HM2 Hud is not working for me anymore after the PartyPoker update at the FastForward tables. When will there be an update?

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with the software. It appears they released another update that broke the HUD again. Last time they broke it we released beta 8544. We will have to fix and test the issue then release another new beta. These changes should be available in the next gold beta release. While we do not have an exact date for the release, you will receive a prompt to update once available as long as you have enabled the Settings > General > [x] Prompt for Beta Updates.

You can also always check the top of the following forum for the latest release to see if the new beta with the Party FastForward fix is ready for download - http://forums.holdemmanager.com/hm2-releases/

Edit: I see the confusion. My canned reply above still referenced their previous update that broke the Fast Forward HUD only.

Their previous update broke the FastForward HUD but the update that just happened renamed the table window header details order and broke it on all tables. See the post above and I will add:

If you want to be notified when it is fixed please send an email via the 'Contact Support' link and include "Notify Me When HM-8976 Is Resolved" in the subject line and body of the email.

We are testing the HM3 fix today and if all goes well it should be released later today. You will receive a prompt to update once available as long as you have enabled the Tools - Settings - General - [x] 'Check for Updates' option (which is enabled by default).

Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'HUDStats' and 'FastPoker' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps. You can also enable this before you launch HM2 from the Start Menu.

Please reproduce the problem and:
- Attach a screen shot of the table/desktop
- Try to include the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the screen shot
- Save a copy of the original Hand history for the table with the issue
- Close HM2 and send your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing.

With all the above information we should be able to narrow down what is causing the issue. If all the information is not included we will need to email you again to request it.

Install VC++ 2013 from this link - https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/down....aspx?id=40784

Please let us know if that solves the problem for you.

If you continue to have problems:

Please see this FAQ for help in resolving licensing issues:

If you continue to have problems, please reproduce the problem and zip/attach your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ger+Support%3F

I do not have an estimate for when this issue will be resolved. While we do not have an exact date for the release, you will receive a prompt to update once available as long as you have enabled the Settings > General > [x] Prompt for Beta Updates.

Guys, there are no updates for HEM3 yet. Is HEM2 working with Party at least? I don't have it installed and my harddrive is already fairly full.

There is a partial fix for HM2 on our forums here for regular tables. The HUD is not yet working on Fast Forward tables and you have to use the Table Finder on Jackpot tables.

That is an update/patch file so if you don't have HM2 installed already you need to download the installer from our downloads page first before you can install the patch.

Is there a way to let HEM2 then use my HEM3 database? I basically don't really want HEM2 as HEM3 runs so fine but if it's unclear when HEM3 will work with PartyPoker, I guess I gotta add HEM2?

No, that is not possible. HM2 uses PostgreSQL for the database and HM3 uses SQLite. They can not read the other database. If you want to use the HM2 beta instead of waiting for HM3 you would need to install HM2, and HM2 will also install PostgreSQL if you don't have it installed, then create a HM2 database for HM2 to use. This is going to require some of your apparently limited free space.

We recommend you maintain more than 20% free space on your system drive. Please see this FAQ to clear up some more free space.

We have a possible fix for Party HUD checked in for HM3 but another unrelated check in broke the Site Settings menu so we can't send it out yet to customers for beta testing. Once I am told we have a stable HM3 build I can send out I will try to remember to PM you a link ahead of the actual beta channel auto update feed.

Thanks a lot! Looks like HEM3 actually imports hands, so that's just fine for now. By the way, could you also forward to the tech team to simplify hand-marking during the play? In HEM2 you can right-click and mark the hand right way. In HEM3 it takes one more step, that costs quite some time over the long run.

Which specific method/place are you marking hands in HM2/3 that takes more steps in HM3?
