Do you mean something like 'Net Won vs Hero'? No, we do not have such a stat for the HUD, just the regular Net Won stats. HM3 is also still lacking the HM2 'Vs Players' report that HM2 had, but it is something we are planning to bring to HM3 once the developers have time to start working on the Leakonomics project.

Yes. A stat showing total and/or session net won/loss vs opponents on their HUD. For example if i'm up $50 vs xyz, it shows +$50 on their HUD.

We have no such stat at this time but if you want to post the suggestion in our HM3 Feature Requests and Feedback sub-forum we can consider adding it as a stat request in the future if the thread gets enough support from other customers.

Also, is there a way to have the HUDs' positions saved based on different window sizes and then select/use the one that's needed? I find myself moving the stats around and save/lock quite frequently when changing the window size.

I am using Ace Poker Solutions. I believe i've set up everything correctly.





At the start HUD was working on all Chico tables, but once I was changed to other table at MTT all HUD stopped working. While continuing playing saw in HM3 Live Play tab that all hands are being imported.



Tried to restart Chico table many times, tried to restart HM3 on break and nothing helped.
As all hands were being imported to HM3 i believe it should be HM3 fault that no HUD is showing on tables?
Where is Table Finder for HM3?

Will also send to Ace Poker Solutions as you suggested.

No, that is not possible. It might help to try disabling (or enabling) the HUD - HUD Options - General Settings / Advanced - HUD Display Options [ ] 'Allow Vector Scaling' option. The only other thing I can suggest to try would be to duplicate the profile (via the Options button in the HUD Editor) and save it with a new profile name (i.e. small, medium, large table sizes) then switch to that specific profile you saved positions for based on the table size.

I have zero experience with any of the APS or APT grabbers as I do not play at any of those sites (such as Chico) that they make grabbers for. Hopefully APS can help you get this sorted out in their respective forum thread here or via their support site system. If they can't get it sorted for some reason then send us the requested logs, screenshots and hands as instructed in this FAQ and I can forward them to our QA/Testing Manager to review in detail.

You can create an alias of your ACR and BCP hero screen names to combine the data in the reports, if that is what you are asking. Click the name of the active player at the top of the report, then click 'Edit Aliases...' then create a new alias and add those 2 screen names to your alias, OK it to save it, then select that new alias from the 'Select Player...' menu.

Yes, it is not working right on HM2. HM3 does not have the same issues. The HM2 issue is finally going to the parsing developer to work on next week, now that he is at a spot where he can spare a little time from all the HM3 work he was doing for our new HM3 build we released yesterday.

If you want to be notified when it is fixed please send an email via the 'Contact Support' link and include "Notify Me When HM-9085 Is Resolved" in the subject line and body of the email.

The site will automatically apply your discount if you are upgrading to the same version/stakes of HM3/OM3 that you had a HM2/OM2 license for. If you are upgrading to a different version (i.e from HM2 to OM3, or from HM2 Pro Stakes to HM3 Small stakes, etc) then you have to contact our sales team from your HM2 account email and tell them what specific HM3 version/stakes license you want to purchase so they can issue the appropriate store credit to use as a discount for the upgrade purchase.

If that is something you need to do please login to your account on our site and email your questions to to our sales team via the 'Contact Support' link.

Yes, just send in a support ticket as described above and they will get you the appropriate discount setup for the HM3 version you want to purchase and reply with instructions on how to apply the store credit during checkout on our site. Store Credit can only be used from a web browser, not by purchasing directly from the HM3 software My Licenses app. It will be 25% of the OM3 Small Stakes cost ($60 x 25% = $15 discount) instead of 25% of your HM2 license cost ($160 x 25% = $40 discount).

I have HM3 full version. If i'm changing computers, desktop to laptop, what would be the easiest way to fully migrate with all notes, HH, etc.? Back up db on desktop then Restore db on lap?

Also, how many installations are allowed? (I read somewhere two)

Yes, but you need to make sure you have the latest beta version installed on both machines as some of our recent previous releases were not backing up the \HUD, \Config and \Reports folders properly. It is also a good idea to manually backup any custom HUD profiles, and the original hand history files, so that you have them all on both computers just in case you ever need the original/individual HUD profiles and hand history files that were auto imported to create the database originally.

You can make a backup of the active database and settings at any time by using the Tools - 'Backup Database...' menu.
- Individual HUD Profiles can also be exported from the HUD - HUD Editor - Options button menu.
- All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM3Archive is in C:\HM3Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Network\Month\DayOfMonth (example: C:\HM3Archive\SiteName\HM3Archive\2016\07\31). It is configured in the Tools - Settings - Import menu.

If you also want to manually backup the database/settings files: Your actual uncompressed HM3 databases are stored in C:\Users\{UserName}\Documents\Holdem Manager 3\Databases\.
Your personalized HM3 settings/files are stored in C:\Users\{UserName}\AppData\Roaming\Max Value Software\Holdem Manager\3.0\. If you can't see it, turn off the windows option that is hiding that directory - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...es+in+Windows+

Your HM3 license allows you to install and use the software concurrently on two computers owned and used by you. Here are the full details of the HM3 End User License Agreement (EULA), which you can always find in the footer of any page on our website.

Is currency converter automatic or do I have to turn it on? I went to settings, currency exchange rate, and get latest rate. The value for Euro and British pound does not covert to USD.

Tried Bodog MTTs today with a built in Hand Grabber and it worked good!

I have question about filtered stats at WPN MTTs:



Took these screenshots on the same table with a couple seconds delay. Are stats for both of them filtered for stack sizes?

Very confusing, if they are filtered for both of them why for one player it says filtered by stack size and for other it doesn't? If it is filtered only for one player why aren't they filtered for another?

HM2 has separate stats in the reports for each currency, unlike HM3 that has a stat for 'Net Won in Preferred Currency where you set the preferred currency in the Exchange Rates settings. Open the HM2 Reports 'Stats' selector menu and search for those stats:
