- After downloading, you should right-click the file, go to properties and click unblock.*

- Then, right click the file and run as administrator.

If you continue to have problems:


Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'HUDStats' and 'FastPoker' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps.

Please reproduce the problem and attach:
- a short video using http://www.techsmith.com/jing.html or http://www.screencast-o-matic.com/ or https://www.techsmith.com/download/snagit/
- if the video is too big for email you can share it via screencast, dropbox, googledrive or filedropper, and send us a link to watch it.
- try to include the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock (right-click the windows clock > adjust date/time > keep the clock with the seconds hand in the video) and poker client lobby clock in the video

2 questions.

Sometimes HM3 stops working so I turn it off when I go to restart HM3 it says a version is already running. The only way to get it running again is for me to start task manager and manually turn it off even though it's not running.
Is there anyway to stop this?

I imported my HUD from HM2 to HM3 working perfect. My pop up works when I click on stats however my pop up is now appearing smaller than it did on HM2 is it possible to edit the popups I made and make them bigger

Please reproduce the problem and click the 'Send Feedback' button from the left sidebar menu (or from the 'Help' menu at the top), or choose 'Yes' if prompted to submit an error report, and send your logs and config files with a detailed step by step description of the problem that we can use to try and reproduce the problem.

Please export the HUD(s) from HM2 that you were trying to import to HM3 that caused this problem and zip/attach it along with screenshots of how it appears for you in HM2 and HM3 on the tables and/or replayer.

When sending any files please zip them (right-click - send to - compressed folder) before attaching them to an email/ticket.

Also, how would I use the filters to filter out for this scenario: hero is in CO and has been called by the BTN and the BB.

More Filters - Board Texture and use the CustomRankFlop1, 2 and 3 filters along with the Flush = Flop is Rainbow filter.

You can't filter for callers position. It was requested for HM2 a long time ago but we only have about 10 or so users that ever requested it be added. If it becomes more of a popular request again with HM3 maybe we can reconsider adding it in the future.

From tomorrow, June 18th, players will be able to request a download of their hand histories. To request this, players should contact their poker room’s support team, specifying the date range for which they would like the hand history file(s). Hand histories from the last 3 years are available.

The hand history will be provided as a .DAT file (which is compatible with HEM v8465 or earlier and PT v4.14.23 or earlier), with complete information about all hands you were dealt into, whether you contributed to the pot or not.

Until we have been able to assess demand, requests are limited to one per week.

2. Hand History Files in Prima

In the future, most likely in Q4 this year, we will add support to our new software to download hand history files to your device. Currently, we plan for the download to be available after a short delay (e.g. 24 hours) to strike a balance between tracking your own results, and enabling HUDs.

Hand History files in the older ‘classic’ software will not be changed.

3. Easier Alias Changes

Currently, players on the MPN can change their poker alias every 30 days, or 1,000 hands (whichever comes soonest). At some point in the future, we will make these changes easier and more prominent.

The downloaded hands should import fine if they are written in the same format as before. If you play on one of their skins that still writes (incomplete) hands and were auto importing when the hands were played live you will have to first purge those hands from the database and toggle on the force reimport option when manually importing the downloaded hand files.

If you have import issues zip/send the dat file to us in a support ticket with screenshots and details of the errors.

Could we play on stars/party/888 at the same time with hem2 running with the partypoker change? I read that hud no longer works but you obviously could have hem2 running? Thus if you play on stars and say party, well you want to have your hem2 and hud on for stars... but there is no issue having it run while having party tables up as well right? Otherwise, wouldnt' that mean a person can't play on party and other sites?


I also believe programs like partycaption no longer works with party right?

Yes, you can still use our software on other sites while playing party tables.

I have no idea of partycaption works still, you will have to ask their support team that question.

Hi,

I was asked to change my screen name on party poker and since doing so my HUD isn't working on fast forward games. I've downloaded the latest HM2 update and restarted etc but my HUD still isn't showing?

To create a new database go to the database manager via either the database icon in the bottom status bar or via the top ribbon menu under the Home tab. Then click the green + icon to create a new database. Leave the details the same and choose a name for the new database - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...y+played+hands


If you continue to have problems please zip and email the problem hand histories, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to us using the 'Contact Support' link.

Make sure you also include screenshots of your reports and a detailed description by tournament number, session, hole cards, etc. of some of the errors we need to test.

All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: C:\HM2Archive\2016\07\31).

When sending any files please zip them (right-click > send to > compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. If the attachment is larger than 10MB please upload them to a file hosting site like dropbox, then click 'Share' > 'Create Link' > Copy Link' and right-click > 'Paste' the download link directly into the support ticket email. If you have any problems with dropbox try using filedropper.com or google drive.

I down loaded HM3 BETA update and it wants my e-mail and my password; however, it does not like the password that I have been using up to now on HM2 and Beta 3. I hit the get help with password button and it sends me to a blank page on the HM website. Get anyone guide me correctly. TYIA. Mark

This is most likely related to your computer's daylight savings time settings and/or it's date/time number format settings.

I have very detailed HUD with lots of notecaddy notes that I have created for NL, but I'd like to use the same hud for PLO aswell. But none of the notecaddy stats are working for plo.

I have notecaddy nl/plo premium.


All my notecaddy stats have this so they shouldnt be for NL only?

Current version imported no cash hands. Downgraded to 2.0.0.8454 and everything imported without errors.
