Occasionally my hud stops working on one table. If I try closing/reopening Holdem Indicator it still doesn't work, sometimes if I close that table and add a new one it will work.

Any idea why this is happening?

On which site do you play? If it's Ignition/Bovada, please restart your computer and re-install Holdem Indicator from http://www.holdemindicator.com/downl...SetupBodog.exe. Make sure you open Holdem Indicator before you open your Ignition game table. See how it goes. Please let us know.

tried resintalling but i still get crashes once i start trying to use hold em indcaitor with multiple tables. sometimes its ok but other times it instantly freezes the ignition client.

Please restart your computer and re-install Holdem Indicator from http://www.holdemindicator.com/downl...SetupBodog.exe. Make sure you open Holdem Indicator before you open your Ignition game table. See how it goes. Please let us know.

Already did that. do i have to make sure every trace of indicator is uninstalled? the same issue happened after i did that. i also open indicator first

I reinstalled it from the link. I was also getting blue screens before i started running ignition in compatibility mode

We had a few reports like this a few weeks ago and we fixed the problem. Looks like it's a particular case for you. Please contact the support.

I was using it last night without Ignition in windows 8 compatibility mode and it seemed to work fine now. I'll email support if the issue happens again

Wish i wouldn't have re-installed from that link ugh.

Before the reinstall the Hud would stop working on a couple tables, even after closing hud and reopening.....

Followed your instructions to a T....now my Bovada is freezing up...

EDIT:
Uninstalled completely, restarted computer, installed from link, launched HI, then launched Ignition....within 1 minute it has frozen again....Third time following instructions.

EDIT 2: Tried for a fourth time...this time reinstalling from Holdemindicator's website...HUD Doesn't pop up now lol.

Made it 20 minutes into my 6th attempt....Ignition frozen in middle of hand...SWEET; awesome software.

Think the time has come to switch to another HUD. These latest episodes cost me $$$$ by freezing the software mid hand several times; this is ABSURD.

Least Ignition isn't freezing now....The HUD is only working on half of the tables i have open (2 of 4).

I haven't used the hud in a few months. Tried again yesterday and downloaded from the link in this thread. it worked for a few hours, but then today it froze ignition 2 times in the first 20 minutes.

Is anybody using ignition and HI without issues? I'm currently using windows 7 without ignition on compatibility mode. I've got 8GB of ram, AMD 8350 Eight core processor ~4GHz and a radeon RX 480 video card. Any help would be nice, but likely I'll just run ignition without HI

We just ordered a new AMD laptop with similar configurations of yours. We'll test Holdem Indicator on it and see how it goes.

Some combination of Bodog / Holdem Indicator and blinds posting when you join a table causes my Bodog to crash pretty much 100% of the time.

For the last couple days when I start joining tables I don't start my hud until my blinds have been posted to avoid this bug.

Is anyone else having this bug?

Finally we should have fixed the freeze/crash issue with Ignition/Bodog/Bovada on some systems. Please re-install your Holdem Indicator from our site. Send us an email to the support if you still have any issue. Thanks.

John has been a great help via email. Since recent update my Ignition client hasn't crashed yet, and the HUD has worked on all the tables so far except a single table once.

Don't use other poker tool at the same time. If it still doesn't work for you, please contact the support via email.
