Does he have some unusual characters in his screen name? This is the most common cause of these types of issues.

Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'HUDStats' and 'FastPoker' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps. You can also enable this before you launch HM2 from the Start Menu.

Please reproduce the problem and:
- Attach a screen shot of the table/desktop
- Try to include the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the screen shot
- Save a copy of the original Hand history for the table with the issue
- Close HM2 and send your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing (i.e. copy/paste your post I quoted into the support ticket when sending your logs/files).

That is not possible, mostly due to performance reasons.

HM is designed to only show your session stats at that table as we felt it was a lot more useful for a couple of reasons:
1) A lot of people will have a huge amount of stats on themselves so it avoids performance issues having to crunch numbers to show these for yourself
2) A lot of regulars are very aware of their own stats and when you have a lot of stats accumulated it would take a huge swing to for the stat values to change with bigger samples
3) Its much more beneficial to see your session stats to get an idea of how aggressive or passive people will see you since you sat at that table. (again even if its against a reg you'll know yourself your overall image or at least you should)
4) You can easily check your overall stats in the reports section to remind yourself of any stats but again most people know their stats pretty well.

Hi there. I have a hud that i have the basic stats showing such as vpip, pfr, af etc.

Is there a stat that shows what percentage of the time your opponent bets when checked to? Such that i want to know how much percent this player bets when their opponent checks? And is there some general guideline such as if he bets 70 percent or more when check to, well hes aggressive and a certain percentage is average and certain percentage is very low? Thus players like to bet at the pot when checked to, to take down the pot but i like to know what are the percentages like.

Also, is holdem manager 2 the program where i could have the action shown? Such as playing lot of tables, sometimes you don't know if you were the preflop raiser or not or what happened on the previous streets. I believe i had this shown a while back but never kept this and like to have it shown. Is this with the holdem manager hud or is it some other program?

This is just a CBet stat no?

Edit: In a 3-bet pot pre I guess you'd use "Flop Bet - 3 Bet pot".

Your question is a bit too vague to be able to answer but I believe the answer is no, if I understand the question. Stats are generally street specific and it sounds like you are wanting some sort of general bets when checked to stat that doesnt care what street it is, if it was a raised pot, etc. There is no such stat. If you were looking for a street specific stat for this, in a raised pot, then there are some stats in the 'Bet vs Missed CBet' category of the HUD Designer.

The rest of that first paragraph is not something I could answer, even if we did have such a stat. We do not give coaching advice as to how you should interpret stats. Those types of questions you need to ask your peers that play your games/stakes, or a proper coach.

Street By Street HUD, Live Pot Odds and the Line Taken stat were a part of the Live Tracking feature. It only ever worked at IPoker and PokerStars. It broke on IPoker after they introduced their new beta (now official) client. We had to disable it completely after PokerStars introduced their new Third Party Tools rules as it was used to power some of the other features which are no longer allowed on PokerStars. We have no plans to bring this feature back or design any new features for HM2/3 that would not work at all supported networks/sites.

I purchased HM2 awhile back, and recently got a new computer and started playing poker again. Is there a way to re-activate the software I purchased a while ago?

Your HM2 license is valid on two computers that you own. If you receive the message "there are no more activations available", you can reset your code.
For the steps to reset your Holdem Manager code please see this FAQ.

If you continue to have problems, please reproduce the problem and send your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing.

Thanks for the response. But I do not see a "License Key" section anywhere. I only have a "My Info" header. I looked in the FAQ and where the "reset all profiles" link should be, it is not in that spot on my computer.

Then your license was bought with a different email address than what you are logging in to our site with. If you had purchased using a different email you can log into that account to retrieve the license.

If you do not remember the email address you will have to answer a few questions via a support ticket. Please create a support ticket via the Contact Support link and answer/do the following:

- Any possible other email addresses, you may have purchased the license under and your first/last name?
- Which payment method did you use for the payment?
- If you used a credit card do you have the last 4 digits and the name exactly as it shows up on the card?
- If you purchased through a reseller?

Also attach a picture of your ID/Passport so we can verify your identity.

These should help us in the search of the license and thanks for your help in the matter.

OK so I got in using my old email address and found my product code. I downloaded the combo installer (the other one wouldn't connect to PostgreSQL) but the combo installer is asking for my serial number which looks different than my product #.

Use the serial number (licensing system code) it asks for that starts with 'HM2-'. That is the code you use that binds all your product codes together. If that doesn't work send the logs as requested in my first reply.

