Found them, it put them in a folder on my desktop called postform.hh (my desktop is cluttered). Maybe the problem is that I am trying to move them to a folder on an external hard disk?

Same thing happened to me, but tried it again and got it to work. You have to assign the popup to one of the stats, so I attached mine to the 'hands' category (since the others all have popups attached to them). Then when ever you go to that stat on the hud the popup should come up.

Probably something silly, but I can't seem to save PopUps. I get a "Please choose a name for the popup.".

I put in a name in both the boxes that let me post text in them.

I have the same problem with Stars when RT crashs and I have to reload it again. I play 12 tables and like the others guys I use stars reload (this seems to be the problem), betpot and table highlighter

I have two more questions :

- How is rake/rakeback calculated ? Is the rake shown in cash games reports the rake in pots you won (like PT did), the MGR (sum of the rake divided by number of players on all hands) or contributed rake (the share you paid of the rake) ?

- It's been asked already, but about getting the AF by street in the HUD, the config is in config/prefs.txt if I'm not mistaken. Are there numbers attributed for AF by street ?

About the calculation method of the rake, I went digging a bit myself in the reports and then the database to find my answer. If I'm not mistaken, you're showing the MGR (which is what most people want anyway).

However, I'm pretty sure there is a bug in the current calculations. For example, in a hand on a 6-max table, with 6 players seated but one sitting out, the 'numberofplayers' column correctly reports 5 in both 'pokerhands' and 'playerhandscashkeycolumns', but the total rake for the hand is $2 and the 'rakeamount' in 'playerhandscashkeycolumns' for each of the players is $0.33 instead of $0.40. Further investigation on other hands shows that the total rake for the hand is divided not by the actual number of players sitting in the hand, but by the total number of players indicated by the hand history. Weird, as this value doesn't even seem to appear in the database.

Two minor remarks/questions for you (yes, I'm spending quite some time on your very nice program) :

- When you hit refresh, the default sorting in the report is used again, even if you chose another one yourself before hitting refresh. However, the graphism still shows the sort you chose, which could be confusing to some I guess.

- Is there any way to reload and refresh the available reports without relaunching the application ? It's not very important, but it would be nice when you're finetuning your custom report.

Does the "move processed files" have to be used? I mean, if you don't move them does it mean that somehow they are accumulating in the HM folder somewhere? If you don't want a set of processed hands can you simply leave this unchecked?. If it is a must to move them to get them out of HM can you please add a tick box for the recycle bin as a place for them to be moved

FWIW - I dont have HM move mine, yet. I import during play with HM. I then open PT2 and force import, and let PT2 move my processed files, as it used to always do. I am then verifying that each tracker imports all hands. So far, not a missed hand, and only $0.05 off, I assume from a split pot at uNL.

Roy, can you add an option the Player Prefs page to untick all the "adjust color by sample size" instead of doing each one manually?

Ok some problems with the new Update 0.80, firstly when i saved the new popup i assigned it to Hands first to try it out and it worked. Then i assigned it to 3bet (since that was what the stats were about) I changed it in the player preferences and then reloaded the hud and now there is no pop up at all showing for the 3bet stat on my HUD, even if i change the popup box and delete the one i had selected which leaves it blank (like all the other stats that have popups) it still dosent show anything or even revert back to its default popup stats

If that was the worst of my problems i wouldnt be so bad. I had the whole player preference thing altered to suit. See below

I dont know if that is the default one and i dont know why my one was overwritten but is there anyway to get it back, please tell me yes as i put alot of effort into it. when i look at how juicy a table is i want 3 things.

1. high VPIP
2. low PFR
3. low Agr

is it possible for "Table Preferences" in addition to the avg table VPIP to add in AVG PFR and AVG Agr?

Nope. Not using PT.

Some Full Tilt HH are not importing. I noticed that they changed the format they used to name the .txt files, maybe that has something to do with it. Even if I do SELECT FILE TO IMPORT and point HM to the file it won't recognize it as a HH.

The HM is painfully slow in the "cashgame" tab compared to PT, or anything else. Every time i change filters, or change window (alt+tab or minimize/mazimize/resize) from HM to explorer and back to HM he have to draw the tables all over again. Any tip on this? Sorry if i can't explain my self correctly.

Correct - having the HUD display notes and create notes is coming very soon though but Notes in HM was the first step.

Mike will be around tomorrow to answer a lot of the popup related questions but I'll take any I know the answers too. Default settings are hard coded at the moment so if you remove the popup from a stat it will use the previous settings

The idea was never to have to manually edit these files to get the stats you want - I will be providing a better way to do this from within the app.

There is a redrawing issue that I'm working on - CPU usage is still very low but in some cases there is an annoying flickering that occurs.

The HM Hud is crashing on me like every 2 minutes. It used to crash before version .80 but only once every 2-3 hours and it's now crashing every 2-3 minutes. I am using Pokerstars 4 tabling with only stars urgent planner running.
