Sory but i don't understand.

I play only plo and nlhe cash on ignition, will the HM3 IGN Hand Grabber save the hands a play to HM3 database so i can review replay the hands after a session?

I am sorry if I made it more confusing than I should have. Yes, it will grab and import live hands, show the hud on the table and the hands in the reports for review. And it will also re-import those hands (with our force re-import option enabled) if you request/download them from their client 24+ hours after the session and it will update all of the hole cards from the client downloaded hands.

It currently does not support Tournament or Zone tables/hands, only regular Holdem or 4 card Omaha cash tables.

When I'm on Ignition and load HM3 what do I need to do to see the hud on the table? or should HM3 be doing this itself?

I already mentioned this but you must have missed it:

HM3 is not available for beta testing by customers yet. We can't do that until after we finalize our licensing for HM3 and it's apps and released HM3 out of private beta. It is only being tested internally by our employees at this stage of development. I have no estimate for when HM3 will be released or how long after release it will be before things like the IGN Hand Grabber or NoteCaddy can be tested by customers.

Note: In that picture I posted, notice the 'Apps' menu option in the upper ribbon of HM3. That is what you need but you can't/won't see that until some time after the HM3 release.

Which Operating System, Firewall, and AntiVirus are you using? This is a false positive caused by our recent update of our licensing security code.

Sometimes security software can prevent Holdem Manager communicating with PostgreSQL and the Poker sites. This can cause many issues including import, hud issues and issues with launching Holdem Manager. Please follow the instructions in this FAQ that creates exceptions for Holdem Manager and PostgreSQL to avoid these issues - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...%28Firewall%29

a) Open your Windows Defender (or chosen AntiVirus program) > History tab:

1) Select the files if they are from holdemmanager with that checkbox on the left side, then in the bottom right of the window click 'Allow Item'.
2) Start HM2.

Please let us know if that solved the problems.

b) If none of that helps:

Many of those free Norton, Mcaffee, Comodo, Zonealarm, Avira, Avast, AVG, Bitdefender, etc, 'internet security' bundles will not work well with Holdem Manager.

Please do the following steps, so we can get your computer to a state that we know will work with Holdem Manager:

1) Uninstall any 3rd party security software (even windows defender or security essentials) bundles and dont reinstall them until after you reconnect postgresql.
2) Reboot your computer
3) Uninstall HM2* and then Reinstall HM2 - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...er_2_Setup.exe
- After downloading, you should right-click the file, go to properties and click unblock.*
* If you do not see an 'unblock' option you can ignore this step.
- Then, right click the file and run as administrator.
4) Enable Windows Firewall's recommended settings through your Control Panel, turn off Windows Defender (unless you are using Windows 10, in which case it should be enabled), and add firewall exceptions for HM and SQL - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...rewall%29#MSES
5) Install Microsoft Security Essentials (unless you are using Windows 10) for antivirus/malware protection and update it - https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/14210

*This will not affect your database, settings or original hands in your archive folder.

Once HM2 is working properly you should be able to reinstall your preferred AntiVirus software. Please follow the instructions in this FAQ that creates exceptions for Holdem Manager and PostgreSQL to avoid these issues - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...%28Firewall%29

c) If you continue to have problems, please reproduce the problem and zip/attach your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ger+Support%3F

Not in HM2 but we do have it in HM3:

If you own a HM2 license you can start using HM3 Beta pre-release right now if you haven't already.

HM3 Pre-Release beta is now available. Click here to register your HM3 beta now - http://www.holdemmanager.com/hm3/beta.php

- After downloading, you should right-click the file, go to properties and click unblock.*
* If you do not see an 'unblock' option you can ignore this step.
- Then, right click the file and click 'Install'.

Here are some first time install instructions - https://support.holdemmanager.com/su...tion-and-Setup

If you have any problems with HM3:

Please reproduce the problem and click the 'Send Feedback' button from the left sidebar menu (or from the 'Help' menu at the top), or choose 'Yes' if prompted to submit an error report, and send your logs and config files with a detailed step by step description of the problem that we can use to try and reproduce the problem.

If you are unable to send the logs via the automated system for any reason you can collect and send the logs manually - https://support.holdemmanager.com/su...les-to-support

HM2 calculates 1,8$ rake instead of 1,2$ rake for 20$ spins on Partypoker. How can I fix this, so that I wont have to edit every single tourney?

