That is a false positive. See this thread on our forums for more details as to why it happens. Install the update again and ignore the warning.

I today reinstalled Poketracker 4 and imported my hands there from HM2. I played a couple of sessions using pokertrackers HUD but none of them got updated in HM2. Is this normal or i somehow have burfed it up (In P4 the times of the played hands appear in GMT time-zome although HM2 recognise the time and dates properly. I also get the time zone error in PostgreSQL 9.4.4 in P4, tried to solve it by altering the postgresql.conf but it persists ) In the past i never had to manually import the hands on HM2 even if the software was turned off while i was playing. Do i really need to go through the process of manually importing every single session back to HM2?If thats the case then i guess i will stick to using only 1 of the software. Is there a workaround? I wanted to avoid re-installing postQL as it was working well with HM2 but if i have to i guess i will give this a try as a last resort...

You will need to ask your PT4 questions in the PokerTracker 4 Support Thread. I can not help with those issues.

HM2 will not automatically import hands you play when using PT4 unless you also run HM2 at the same time with the auto importer running, though we do not recommend that as importing hands to 2 databases at the same time could cause issues/corruptions with one or both databases. You will need to manually import hands to HM2 that you played with PT4 from the PT4 \Processed folder.

On HM I only see EP,MP,CO,BTN,SB,BB.
Do you have any plans to add in all positions for full ring.
If I am playing full ring is CO calculated from the CO only what about MP and EP?

Please see this FAQ for details on how we calculate full ring positions in the reports. HM3 will have a basic Positions (broken down to 6max like HM2) and a traditional Full Ring Positions report.

When is HM3 coming out? is there a discount for HM2 users? I just recently purchased HM2.

So if I have MP v EP 3bet in my popup stats. in full ring it could be LJ v UTG. if I then get to 6 handed in a tournament does it auto update to HJ v LJ?

Also is it easy for me to transfer my popup designer from my pc to my laptop?

We do not know when HM3 will be available for public Beta.

We can tell you that all HM2 owners will receive a discount on any upgrade to HM3 and that the highest discounts will be given to those that purchased HM2 just prior to the release of HM3 Alpha.

In addition, those that purchase HM2 during the HM3 Alpha/Beta period will receive a free upgrade to HM3 once it is released. Anyone purchasing HM2 on Friday 28th of October 2016 or after will not have to pay to upgrade to HM3.

If you export your HUD from the HUD Designer the popups attached to that HUD will come along when you import the HUD to a new PC. Or you can manually copy the \Config\PopupName.pop files from one PC to another.

You can Ctrl+A right-click > export the hands to txt file but there is no way to export the rows/columns to csv. It was possible in HM1 and requested but never implemented in HM2. I will bump the request to see if we can get it implemented in HM2 before official release.

I've run into a lot of difficulty trying to redeem the promotion credit for HM. You guys promote that if you complete certain criteria with a partner site a credit will be given but after nearly 1 month of emails back and forth with your support team I'm getting nowhere.

The responses from your side keep stating that a weekly report shows who has completed the rake required for the credit. I've literally received 4 emails from you guys stating the same thing. I've responded back saying this has been completed and I'm actually nearing double the rake that is required.

Though your team has been generous to extend the trial version for HM2 I would like this matter to be dealt with soon.

Party Poker? This should be fixed in the next update. You will have to purge and force reimport the previously imported hands. These changes should be available in the next gold beta release. While we do not have an exact date for the release, you will receive a prompt to update once available as long as you have enabled the Settings > General > [x] Prompt for Beta Updates.

I don't know what's wrong with my HM but it has starting taking at least 2 minutes to import hands when I open it where as a couple of days ago it was max a couple of seconds?

It even takes a couple of minutes even if there is less than 10 hands to import.

I have changed to a brand new database and also re tuned/did a full vacuum but the problem is the same?

See this FAQ to resolve those issues.

If you continue to have problems, please reproduce the problem and send your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing.

I changed to a new database and then back to the old one and it is updating almost instantly again now.

I will save the link in case it slows down again in the future though, thanks Fozzy it's much appreciated.

I don't know if I did this right but to transfer my hand histories from my laptop to my pc I done the following.....I backed up the database from my laptop>saved it on USB>imported it on my pc. However now I have 2 databases. will the hand histories merge or will it just show hand histories from what ever database I have on? is there a way around this?
Also, I play with the same players on different sites. Is it possible to merge players hands so that it shows all their hands from both sites.
eg villians sn ppp 1000 hands ipoker.... sn qqq 2000 hands party. I'm hoping if I play them on ipoker or party 3000 hands will appear etc.

It will only show hands in the HUD/Reports from the active database. To get hands from the original database to your restored database you will have to export the hands from the database and import them to the restored database, or simply import the hands that were played/imported in the first database from the C:\HM2Arhchive folder to the restored database.

This is not possible in HM2. HM3 will eventually have this feature but it is not planned to be added until sometime after the official release of HM3.

I have HM2 set to allow beta updates. After the update yesterday, I lost the HUD on ACR. It still imports hands and I can see them in the active session, but no HUD.

HUD still works fine on Carbon.

There appears to be an issue with this beta specific to NLH cash tables. Please see this FAQ on how to use table finder for non 'fast-fold' tables - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...+not+appear%3F

Or you can roll back to a previous build if you don't want to have to use the Table Finder:

- After downloading, you should right-click the file, go to properties and click unblock.*

Please see this FAQ on how to use table finder for non 'fast-fold' tables.

If you continue to have problems:

Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'HUDStats' and 'FastPoker' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps. You can also enable this before you launch HM2 from the Start Menu.

Please reproduce the problem and:
- Attach a screen shot of the table/desktop
- Try to include the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the screen shot
- Save a copy of the original Hand history for the table with the issue
- Close HM2 and send your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing.

With all the above information we should be able to narrow down what is causing the issue. If all the information is not included we will need to email you again to request it.
