What report are you using this stat in? It will only work in time based reports like Sessions. If you try using it in a report like Overall, that doesn't have a time based stat like Session Length by default, it is not going to work.

If you continue to have problems please zip and email the problem hand histories, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to us using the 'Contact Support' link and attach a screen shot and a detailed description of the problem - https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/...re-screenshots

All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HM2Archive\2009\07\31) or if it was auto-imported with 7283+ it would be in \HM2Archive\SiteName\YYYY\MM\DD. It is configured in the Site Setup - Auto Import Folders menu.

When sending any files please zip them (right-click > send to > compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. If the attachment is larger than 10MB please upload them to a file hosting site like dropbox, then 'copy public link' and paste the download link directly into the support ticket email.

I think its maybe because the time's aren't aligned, hem2 is 2 minutes behind both my system and pokerstars which are in sync. Is there a way to fix this? I can only see how to adjust time by hours in site setting but it's the minutes which are off.
Thanks

I don't really see how that is possible. HM2 imports the hands wrote by the poker client, after the hand is finished, and uses the server time stamps that are wrote in the hand history files.

Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'HUDStats' and 'FastPoker' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps. You can also enable this before you launch HM2 from the Start Menu.

Please reproduce the problem and:
- Attach a screen shot of the table/desktop
- Try to include the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the screen shot
- Save a copy of the original Hand history for the table with the issue
- Close HM2 and send your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing.

With all the above information we should be able to narrow down what is causing the issue. If all the information is not included we will need to email you again to request it.

Not yet but I just asked our QA/Testing Manager to try and get it in the next HM2 beta update. These changes should be available in the next gold beta release. While we do not have an exact date for the release, you will receive a prompt to update once available as long as you have enabled the Settings > General > [x] Prompt for Beta Updates.

It should be a rather easy fix as HM3/PT4 seem to be able to import them. If you don't have HM3 beta yet PM me (on my fozzy71 personal account here) and I can send you instructions to get a trial license and a link to the latest internal testing beta.

That is odd. Those feature logging options just enable additional logging for us to review and should not actually fix any problems. It sounds like it may have just been a temporary bug of some sort. If you disable those feature logging options does it still work properly?

If not, send us the logs/files without the feature logging options enabled so that the problem is reproduced in the logs you send.

How do I make HM2 show HUD on tables that I spectate? I though its just not possible due to some Pokerstars rules, but I played with PT4 recently and it shows HUD on MTT tables that I spectate.

HM2 will pre-fetch HUD data on observed (cash and tournament) tables if it is properly configured. I just tested to make sure and I got a HUD on a MTT I was observing.

We are limited by the pokerstars rules to only a few hands per table/session. PT4 (and HM3) limits it to 2 hands max per table and 30 hands max per session total I believe, while HM2 limits it to 30 hands per session without a per table limit (i.e. 1 table for 30 hands, 2 tables for 15 hands, etc). HM2 won't actually populate the database with the observed hands/stats as datamining (populating the database with hands you did not actually play in) is against the rules at every site we support.

What does "properly configurated" mean here? Everything else in my HM2 and HUD works.

The Options - Site Setup - Poker Stars - Auto Import Folders menu needs to be configured to auto import from:

C:\Users\{UserName}\AppData\Roaming\HEM Data\Hands

That is the HUD pre-fetch hand import folder. If you can't see it, turn off the windows option that is hiding that directory. http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...es+in+Windows+

Make sure that the auto import is running and that the HUD is enabled (button should say 'stop hud'). If you continue to have problems:

Hello again! I need help with this: I am playing $1 180 players sng's and 4,50 sng's. I want the reports to show me my winnings and ROI in both (mixed), out of other tipe of sng's and Mtts. So I go to "by tournament tag" and choose them but this happens:

https://imgur.com/a/1X7zuUe

I do it that way and then it shows nothing. Whenever I choose only one it does. It doesn't let me chose 2 different tags in more filters >> taggin. So I choose the number of players option.

Any way I can do this? thanks

Also: I made the 4.5 on demand tag by myself. Will it show profits properly? because this sngs don't pay same prices everytime.

This is usually a firewall or windows update issue and the following guide gives a step by step guide.

If you continue to have problems, please reproduce the problem and send your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing.

Please try to vacuum/analyze and reindex your database.

If you continue to have problems, try the following:

Try creating a new DataBase and import a small portion of your \HM2Archive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB.

If the new database seems to work properly, it sounds like your database might be corrupt. Please continue to use the new database and import the rest of your hands using the steps above. This is why regular backups are a good idea. If your database becomes corrupt you can restore a backup and only have to import the most recent hands (that were played after the backup was created) and edit any tournament results if necessary. I recommend keeping at least the most recent 2 or 3 backups in case the most recent one does not restore properly you can try the previous backup.

Here is a FAQ explaining how to backup your database and all settings in one easy step.

If none of that helps please zip and email the problem hand histories, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to us using the 'Contact Support' link.

If your party client recently updated you need to install the latest HM2 Beta update for the HUD to work on FastForward tables.

If you continue to have problems:

Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'HUDStats' and 'FastPoker' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps. You can also enable this before you launch HM2 from the Start Menu.

Windows pushed an update that's gimped my (quite old) i5 processor, trying to find a way to deal with it until I get a new computer. Does the "show hud on active tables only" setting use less cpu? Or are the hud panels all still there, only hidden?

Will a hud with fewer stats use less resources? What about stat-dense popups?

Thanks

I am not sure off the top of my head unfortunately as I haven't really used any of those features recently or tested how they affect performance (and my focus in testing work is geared towards HM3 these days). I would say give each a try and keep a close eye on the task manager or resource monitor while playing fewer tables until you are sure which works best for you.

You can also try HM3 Beta to see if your machine handles it better than HM2 though in general HM3 is going to require more resources than HM2. PM me on my personal account if you need instructions to get HM3 Beta activated, or already have it and want the latest internal beta.

One of our testers also suggested this option to remove and hide the recent Windows update that is causing your issues.

I have been investigating this issue and it seems not to be a problem, just HM2 filters 1 thing at time. It can't filter 180players $1 and $4.5 at same time. So I ask, is there any way to create a report that shows me only 2 type of tourneys? thanks a lot

Please send the hands as requested with a link to this thread and your forum name and one of our testers can investigate if it is possible, a bug, or an improvement we need to make.
