As you can see from this screenshot the hands simply aren't importing. Again, unless I'm missing something these game formats aren't supported by hem2. I feel like several people have given the information you requested so I'm not sure if it's wasting my time. Is there something we have to do to configure jackpots?
This is the first report of any issues with these games that I can recall in recent months and I can't tell from that screen shot if they are importing or not as it shows an old session and not the 'active session'. If you can't see them importing in the 'Tournaments' or 'Overall' report then send us the hands from the poker site's hand history folder for testing.

Please zip and email the problem hand histories, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to us using the 'Contact Support' link.

If you can not find the hands in the site's hand history folder then they may have stopped writing them during live play again for some reason (like it was when the games first launched) in which case it will be impossible to have a HUD so please report that issue in a new support ticket as well and our testers can investigate the issue further. A HUD is only possible if the site is writing hands during (like zoom/fast-fold tables) or after each hand like normal games on all supported sites.

When sending any files please zip them (right-click > send to > compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. If the attachment is larger than 10MB please upload them to a file hosting site like dropbox, then 'copy public link' and paste the download link directly into the support ticket email.

The Vs Player 'Filter' does not behave the same as the Vs Player 'Report' upper grid. The upper part of the report will show you how much you won from that player specifically. The hand grid below the report acts like the filter does and shows all money won in hands played with that selected player in total, not from just that player like the upper portion of the report.

I am off our team chat software for the day (and likely most of tomorrow) but I will bookmark this question and double check with the rest of the team when I am back working later this week to see if what you want is possible. I don't think it is possible but if it can be done (in HM2 or HM3) I will PM you and re-quote our chat in this thread to let you know. If it is not possible in HM2 or HM3 I will have our QA/Testing Manager check with the developers to see if it is something we can try to incorporate into a future HM3 build.

Just wondering, is there any way that I can get a graph of my Tournament Results to display on the home page of the program the same way we can see our Cash Results?

I tried to do this on HE2 with no success

No, that is not possible in HM2. HM3's Report Selector view will be replacing HM2's Home tab and it will show a results graph based on which game mode (cash or tournament) you are in. HM3 will not have 'Widgets' like HM2 did for the Home tab view.

HM3 is a separate program in private beta testing. It uses a different database engine and will give you an option to import your HM2 database during the installer's setup wizard. There is no 'upgrade' process at this time as it is not yet available for purchase.

If you have any problems with the setup or the software please create a support ticket via the Contact Support link. We want all HM3 questions and support handled via our internal support system until it is out of private beta testing.

Hi Fozzy can i ask a question about how all in EV is calculated for tournaments.

Have you changed the way it is calculated in the past 6 months or am i just running bad ( lol promise this is a real question not a BBV post). My all in EV line goes up at 30 degrees and my net won goes down 20 degrees over my past 10000 all ins ( not hands but races). I understand that 3+ way all ins might effect this as not all hands get shown down etc but just so i can try and come to terms with the variance.

Or have you any insight as to how some sites show this or is there a filter i can turn on to see a different version of these stats.

I know there is not much insight i can strategically gain from this but it is purely out of interest/sanity/am i playing ok etc..

TLDR/BBV/ETC...

Thanks

We have not made any changes to the EV calcs that I am aware of. Multi-way all-ins can certainly have a big effect on it, as could things like the site you play at. WPN for example (IIRC) doesn't always write your opponent's hole cards to the hand history file, even if you saw them at the table when you both got all-in.

If you have some specific hands/tournaments that you feel are not being calculated correctly you can send us the hands for testing with a detailed explanation of what you are seeing and what you think may be wrong.

Please create a support ticket via the Contact Support link and if there is a forum thread with additional information please link to this thread and let us know your forum name if there are several people in the thread.

All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HM2Archive\2009\07\31) or if it was auto-imported with 7283+ it would be in \HM2Archive\SiteName\YYYY\MM\DD. It is configured in the Site Setup - Auto Import Folders menu.

When sending any files please zip them (right-click > send to > compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. If the attachment is larger than 10MB please upload them to a file hosting site like dropbox, then 'copy public link' and paste the download link directly into the support ticket email.

Hi Fozzy I seem to have a problem with HM2/Postgres taking up too much hardrive space and I am not sure why.

In the uninstall programs section of Windows PostgresSQL 8.4 is 105 GB is size but when I go in to my hard drive the PostgresSQL folder size is only 19.9 GB?

I only have one Database in HM2 and that is only 10 GB in size so I don't know where this remaining 85GB is being took up fromm or how to get it back?

That is an old PSQL 8.x bug where it doesn't report the actual used space correctly. Just ignore the 105gb mentioned there.

