Can you upload the video? I think you forgot the link in your post. I made it all manually for now.

How do I disable Hero HUD? If that's not possible yet, def. add it. In addition to that, you should add a filter to only display certain stats, if they actually matter. So cbet in 3bet pots only if it's a 3bet pot.

Oops, sorry about that. Here is the video - https://drive.google.com/open?id=1pn...lDMBTUHKMg0ReG

Hopefully that works OK, haven't uploaded a video for public viewing on google drive from screenpresso in a long while.

Open the HUD - HUD Editor and choose the 'Profile:' you want to customize from the drop-down menu. Select the group = Default and under Group Properties - 'Name' set it to 'Everyone but hero' as shown in this image - https://www.dropbox.com/s/k9dz94kho4...tHero.png?dl=0

If your HUD has multiple 'Groups' you will want to repeat the process above for all of the other groups in the HUD.

That sounds like something that would be against the Third Party Tools rules at stars:

Switching HUDs/stats based on actions in hands is not allowed at some of the sites we support and we only add a feature if it can be implemented at all of our supported sites. We have no plans to bring this feature back or design any new features for HM2/3 that would not work at all supported networks/sites. You will need to put these stats into a tabbed or stat specific popup.

Oh, I didn't know that. The reason I am asking for it is that H2N seems to support it and I guess they are also well aware of what's allowed and what's not. On PokerStars.

So what's the best way to make big HUDS not cover almost the whole table? Is it possible to make the black background simply transparent? As you can see in the screenshot, the top right area has no stats, yet sometimes covers the chips at the table and I don't really see whether someone raised or 3bet.

https://gyazo.com/fe126da46312c2ad04d4efe8aecfa963

Another option would be to split players hud into two pieces and place one above the name and the other one below it. Is that possible?

I haven't read the new Amaya Third Party Tools rules so that specific example you mentioned may be allowed, since H2N does it. They do a lot of screen scraping of the chat box like we used to do for Live Tracking in HM2. Our Live Tracking powered some features that Amaya no longer allowed when their TPT rules first came out. We chose to just kill the Live Tracking completely and all of the features it powered even if they were still allowed as it was a much simpler fix. We have no plans for any live tracking features in HM3.

You can make the HUD have multiple groups (we called them panels in HM2) and/or you can set the HUD Group(s) to be semi-transparent until you mouse over.

When building a HUD: in the HUD - HUD Editor menu click the 'New Group' button to create a new 'Stat Group' and add the stats you want to be on the 2nd panel.

For a completed HUD like you have you should probably first click the little disc icon to the right of the 'New Group' and 'Delete' buttons then 'Export Group'. Once that is done you should click the button again and 'Import Group' then delete all but the first 2 rows of stats from the first group, and only delete the first 2 rows of stats from the 'Default2' group you imported. To do this click the little '-' button to the right of the stats in the HUD Editor and then 'Delete Line'.

For the semi-transparent thing:

HUD - HUD Editor - Select the 'Group' you want to modify to behave this way - Display = 'Lower Opacity Until Mouse Over' - 'OK' as shown in this image - https://www.dropbox.com/s/gwohv8e8k7...acity.png?dl=0

The amount of opacity is controlled in the HUD Options - Advanced menu - https://www.dropbox.com/s/h7o16dn1rv...tions.png?dl=0

IMPORTANT Zoom Installation Instructions:

Make sure you always start HM2 first before you open the PokerStars Client. If you closed PokerStars for any reason and did not close HM2 please close them both and start HM2 before you start PokerStars again.

On the first run, you must start the Hold'em Manager 2 HUD BEFORE you launch PokerStars. If PokerStars is open, you must close PokerStars, start the HUD and then open PokerStars before Zoom HUD will function properly. If the Zoom HUD is not displaying after doing the above, please uninstall PokerStars, rename the associated C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\PokerStars.xx folders. and re-download and install PokerStars as the PokerStars installation is more than likely corrupted and a PokerStars reinstall should resolve the issue.

