Thanks for all your help.

Last question regarding bovada/ignition. Since its important to get HM3 up and running before opening the bovada software to ensure the it records hands, are the hands missed as a result gone for good or is there a way to retreve them?

You can download the hands from the poker client 24+ hours later, for up to 7 days, and then manually import them with the 'allow reimport' setting toggled on to get any missed hands imported and update all grabbed hands with all known hole cards. Please see this FAQ for details on how to do this.

I have a problem with HM3 and HU Zoom tournaments.
Sometimes the HUD works when the tournament stars and sometimes it doesnt, but when I restart Pokerstars during the tournament it almost always works after the restart.
But since its HU Zoom I always lose like 5bb while I restart Stars.

Is there any other way to make the hud appear without having to restart Stars? I already tried to restart HM3 and also restart the HUD, but the only thing which was working so far was restarting Stars. I also always make sure to start HM3 first, before I start Pokerstars.

Are you also playing regular tables at the same time or only playing Zoom tables?

We've seen a PokerStars bug where it can stop writing the Zoom seating files HM requires when regular tables are opened. You can verify this for yourself:

1. Open this folder:

C:\Users\{Windows Login}\AppData\Local\PokerStars\Audit

If you can't see it, turn off the windows option that is hiding that directory - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...es+in+Windows+

2. With HM3 closed start PokerStars and join one Zoom table.

3. Confirm seating files for the Zoom table appear in the folder in step 1 for each new hand (this is how HM3 knows who is seated).

4. Open a regular table. Does PokerStars continue to generate seating files for the Zoom table? If not then unfortunately that is a PokerStars issue.

Hi

I have a licence for HM2 and want to start using it again but I am not very good at all with the tech and think I have messed up the Postgres years ago. I tried to book the specialist appointment and none are available at all, and I cant even delete it from my computer for some reason. Is there any way to get the specialist tech support to resolve it- I am happy to pay.

Our support volume has more than doubled the past couple months so our remote support guys don't have the time for the paid premium support sessions right now unfortunately. You will need to send us your logs and details in a support ticket so we can try and help you via email.

Please reproduce the problem and send your HM2Logs folder with screenshots and a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing, with a link to this thread and your forum name.

Yes. Anonymized hands from Party (and every other site we support) replaces the player's screen name with 'Hero'.

Hello,
So I'm currently playing on ignition and have an older version of HM2 so that I can see hole cards etc. Is there an issue with the older version for using on WPN? I have some money on black chip but my hud doesn't seem to work on there. There is an exclamation mark inside a triangle when I look up site set up.

If there is, is it possible to somehow switch between an older version and a newer one? I'm sure this is a dumb question but just curious.

I posted this in the computer tech thread. I use hem2 and use starscaption/888caption /partycaption when playing. Recently not long ago, my computer has been crashing when playing.


Whenever i start my laptop, i always get 2 messages.

Dwm.exe Aero glass for Win 8.1+ incompatibility issue

you should download appropriate symbol
ls package for your os from microsoft and click retry


It has a red x on the top and bottom




But also few seconds after it, i get message of

it has the classic shell needs to configure itself for the new OS. So i always just close this message, then the aero glass thing everytime. When i do this with the classic shell close, it always shows uac and like a message but i close it.



Now for over 3+ years, I did nothing to this. What I did was after the 2nd message shows up, i close it and it gives you this message and then i close it. Then i close the Dwm.exe and then go and do my thing on my computer.



Someone mentioned in my thread, aeros is needed for hem2... is that correct? Someone else in another forum... suggested i remove classic shell and aeros as that is my main issue with as with aeros with DWM. But would removing these programs make hem2 not work with the hud?



I remember years ago, i had aeros because when i didn't, the stars tables looked weird like the borders? Can you tell me if removing aeros is good idea or not? I like aeros and like the way it looks... but the thing is im having these computer crashes so not sure if i need to uninstall them? Or do i download the right aeros and new classic shell to fix it? You need the latest beta 8695 of HM2 to work on HM2. AFAIK the Ace Poker Solutions Ignition Card Catcher latest versions have an option/setting to show all hole cards in the latest versions of HM2. Please confirm with their support in their thread here.

HM2/3 require Aero. Make sure Windows Aero and Desktop Composition are enabled - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ws+7+and+Vista

Make sure windows is fully updated until 'No New Important Updates are Found' (this may require multiple restarts and multiple 'check for updates'), including Internet Explorer (even if you use a different web browser).

If you continue to have problems:

Please create a support ticket with a link to this thread and your forum username.

Please duplicate the issue and send us log files with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing:
- Open Windows Event Viewer's (Control Panel - System & Security - Administrative Tools or Start - Search - 'Event Viewer') - Windows Logs - Applications.
- Check for any errors and send the information (Save All Events As...) and compress*/attach that file to this support ticket.

I was finally able to get ACR to email me some old hand histories from when they were having issues on their new software. Unfortunately they said that the format they send them in does not work with HEM. Have you encountered anyone asking for help getting these files into a format that will work? Is there anything you can do to help me get them imported?

HM2 does not support WPN emailed hands (and I have no known workaround for that limitation) but the latest version of HM3 should be able to import them.

This was marked as 'Done' in our HM3 developer ticket system 22Apr2020.

If you have any import errors importing them to HM3 v3.1.10.0:

Please zip and email the original problem hand histories and tournament summaries to us as instructed at the bottom of this FAQ.

Make sure you also include screenshots of your reports/filters and a detailed description by tournament number, session, hole cards, filter, stat, etc. of some of the errors we need to test.

Hi thanks for long response. Just to confirm. Aeroglass and aeros is the same thing right?


When i looked at my program history, i saw that i installed aero glass for win8.1 years ago and this was when i got my laptop. Aero you had to download and install it yourself right and it didn't come with windows?


I'm confused here because if i remove Aero Glass for Win8.1+, can i still enable aero in my settings? Because i googled and it says windows does come with aeros... so aeroglass is different from aeros? I just remembered years ago i downloaded aero glass because i want the borders to look glasslike... like back with windows 7.

As far as I know, the turn Bet_Vs_Missed cbet indicated by you includes these two cases:
1 - Turn Bet vs missed cbet oop:% of the time the player bet the turn oop, after his opponent didn't cbet ip the flop.
2 - Turn Bet vs missed cbet ip:% of the time the player bet the turn IP, after his opponent cbet oop the flop, and check turn after flop bet-call. (in other words% of the time that player bet ip turn after opponent missed the turn cbet).

Is this so or am I wrong?

What I am looking for instead is a second bet on the turn after betting flop vs missed cbet.
For example:
Player A doesn't cbet flop OOP, player b bet flop IP vs missed cbet, player A call. On the turn player A check. What I'm looking for is the bet% of player B on the turn in this spot.

Aeroglass is not familiar to me. Windows 'Aero' is installed by default with Windows AFAIK.
