 now compared to HM2? The HM2 and HM3 bb/100 should match but the HM2 EV bb/100 will most likely NOT match the HM3 All-In Adj bb/100 as they use different equity formulas. HM3 uses the same equity code as PT4 now which is more accurate and less biased than the code we used for equity in HM2.

In a hand where a player is all-in but other players are not, net adjusted results are not calculated. When one player is all-in preflop and other players are not, then they usually have the option to act postflop and this means that sometimes one of them will fold. Having the option to fold* after another street is dealt means that in the long run there will be more strong hands which get to showdown and less weak hands. If we were to calculate net adjusted results in hands like this it would introduce a systematic bias (because there will be more known strong hands) so we exclude all hands like this from net adjusted calculations. You can read more about this here.

*Note: Attempting to calculate adjusted results when unknown but folded cards already called the all-in also introduce a bias into the results so HM3 does not make these calculations in any situation where a player calls the all-in and later folds (even if it's on the same street).

What exactly are 'TGT' hands? Are they some sort of unique type of tournament and which site are these hands from?

Please see our HUD Troubleshooting FAQ and if that does not help then please send the requested logs, screenshots, and hand history files in a support ticket as instructed at the bottom of that FAQ with a link to this forum thread and your forum username.