Please check all of the steps on this FAQ.

If you continue to have problems please tell us which ps.xx skin you play on, what the client/server version numbers are, and send the requested files/screenshots as instructed at the end of the Zoom setup FAQ in the link above.

When clicking on a player's stats, I'm not getting the pop up tab. Sometimes the player notes tab and/or line analysis tabs will pop up when clicking, but nothing when I hover (except for once). Everything else seems to work fine as far as importing, updating players stats, toggling between session & overall stats, marking hands for review.

The only change I've made is switching from a 24" to a 30" monitor. When the HUD first loaded, there was a scaling issue I fixed by finding a specific setting. Scaling is fine now; just no pop-up. Running latest version of HM2, using the Bet Online Card Catcher as well.

Thanks,
Jay

Go to HUD Settings > General Settings > Advanced Settings and toggle the 'Click for Stat Popup' option and see if that helps.

If you continue to have problems:

1) Export any custom HUD configs.
2) Open the HM2 > HUD Settings > HUD Designer menu > Click 'Reset' > [x] All Configs > OK
3) Manually reset your Site Setup > Seating Preferences > for your site/seats and any other HUD Settings you had personalized.

Try to reproduce the problem using the default HUD/settings. If it works properly you can try importing your customized HUD again. If the problem returns after importing the custom HUD then you know that config is corrupted and you will need to delete it and rebuild it from scratch or import an older backup of that HUD config that was created before the corruption. If you have to rebuild the HUD and don't have a backup/export of your HUD from before the corruption occurred you can try to find a similar HUD to use as a starting template from our HUD Repository.

Did the above and still having an issue. First time I hovered, stats popped up for a second. Since then, nothing. The only thing I didn't touch were seating preferences because it looked the same. The note icon/label is also v small, though that may be an unrelated issue. I did have to uncheck 'scale font' because each player tab was huge.

I have another way of resetting the HUD to default that might help that you can try if you want:

Please export your custom HUD's in HUD Settings > HUD Designer.

Then close HM2 and delete the prefs.xml file in this folder:

Windows 7/8/10, Vista

C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\Config

XP

C:\Documents And Settings\[Username]\Application Data\HoldemManager\Config

To see these folders you may have to enable hidden files.

Try to reproduce the problem using the default HUD/settings.

If none of that helps:

Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'HUDStats' and 'FastPoker' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps. You can also enable this before you launch HM2 from the Start Menu.

Please reproduce the problem and:
- Attach a screen shot of the table/desktop
- Try to include the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the screen shot
- Attach a copy of the original Hand history for the table with the issue*
- Close HM2 and send your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing.

* All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HM2Archive\2009\07\31) or if it was auto-imported with 7283+ it would be in \HM2Archive\SiteName\YYYY\MM\DD. It is configured in the Site Setup - Auto Import Folders menu.

With all the above information we should be able to narrow down what is causing the issue. If all the information is not included we will need to email you again to request it.

First part didn't help. I'm on the above part and can't seem to find the Feature Logging option under either Settings or HUD settings. I could be overlooking it or misunderstanding your directions.

Just noticed this: the hover pop-ups work up until I click for the player pop-up. Then neither work.

I just replied to your support ticket/email #391291 with some feedbac. It sounds like it is most likely related to the higher resolution and/or scaling on the new larger monitor.

My HUD has recently stopped working for all tables. This seemed to coincide with pokerstars updating their graphics package. I no longer see any of the familiar options in the pokerstars client. Instead I have just 4 options for table themes, all of which are new.

Im using pokerstars 7 build 25558 in case this is relevant.

I have done the usual things like reinstalling HM and making sure that everything is run as admin.

We have to add support for their new graphics engine. Try switching back to an older theme, or try to turn off the PokerStars - Settings - Table Appearance - Table Graphics: [ ] 'Enable the new PokerStars Graphics Engine, and/or disable the Settings - Table Appearance - Table Display: [ ] 'Display Seasonal Themes'
