Is there a way to contact anyone on this? (Hold 'Em indicator forum or anything) I hope this doesn't have anything to do with licensing or anything (don't see why it would.) My friend got it for me for $80 deal through someone else.

I am really stumped right now. My other friend told me it was working too.

That live update never works. You have to go to the HI website and download the latest file from there. Then install that. If you install into your current HI directory, your license and settings should remain.

Emailed tech support and they said the latest updates on bovada are causing their software to not work. They said it'll probably be a few days. Funny that I had my first big winning day in 2 weeks without tracking software.

My HI keeps on making the client freeze during play. Anyone have the same problem? I downloaded the latest version of Adobe.

Does anyone know a way to contact them besides email. They take forever to respond.

Ive been using HI on Betonline poker and its been working great. I recently tried to use the EPN hand converter to convert the hands so I could put them in my PT4 database. Somehow in the process the HHs dissapeared from their original location and were never converted.

I tried searching for the old names of the documents but they are gone. I know they are still somewhere though because when I continue to use HI my HUD still reflects all those hands.

Where did they go? Any ideas?