You will need to send us a small sample of the problem hand history files, screenshots of the problem in HM2 and screenshots of the correct numbers in the lobby of one of those games.

Please zip and email the problem hand histories, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to us using the 'Contact Support' link.

Make sure you also include screenshots of your reports (and SNG Lobby) and a detailed description by tournament number, session, hole cards, etc. of some of the errors we need to test.

All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: C:\HM2Archive\2016\07\31).

When sending any files please zip them (right-click > send to > compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. If the attachment is larger than 10MB please upload them to a file hosting site like dropbox, then click 'Share' > 'Create Link' > Copy Link' and right-click > 'Paste' the download link directly into the support ticket email. If you have any problems with dropbox try using filedropper.com or google drive.

I am sorry, but I wasn't remembering (or skimmed over the 'Party' mention you made) that Party announced they plan to stop writing hand histories next month. All Party network related fixes are on hold until we see if they do it and actually leave them disabled unlike when they did it briefly 2 years ago.

Here is the article about it in German - https://www.pokerfirma.com/news/part...-verbot/619904

Which google can hopefully translate for you.

No, I haven't gotten an update from the QA/Testing Manager yet. It is a big task to add support for a new site (i.e. a 2.0 client update like this that changed so many things in a previously supported site).

The devs made a lot of progress from what I see in the checkins list snippet our QA/Testing Manager just posted but I don't have an ETA yet.

Native support for the H3 Ignition Hand Grabber? I have no estimate. That grabber comes from the PT4 dev side of MVS. I assume once the PT4 Ignition Hand Grabber adds Zone/Tournament support HM3 will get it also, but I haven't heard any specifics about time frame yet.

At this point customers can't use the HM3 Ignition Hand Grabber, only our employees have access to it. Some time after the official HM3 release we should be able to start letting customers test the IGN HH Grabber on regular cash tables.

Will HM3 have a positional HUD similar to H2N, so that your HUD only shows stats which are relevant to the current situation?

Nope.

Switching HUDs/stats based on actions/positions is not allowed at some of the sites we support and we only add a feature if it can be implemented at all of our supported sites. We have no plans to bring this feature back or design any new features for HM2/3 that would not work at all supported networks/sites.

Please click on the red/yellow flag icon in the HM2 status bar if you see it and check each error message. To solve each problem you will need to click on the blue question mark icon in the Alert Viewer window to be directed to the solution FAQ - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...+Viewer+System

There is a bug in the 8635 beta. It was supposed to fix the problems with the HUD on Zoom tables if you had the new Stars beta graphics engine Aurora enabled, but it did not.

Please rollback to the latest official version 8629 if you installed 8635 - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...ger_2_Beta.exe

- After downloading, you should right-click the file, go to properties and click unblock.*
* If you do not see an 'unblock' option you can ignore this step.
- Then, right click the file and run as administrator.

Try to turn off the PokerStars - Settings - Table Appearance - Table Graphics: [ ] 'Enable the new PokerStars Graphics Engine' option if your poker client has that option.

If you continue to have problems:

Please follow the instructions in this FAQ and reply back with the answers to the 12 questions in that FAQ. Those answers should help us quickly identify your issue, skipping questions will just mean we have to ask again in the next email and will delay the resolution of the issue.

Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'HUDStats' and 'FastPoker' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps. You can also enable this before you launch HM2 from the Start Menu.

Please reproduce the problem and:
- Attach a screenshot of the table/desktop
- Try to include the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the screen shot
- Attach a copy of the original Hand history for the table with the issue*
- Close HM2 and send your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing.

* All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HM2Archive\2009\07\31) or if it was auto-imported with 7283+ it would be in \HM2Archive\SiteName\YYYY\MM\DD. It is configured in the Site Setup - Auto Import Folders menu.

With all the above information we should be able to narrow down what is causing the issue. If all the information is not included we will need to email you again to request it.

This is by design because Party doesn't write player names to the hand history file even though you can see them in the live table graphics. Please see this - http://www.partypoker.com/blog/cash-game-changes.html

The HUD should work but it will show stats for Player 1, Player 2, etc instead of Player screen names. We updated HM2 to reset the stats at each new table to 'Session Stats' which uses the HUD Settings > General Settings > HUD Font > 'Alt Background' color so you will know they are session stats and not lifetime stats. If you do not want the HUD background to be red change the 'Alt background' color by clicking it with your left mouse button and using the color picker.