The serial number it asks for has a set format that does not equal the licensing code. The license code that starts with "HM2" is in a "HM2-123456-12345-12345-12345-12345-12345" format, where as the serial number is in a "123-12345-12345-12345-1234" format. So there is quite a few more characters in the license key than allowed to enter for the serial number.

And I have no idea how to send the logs. That is literally a foreign language to me. It seems like I am really close to getting back into HM2, just a quick step or two away that I can't figure out. Your help is much appreciated!

I can't help further from the forum for security/privacy reasons. The FAQ I linked to explains how to send the logs in detail. It literally takes a few clicks. if you can't do it just create a support ticket from the email address linked to the license you are having problems with, with a detailed description of the problem, and a link to this thread with your forum name.

Edit: After re-reading your post it sounds like you are trying to register HM2 with a HM1 license.

Please install the latest/final version of HM1 - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...ager_Setup.exe

If you have any problems activating it in HM1:

1. Shutdown Hold'em Manager and update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloa...se_1.14.02.exe
2. Navigate to your RVG Software/Holdem Manager/Config folder
3. Create a new text document in the Config folder and name it LicDebug or download it from here - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/LicDebug.txt
4. Restart Hold'em Manager

You should hopefully be able to enter your code now. Once you have done this close Hold'em Manager, delete the LicDebug file and restart Hold'em Manager.

If you continue to have problems:

Please try all the steps on this FAQ - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...Holdem+Manager

If you continue to have registration issues, please send your Reg.log file from the C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Logs folder. If your Windows is hiding known file extensions the file will simply be called 'reg'.

We stopped updating HM1 for critical bugs and providing support for HM1 at the end of April 2014 - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...mmon+Questions

If you have any problems with HM1 there is nothing else we can do since we no longer support this software so you should consider trying HM2. If you have not tried it recently you should be able to install the latest update and activate a new 30 day trial. If you have any problems with the trial let us know and we can extend the trial for you manually.

Due to new rules implemented by Amaya (parent company of both Poker Stars and Full Tilt) recently both the color coding and auto rate features in Holdem Manager 1 are no longer compliant with their new terms and conditions on 3rd party software.

We have updated those in Holdem Manager 2 to be compliant with the new rules however we will not be updating HM1 because we officially stopped supporting that product and doing updates over a year ago.

We encourage you to update to HM2 to make sure you are compliant and avoid any action being taken on your Poker Stars or Full Tilt account.

If you buy HM2 from this point forward you will get a free upgrade to an equivalent HM3 license (currently in private beta testing) when it is eventually released.

Thanks again!

I have never heard of that site and HM2 does not support the Ignition Network. There are 3rd party catchers/converters for the ignition network.

We can not provide technical help for unsupported sites/networks as we do not design our software to work there or test there with all of the third party tools. If you have any problems with HM2 using third party tools, to use our software with unsupported sites, all support will need to be handled by the third party software's support team.

Hi there. So bet vs missed cbet is what i describe in my previous post? To me this would apply much more on the flop as oppose to turn and river. But i could have a stat for each street? Like it would show this opponent bets 70 percent of the time when check to on flop, 80 percent on turn and 60 on river etc? Something like that?

Do you know if all software not allow the showing the action on the table? Yes i recalled back then i tried this option and thought it was nice but i never used it. But i wasn't sure if it was holdem manager.

There is a 'Bet Flop% in Pos' stat in the HUD editor in HM3 but can't find anything similar in HM2. Not sure how this stat would work in a 3-way+ flop though as the middle player will be both IP and OOP technically. Maybe the stat only counts IP/OOP to the Hero.. Fozzy?

There is not one general stat to cover all these various types of preflop action and streets. Our stats are more specific than that.

There are a lot of 'bet vs missed cbet stats that cover various post flop action choices for single raised pots.

I am not sure how that stat works in multi-way pots either, without testing some some individual hands which I don't have time for this weekend as we are short-handed and I have a lot of other work I need to take care of. The way we generally test those is to filter/find individual hands for those situations, export the hand, then import it to a new database and add that stat to a HUD (or a Report) and see if the stat counts it at 100% or 0%.

I think the only way for PaulyJames200x to get the stat he wants, that doesn't care about single raised, 3bet, limped pots, or street, would be to create a definition in NoteCaddy Premium but I don't use/support NoteCaddy and am not 100% sure such a definition is possible with it.

To see a graph of chips and cEV in HM2 by hands you have to use the Reports > Tournament > More Reports > Overall report and filter for those tournaments or use the Tournament Results report and select the appropriate 'Stakes' rows in the upper grid. Once there you click the 'Show or hide the results graph' icon between the two grids to open the popout graph and click the Options > [x] 'Show All-In EV' check box as shown in the attached image.
