Despite my hw isnt problem (ssd, 16gb ram etc.) and hem2 works perfectly, hem3 is just a disaster.

Hem3 shows hud, it's okay, sometimes even hud doesnt show up tho, when i click popup, stats doesnt load at all (often)

but as i said, i ve zero problems w hem2, but hem3 is totaly useless for now.

In game it doesnt load , in replayer it takes really long.

I've just clicked hud popup in the replayer hem3, it took +- 18 seconds to stats to show up.

Ideas?

Try to remove any unused or extra popups from the HM3 HUD profile, that you might have imported from HM2. With HM3 it loads the stats for all the associated popups even if you are not using them.

- HM3 - HUD - HUD Editor - 'Profile:' = select the profile you want to edit.
- Options - 'Export' or 'Duplicate' the profile so you have a backup copy before you make any edits.
- Click the 'Popup Groups' button in the upper right corner.
- In the upper left under 'Groups' you can select then 'Delete' any unused popups.

This should help speed up the overall HUD and popups performance.

If you continue to have problems: Please see our HUD Troubleshooting FAQ and reproduce the issue then send the requested logs, screenshots, and hand history files in a support ticket as instructed at the bottom of that FAQ with a link to this forum thread and your forum username.

I'd like to create a filter for times I face a lead. Say when I open co, get called from the BB, and then he leads for pot on the flop.

I have a few other suggestions I can give that I didn't include in the previous reply just to keep the previous reply shorter and focused on the thing that usually helps the most.

- Try to remove positional stats directly in the hud (stats using position item property in the Hud Editor)
- Try to reduce number of stats in the HUD
- Try to disable session stats in tooltips (HM3 - HUD - HUD Options)
- Try to set max number of hands limit lower in HUD Options
- Try to reduce the number of hands in the database (new database and import only portion of the hands)
- For popup loading speeds: reduce number of popups and complexity of the popups

If you continue to have problems we will need you to send us your logs and screenshots as instructed at the bottom of this FAQ to see if there are other things we can suggest that might help.

Are you still using HM2 or have you upgraded to HM3 now? I will assume you are still using HM2 still as I recall you asking about HM2 filters in the recent past.

I am not the most experienced with filtering (in HM2 or HM3) and usually forward your/any filtering questions to the other guys on our team to make sure I don't give a wrong answer but they are all offline today. That being said, I think what you want can be filtered for using a couple different sets of filters:

There is a Other Advanced Filters - [x] Flop filter for 'Facing Bet on Flop' that should take care of the flop portion of the filter you are looking for. The preflop actions will need to be filtered for as needed with the Basic Filters - 'Position and Action' filters and/or the Advanced Action Filters - [x] Filter by Preflop Actions' filter system.

Unfortunately not but I just wrote up a feature request for this. If you want to be notified if/when it is added please send an email via the 'Contact Support' link and include "Notify Me When HMT-5868 Is Resolved" in the subject line and body of the email.

The only thing I can think of you might try is to give HM3 an app specific DPI Scaling value as instructed below but this is going to affect everything in HM3 such as the HUD, etc but I haven't tried this myself so I am not sure how well (or how bad) this may work. Note: Some customers also have issues with the HUD's player Note Editor opening off the screen if they use a high DPI Scaling value.

1. Close your poker clients, close HM3 and right-click - 'Exit' the HM3 Server icon in the Windows Notification Tray and right-click on the desktop shortcut icon for HM3.
2. Select "Properties" on the menu that pops up.
3. Go to the "Compatibility" tab.
4. Under Settings, click 'Change high DPI settings.
5. Toggle on the 'High DPI scaling override' option and see if it helps. You can also try switching from Application to System.
6. Use the "OK/Apply" buttons to save this information.

You can delete all of those EXCEPT whatever version of HM3 you actually have installed. i.e. If you currently have 3.1.12.0 shown in the header of HM3 you need to keep that version of the *.msi install/update file to be able to update to the new 3.1.13.0 version we just released.

We have an open issue with exported DriveHUD hands in xml format where HM3 doesn't report import errors but many/most of the hands are not actually shown in the database for some reason.

This issue has been documented in detail and provided to the developers to resolve. If you want to be notified when it is fixed please send an email via the 'Contact Support' link and include "Notify Me When IMP-124 Is Resolved" in the subject line and body of the email.

