I dont think all of the R/A information is in the summary files. They put that information in the Playing History Audit files but we can not import those files yet. Until we are able to add support for those files you will need to edit them manually - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...lts+Sub-Tab%29

SNG or MTT? I can try to test one quick before I go to bed and see if I have any problems.

Are you using the latest version? Cake changed their hand histories recently and we made some changes.

Please update to the latest version 1.12.07 - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

Make sure windows is fully updated until 'No New Important Updates are Found' (this may require multiple restarts), including Internet Explorer (even if you use a different web browser) and change your Windows Control Panel > Regional Settings Format to English (USA).

*Try creating a new UTF DB - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...elete+Database
*Now import a small portion of your \HMArchive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...6+Export+Hands

If you continue to have problems, Please zip and email the problem hand histories, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to support@holdemmanager.com

It is probably the same as the release version, but please make sure you have the official release version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

There is a $1 mtt in 50 minutes I will test with HM1, but it would be helpful if you could send us some hands and details of the discrepancies for further testing.

The MTT's I don't really care about, but the cash hands are a PITA. Will update, reimport, and then send HH files and then export this session and send those as well. If the update doesn't fix it.

Edit: Send won't be for awhile so don't stay up.

I will test a bit of each and document any problems I find, but I only have $17 for testing which might not last long at PLO8 for me.

Sent to support e-mail. Updating didn't help. Let me know.

Thanks.

Also FWIW, I don't appear to have any archive folders for December.

Are the hands stuck in the poker client hand history folder? Make sure the archiving is enabled under the auto import folder configuration. The poker client may be locking them and preventing them from being archived. Try to archive them manually and make sure you close the poker client in the future before you stop auto importing, to prevent the files from being locked by the client.

I duplicated the problems last night and will write a bug(s) so the developers can look at it.

I posted big blind and then played 2 orbits while testing the MTT. The MTT did not import any hands or show the HUD.

After ~1 orbit at the cash table I could see a discrepancy in the Reports compared to my stack. When I sat out HM1 showed I had only played 13 hands and won more than I actually did in the reports, while the HUD and Table Manager showed the correct number of hands.

I closed HM1 and started HM2. The tourney imported and HUD appeared for the remainder of the tourney.

The cash game imported as 20 hands in HM2 and showed the correct results.

HUD only appears on 1 PLO table. I usually 4 table and it appears on the table that completes the first hand, but not on any others

Although the other day I started with a NLHE tourny, then fired up 3 tables of PLO afterward and HUDs appeared on all tables

Now just on PLO, only 1 table...

Just started HEM1 and I get this warning:

However after clicking a bit around it is finally up and running again. Should I worry about something after I got that warning?

It looks like your postgresql connection stopped for a little bit. Does this happen often?

Also, FWIW, it would be nice if when I added a stat to a report, it kept that (i.e. saved it) and I didn't have to continually re-add it.

Sorry, Pokerstars and version 1.11.03

Its probably really old but upgrading seems a bit of a hassle with OM2 out and a touch expensive, would rather keep this one going for as long as I can..

I bought a new pc with a sdd to increase speed. installed hm1 and started importing hands (1,7GB) yesterday for like 12 hours, continued today for about 2hrs.
the ssd is only 95GB and now there is no more space left although importing wasn't finished yet. so i checked the holdem manager folder which has 44,6 GB and the postgresql folder which has 18,3 GB (the rest of the space is for the system).

is there a way I can manually delete old files without losing hands or does it really need that much space?

IchBinEt: Did you turn off logging in postgresql? If not, turn it off and you can delete the existing logs.

HEM2 is a total peice of **** and I sincerely mean that.

Using HEM1, how do I get this to work for the site "poker4you"? Also I am having a weird problem with poker encore... I select "store hand histories locally" but it does not record the hands. Run as administrator? I have no idea what's wrong. This happened a day after I installed HEM1 and was forced to make hidden files visible for hem to find the poker encore file...

I believe this is fixed in our latest internal build. I was just testing a 'new stars vpp' stat bug and had added it to my Overall report. I closed and restarted HM2 and the stat was still where I left it.
