This indicates the program is running as administrator.

Are you looking at two different reports? Are they using different filters?

Yes, we recommend HM2 (and the software of all sites you play) is set to run as admin. The HUD may not work properly on some tables if it is not running as admin.

Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'HUDStats' and 'FastPoker' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps. You can also enable this before you launch HM2 from the Start Menu.

Please reproduce the problem and:
- Attach a screen shot of the table/desktop
- Try to include the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the screen shot
- Save a copy of the original Hand history for the table with the issue
- Close HM2 and send your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing.

With all the above information we should be able to narrow down what is causing the issue. If all the information is not included we will need to email you again to request it.

For this reason I use HM2 mostly for the HUD stats, but I keep wins and losses on a spreadsheet. That way I have a complete financial record which includes all the things that aren't automatically picked up, such as bounties, site bonuses, and changes immediately after a site updates.

How do you find out how much above/below EV you are in single table table sngs on HEM? Back then with HEM1, i recalled you did this by checking a button and then it would show you your EV such as you should be up or down say 100 dollars when you are down 10 dollars so you would be under 110 EV.

I know there is that button to click on adjusted earning or something like that and i recalled it was called the red line in HEM1. But in HEM2, this line is the exact same as the regular line which i know is incorrect as i tried this many times.

How do i check my EV in sngs by comparing the numbers? Such as back then with HEM1, it would give me an exact number of how much i should be up or down for the day. And you could even see the red line chart etc. How do i do this on HEM2?

Go to your overall report and then More Filters > Tournament Filters and add STT filter.

This will give you your overall STT stats. You should see an icon that looks like a bar chart half way down the screen on the left. When you click on that you'll get a graph of your winnings and you can add All-in EV to that by clicking on options at the bottom left of the graph window.

The same should work on Active Session too. The session summary graph won't show you All-In EV but if you click on the bar graph icon you can get it that way.

Edit: Fozzy beat me to it Hope you had a good holiday.

You have to filter for Single Table Tourneys (so MTT's aren't mixed in) using the More Filters - Tournament Filters - Tournament Type - STT = True then it should be the same as HM1 (red LAW line in graph and $EV column in Tournaments and Tournament Results reports). If the Luck Adjusted Winnings line (red line) is laying directly on top of the green/winnings line there is a problem with the database or a problem calculating the $EV when importing the hands/summaries.

Please update to the latest beta version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...ger_2_Beta.exe

- After downloading, you should right-click the file, go to properties and click unblock.*
* If you do not see an 'unblock' option you can ignore this step.
- Then, right click the file and run as administrator.

Please try to vacuum/analyze and reindex your database.

If you continue to have problems, try the following:

Try creating a new DataBase and import a small portion of your \HM2Archive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB.

If the new database seems to work properly, it sounds like your database might be corrupt. Please continue to use the new database and import the rest of your hands using the steps above. This is why regular backups are a good idea. If your database becomes corrupt you can restore a backup and only have to import the most recent hands (that were played after the backup was created) and edit any tournament results if necessary. I recommend keeping at least the most recent 2 or 3 backups in case the most recent one does not restore properly you can try the previous backup.

Here is a FAQ explaining how to backup your database and all settings in one easy step.

If none of that helps please zip and email the problem hand histories, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to us using the 'Contact Support' link.

my HEM2 isnt starting up, it worked fine, i updated it when prompted.

Then go to restart it after it shut down, which i thought was odd, after updating that is.

And now it starts up, runs through the modules its loading then windows gives me a message saying "Hold em manager has stopped working"

As i type this i tried to restart it and it worked and went to the update/wizard download screen but when i was updating i had to "ignore" a few of the things to make it fully work, any thoughts?

Shut down and restart your computer.

If you continue to have problems, please duplicate the issue and send us log files with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing:
- Open Windows Event Viewer's (Control Panel > System & Security > Administrative Tools or Start > Search > 'Event Viewer') > Windows Logs > Applications.
- Check for any errors and send the information (Save All Events As...).
- Please send your \HM2Logs folder files as well.

When sending any files please zip them (right-click > send to > compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. If the attachment is larger than 10MB please upload them to a file hosting site like dropbox, then right-click > 'copy dropbox link' and paste the download link directly into the support ticket email. If you have any problems with dropbox try using filedropper.com

Please see this FAQ to transfer/backup data. This will ensure that you have your hand histories and HUD saved to import into a new computer, and as a backup to restore in case of an emergency. I recommend you do this at least once a month and keep the last 2 or 3 most recent backups (and your \HM2Archive folder) stored on an external drive and/or cloud storage site like dropbox or google drive.

Thanks

Apparently they do not write tablenames in the window titles so the HUD can't be automated. Are the hands auto importing for you when playing? If yes, have you tried using the Table Finder? If they are not auto importing we will need hands sent so we can get the parsing working to start with.

edit: we have some hands from hm3 testing I think so we will check to make sure they import and get that working if it isn't yet.

The hands do import but the Table Finder won't start the HUD if you drag the target icon to one of the tables?
