Please close HM2 and delete the files in the following folder:

C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\Co nfig\Replayer

If you can't see it, turn off the windows option that is hiding that directory.

Hi there,

I've been trying the free trial and I like most of it a lot. However, knockout tournaments (PokerStars) are not tracked correctly. They show a much higher payout than is true. I have read the hand histories for some of these tourneys and they look fine. I searched the HM2 support site and see that this has been an issue for several years. Are you at least addressing this issue in HM3? Send me an invite to the private beta if so.

I believe the issue is fixed in HM3 in our current private beta. HM3 private beta is currently only for HM2 license holders but it is still invite only for them as well.

We do not know when HM3 will be available for public Beta.

We can tell you that all HM2 owners will receive a discount on any upgrade to HM3 and that the highest discounts will be given to those that purchased HM2 just prior to the release of HM3 Alpha.

In addition, those that purchase HM2 during the HM3 Alpha/Beta period will receive a free upgrade to HM3 once it is released. Anyone purchasing HM2 on Friday 28th of October 2016 or after will not have to pay to upgrade to HM3.

As we finalize other details, we will make announcements accordingly.

Either should work actually but I meant to just delete any files/folders you see inside of that \replayer folder, not the folder itself. If you happened to delete the \replayer folder it will also get recreated when the files in it get reset to default on restart.

Make sure you have version 8494 installed.

Hello,
since last update HUD in MTT and SNG's on Ps.it stopped working properly.
In zoom and cash it works but it doesn't on MTT and SNG's.

Have you experienced some issues??

We have had reports but our testers can't duplicate the problems so we are scheduling some remote support sessions with customers to try and get to the bottom of the issue. Once we do that we should be able to get a fix out. These changes should be available in the next gold beta release. While we do not have an exact date for the release, you will receive a prompt to update once available as long as you have enabled the Settings > General > [x] Prompt for Beta Updates.

For now all I can suggest is:

Make sure the poker client and hand histories are both in English. If it is not, you need to change it in the Lobby Options and restart PokerStars or reinstall the software and choose English.

Please update to the latest beta version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...ger_2_Beta.exe

- After downloading, you should right-click the file, go to properties and click unblock.*
* If you do not see an 'unblock' option you can ignore this step.
- Then, right click the file and run as administrator.

Have a question is it possible to filter for all stakes across different sites into 1 particular graph?

For example:

10nl on PS and 10nl on Party, how can i combine both stakes into 1 graph under 1 player?

Create an alias of your screen names then use the More Filters - Basic Filters - Game Stakes and Number of Players - 'Stakes' options to filter by stakes as needed.

Question. How do I reset all of the opponents stats? What I notice is that when I go to a new table and see a player that I've played against in the past, he's stats are not reset, but shows the total amount of each stats.

That is how they are designed to work.

If you want to see their session stats instead make sure the HUD Settings > General Settings > Common Settings > [X] 'Use session stats' is enabled. Also check the Table HUD Options to be sure it is set to Session Stats.

There are other filters you can use in the HUD Settings - 'HUD Filters' and 'Tournament Filters' menus to filter stats in the live table HUDs.

Options - Hand Importing - Manual Hand Import - 'Import Files' or 'Import Folder' and select the files/folder on your computer.

It looks like HEM2 now works with Ignition Zone games. This is cool. I did notice; however, that the Session Game Type doesn't designate them as "Fast" games though. Is there a way to reclassify an entire session or even table to be "Fast"?

We do not support Ignition. Are you using a card catcher to use our software there? If yes, you will need to contact the support team for the hand history catcher/converter software you are using to have them address this issue.

We can not provide technical help for unsupported sites/networks as we do not design our software to work there or test there with all of the third party tools. If you have any problems with HM2 using third party tools, to use our software with unsupported sites, all support will need to be handled by the third party software's support team.

Thank you. I thought I read in the update notes that you now support iPoker and mistook that as meaning that you supported Ignition now. Sorry about that.

Hi Fozzy, my holdem manager is asking for my key to start up for some reason but when I put it in it asks me to verify it In my account. I cant di this because the website wont load?

Thanks for letting me know. Something odd is going on (I sent a support ticket as a guest but couldn't check our inboxes from the support/admin side to be sure it arrived) and our management is checking with the system admins. Once things are back up I will let you know in this thread.

If you can access this link you can send a guest support ticket and ask to have your license reset to see if it will help as one of our techs is able to access the inbox and is answering emails right now and he sees my ticket I sent.

Please see this FAQ for help in resolving licensing issues.

If you continue to have problems, please reproduce the problem and send your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing.

When sending any files please zip them (right-click > send to > compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. If the attachment is larger than 10MB please upload them to a file hosting site like dropbox, then 'copy public link' and paste the download link directly into the support ticket email.