HM2 splits the database between the \Postgresql\8.4\data directory and your C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\Da tabase\ sub-folders. If you can't see it, turn off the windows option that is hiding that directory.

We recommend you maintain more than 20% free space on your system drive. Please see this FAQ to clear up some more free space.

If you continue to have problems, please reproduce the problem and send your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing.

You need the latest beta update patch to address a change they made in their recent poker client update. You will receive a prompt to update to any new beta as they are available as long as you have enabled the Settings > General > [x] Prompt for Beta Updates.

Please update to the latest beta version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...ger_2_Beta.exe

- After downloading, you should right-click the file, go to properties and click unblock.*
* If you do not see an 'unblock' option you can ignore this step.
- Then, right click the file and run as administrator.

If you continue to have problems:

Please check all of the steps on this FAQ.

If you continue to have problems please send the requested files/screenshots as instructed at the end of the FAQ in the link above.

It is allowed on all the sites we support and conforms to any third party software rules they may have. The only Network that put forth rules to limit what NC could do was Amaya (PokerStars and Full Tilt).

NoteCaddy Restrictions on Full Tilt Poker and Pokerstars - http://wiki.assaultware.com/NoteCadd...trictions.ashx

- CaddySpark and CaddyScatter graphs are not allowed to be used during live play on PokerStars and full tilt poker. They will still appear on the replayer and when viewing note history within NoteCaddy
- CaddyClock is currently not functional due to the HEM live tracking being banned at PokerStars. This could change in the future hopefully
- Composite definitions are currently available on PokerStars and full tilt poker. Expressions using definitions that "filter by hole cards and/or board cards" will not work on live PokerStars and Full Tilt poker tables
- Badges that categorize players automatically are not allowed to be used during live play on PokerStars and full tilt poker. They will still appear on the replayer and when viewing note history within NoteCaddy. Badges that are assigned manually by you are currently working on PokerStars. Add the stat NC.PlayerTags to your HUD to be able to tag players manually.

The only way to do this is with the stakes filters in the Reports. The Overall report would probably be the easiest so you get the filtered results all in one row on the top of the report grid.

Hi,

In HM2 is there an option to use all stats i have to certain stack sizes?

I can see there is some filters but they dont include all options.

For example I want to use a stat how much CO raised and folded to a 3bet with 15bb - is it possible?

There is only the global Tournament Filters to filter all HUD stats during a tournament based on stack sizes - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...nament+Filters

yeah but this changes the entire statistics displayed for certain stacksize.

I want to be able to see their general stats but for specific stack size to see how they act on certain spots.

For example; How much Ep is folding to 3bets after raising 15-20bb stack but all other stat to be displayed as usual.

Unfortunately there is not anything like this in HM2 or HM3. It might be possible to do something like that in the HUD if you have a NoteCaddy Premium, but to be sure you would want to ask in the NoteCaddy Support thread.

Hi again,

WPN Jackpot handhistories are being written as they are played, as I have found them in the WPN import folder. I tried importing them to HEM2 and no hands imported. This must mean that HEM2 is just not reading the handhistories properly? Hope you guys can fix this soon, it must be an easy fix. I contacted support and gave the handhistories.

These import just fine on PT4.

We would prefer not to use this thread for HM3 Pre-Release Beta support so please send any future questions/problems via the software's feedback system or URL="https://support.holdemmanager.com/"]create a support ticket[/URL] via the Contact Support link. Once HM3 is in public beta we will open up sub-forums on our site for support, and then likely start taking HM3 support/questions in this thread, but we would prefer to keep all HM3 related questions in our internal support ticket system.

Please enable the Tools - Settings - Feature Logging - Select [x] HUD - OK.

Please reproduce the problem and:
- Attach a screen shot of the table/desktop
- Try to include the Live Play tab, your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the screen shot.
- Click the 'Send Feedback' button from the left sidebar menu, or from the 'Help' menu at the top, and send your logs and config files with a detailed description of the problem.
- Send the screen shots in a new support ticket - http://support.holdemmanager.com/support/category/19 - or attach them to an existing support ticket if you already opened a ticket for this issue. Here is a direct link to your My Tickets page - https://support.holdemmanager.com/user/mytickets/
- Save a copy of the original Hand history for the table/session with the issue and zip/attach those also.*

With all the above information we should be able to narrow down what is causing the issue. If all the information is not included we will need to email you again to request it.

*All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM3Archive is in C:\HM3Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Network\Month\DayOfMonth (example: C:\HM3Archive\SiteName\HM3Archive\2016\07\31). It is configured in the Tools - Settings - Import menu.
