Hello


1- HUD question about HM 2

HUD pop at tables usually show stats for all hands we have in the player (or last X hands if we select), nice thats good. if I double click with mouse left button in the player stats, the pop up turn red colour and it shows only that session and it remain red/show the session stats until I double click again. Thats good.

At zoom when I double click the pop up see player stats for today session, 1 second later it goes back automatic to show stats I have on this player for all database. I have like half second trying to see hw he is playing... goes back insta .

How I can I click in that pop and make it ''fix'' like when I double click at non-zoom tables ?

2- HM2 reports .

At tab sessions by day it is showing my sessions separate by day but if I play two diferent sessions in the same day, it shows like it was only one session. At active session it shows the sessions separate but I want see this two sessions separate at HM2 reports tab too.

It was like that all time but weeks ago I click something and do not remeber how make it again.

Those HUD session filters will not work properly on fast-fold poker tables so they are disabled (they switch back to regular quickly if you try using them). HM3 (and PT4) has the same limitations.

What is your HM2 - Options - Settings - General Settings - Time: 'Session Timeout' value set to vs the time between those two tables for that sessin if you view them in the Sessions by Table report? I keep my session timeout at 30 minutes, which I think is the default HM2 setting.

im using Hm3 and for some reason today there was a prompt asking me to login when I try to open he software and when I input my password it says "Authentication has failed". I actually reseted my password and I get the same message.

This is most likely related to your computer's daylight savings time settings and/or it's date/time number format settings.

a) Make sure windows is fully updated until 'No New Important Updates are Found' (this may require multiple restarts and multiple 'check for updates'), including Internet Explorer (even if you use a different web browser).

Once that is done please restart your computer and try to launch HM3 and login again.

Is v3.1.0.62553 latest version of HM3?

I'm asking, because it looks same like it did 3 years ago and it's so slow importing hands vs H2N. H2N finished my 2M hands importing + 1000 stats creating in about 10 minutes. PT4 is slow as ****, but good for statistical analyses, but what's the point of HM3 as it is vs PT4/H2N?

That is the latest private beta build. There have been no significant cosmetic changes to the UI, like themes for instance, during the beta other than trying to make the existing features easier to use and less cluttered than HM2 (or earlier betas of HM3) was. Those more cosmetic types of things will come some time after it is out of private beta. There have been a lot of beta bug fixes in general and improvements for the importing, tourney results detection, startup, database switching, filtering, report/HUD loading, etc during the private beta to try and make the software as stable as possible before release.

HM3 uses a different database engine (SQLite) to eliminate the need for PostgreSQL and the various installation/connection problems it caused for many customers. *Import speed is typically a bit slower than HM2 when doing bulk imports, depending in part on what site/games you are importing hands from, but for most customers these bulk imports are a one time thing during the initial installation and setup. *The slower import speed will not affect the live play/HUD. *

We also have the tournament detection system now that runs after import to try and update the tournament results to be as accurate as possible with the limited information that most of our supported sites provide, and they should be much more accurate than HM2 was even for those sites like Stars that write summary files.

Has the table stat Avg. stack size been removed for use on Pokerstars? I'm adding it in HUD settings but the HUD isn't displaying it.

I don't believe that stat is restricted.

If you continue to have problems, please reproduce the problem and send your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing, with a link to this thread and your forum name.

edit: As soon as I clicked reply one of our testers suggested it could be a restricted stat. Send us logs either way so we have a proper support ticket and I will try and get you a definitive answer in the support ticket.

Hi, is there an HM2 update for the new cash out feature on pokerstars? HM2 doesn´t import the hands when the option is selected.

Hey, having an issue with the HEM2 hand replayer. It opens a seperate 'blank' window that I'm unable to view rather than the hand replayer popup. Tried reinstalling HEM2 and SQL database and problem persists. Any ideas?

It sounds like you changed your display settings, added/removed a monitor, or had a significant Windows/Graphics update.

If that is not the problem and by 'blank' you mean it is visible but appears corrupted in some way:

Please close HM2 and delete the files in the following folder:

C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\Co nfig\Replayer

Hello, i use the HM3 so far and i like it.

Just a few things that i missed:

1) Dark mode - is it possible to change the whole software in the dark mode? It is to bright, especially if my daugther sleep beside me. ;-)

2) Still miss the mucked Card Feature if i use the grapical hud. When will this be fixed?

3) I want to see the %, how often i hit a set on the flop. Where can i see this?
I use the filter in the sessions part and filter just on pocketpairs.

So i just hit 757 of 10899 = so i just hit 6,95 % my Set on the flop. Should it not be on closely 12 % ?

No, HM2/3 require a 3rd party grabber be configured in our Asian Poker Clubs menus. The only network that doesn't write hands that HM3 Beta supports, with it's own add-on in-house app, is Ignition which we just began private beta testing of.

I just gave a quick test with the latest on stars play money and it worked without issue.

Which site/games are you playing?

1) Check that hands are being saved by your poker client to the folder configured in your poker client options - https://support.holdemmanager.com/su...r-3/Site-Setup
2) Make sure that same folder is set in HM3 - Tools - Site Settings and assigned to the correct Poker Site
3) Make sure you enabled the HM3 - File - Start Auto Import option.
4) Check that the hands are importing to HM3:
- Open Tools - Import Details and go to the Live play tab
- You should see new hands coming in there when playing and*see them in the HM3 - Reports too
5) When hands import the HUD should appear

Please edit the Tools - Site Settings - {your site/network name} - Time Zone Adjustment - [x] 'Manual hand time adjustment (in hours)' option so that the time for the hands in the Reports will match your local time if the Auto Detect method did not properly set the offset value.
If you still don't see a HUD*is there a HM3 HUD icon on the table*or is there nothing at all at the table?

If none of that helps:

a) Please enable the Tools - Settings - Feature Logging -*Select [x] HUD - OK.

b) Please reproduce the problem and:
- Take a screenshot of the table/desktop
- Try to include the Live Play tab, your poker client lobby and a browser page of this site - https://time.is/ - visible in the screen shot.

c) Click the 'Send Feedback' button from the left sidebar menu, or from the 'Help' menu at the top, and send your logs and config files with a detailed description of the problem. *

d) Send the screenshots in the same/new support ticket the Send Feedback system generated for this issue. *Here is a direct link to your My Tickets page - https://support.holdemmanager.com/user/mytickets/

e) Save a copy of the original Hand history for the table/session with the issue and zip/attach those also.*

With all the above information we should be able to narrow down what is causing the issue. *If all the information is not included we will need to email you again to request it.

*All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM3Archive is in C:\HM3Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Network\Month\DayOfMonth (example: C:\HM3Archive\SiteName\HM3Archive\2016\07\31).* It is configured in the Tools - Settings - Import menu.

NoteCaddy is not yet ready for beta testing in HM3. It is still in private internal alpha testing. That tab in the popup had to be added with a url link (to pokertracker.com) placeholder in preparation for our upcoming release of the HM3/Apps licensing system. Some time after HM3 is released we will announce that NoteCaddy is ready for beta testing and that popup link redirect will be updated to go to the Holdem Manager site instead.

No decision has been made yet about HM Apps licensing for HM3 except for LeakBuster which will not be a part of HM3.