The only thing I can suggest for now is to try and find the original hand history files in the DriveHUD archive/processed folder and import those to HM3. I do not know the default location DH uses for the archived hands so you will have to check the DH settings to find that folder you need to import to HM3.

I apologize for the problems. This was caused by the alert/advisory we put up not allowing us to add a URL to the alert. We disabled the alert and HM2 should launch without issue now.

HM3 hud worked fine on Ignition this morning (before the new update today). They had an update today. Right after I updated HM3 hud won't work at all. I've closed with Task Manager and restarted both ignition and HM3. Still same issue. Hand Grabber says "Status: Detected Unknown Ignition Version (Error: SPADE). No tables are being recorded. HUD doesn't work at all and none of the hands are recorded in HM3.

I'm on Windows 10.

Hi, I'm enjoying HEM3 but am curious about a database analysis question. I haven't found what I'm looking for in the tutorial videos unfortunately.

I want to isolate positional situations for review with specific nodes, for example: CO open BTN 3bet CO call. Not only for Hero but for any two players - is this possible? I play on Bovada and all hole cards are revealed so I want to see any hands that meet this requirement, even if I've folded. Then see all these hands in the replayer one after another, like I would for other filters.

Maybe I'm just a noob at using the filters/reports tab but any suggestions for sophisticating my analysis would be appreciated!

After the update all my stats are scattered on the table and the hud font has gotten bigger. A complete scourge if i had to fix them again.

If you (1) left-click the Table 'HUD' panel you can (2) choose the HUD you want to use then (3) open the menu again as shown in the attached image to set it as the default profile for that table type:

You will need to do the same for each site/game you play.

These HUD settings are saved and can be managed/created in the HUD - HUD Options: 'Profile Select' menu. Here is an example of how I have mine setup for cash and tournament testing:

Hey Fozzy, I DID set up the HUD and saved it........but when I'm in a tourney and they move me to a new table HM3 hud reverts back to HM3 standard hud display. Not a big deal, I don't play a ton of tourneys and now that I know it does it I just reset the hud display immediately upon table change in tourney.

Second thing.....so I purchased HM3 yesterday.......ran it today. It STILL is super glitchy. The window that asks if i want to keep logging running does NOT pop up anymore. BUT the small window that asks me to describe the error that happened and if I want to send or don't send still comes up multiple times during my sessions........also at some point with HM3 running it slows my entire system down, I'm only running four tables and have plenty of bandwidth and memory on my laptop......the game crawls.....then I click on the icon to hm3 and it wont come to front screen.....just dings....so I have to go to task manager to end task on hm3 to get the games running normal speed again..........gotta say I'm dissapointed w ur software......let me know what you can do for me.
thanks
Scott

I duplicated this yesterday after I got the update. I actually did not get that spade error myself. My Ignition Hand Grabber (IHG) status said no tables found and no hands were being written by the IHG app. We wrote it up for the developers this morning.

The only way currently to study population stats is to create an alias for those players then set that that alias to be the active player in the reports for analysis, but please be aware that it can be very resource intensive to link all villains to an alias so you should have a powerful computer with lots of ram if attempting this. If you want to create an alias with a lot of villains you can do it via the NoteCaddy Premium Aliases feature that creates an alias based on a color definition.

Note: This technique can also cause erroneous results in the reports if some of the villain's you aliased together have played hands against each other. An alias is designed to join 2 or more hero screen names that would not have played against each other so while this is possible to do it is not something we officially support or recommend.

We will also be releasing a new HM3 App soon that will make population study much easier which you can read more about here.

We also released a new HM3 App that will make population study much easier

We have a free version of the Range Wizard app under the HM3 - Apps menu if you click 'Get HM3 Apps...'.

We also have a feature request for removing the hero from the Opponents List view, and a request to make building aliases easier.
- HMT-3875 Opponents List: Add option to filter out heroes from list
- HMT-5193 Add ability to multi select/add multiple players to an alias at once

These feature requests have been documented in detail and provided to the developers for future consideration. If you want to be notified if/when they added please send an email via the 'Contact Support' link and include "Notify Me When HMT-3875 and HMT-5193 Are Resolved" in the subject line and body of the email.
