Ok what is this, outsourced Comcast tier 1 tech support? The only solution I've seen spammed in this thread for every single HI problem is "restart your computer". I understand thats the catch all "do this first" but it's getting a bit tired and obviously isnt solving any issues for anyone. Please offer real support. HI does not work on new IG software for me either. Are you saying right now in your test labs if you fire up a HI + zone instance that it shows your stats?

Ok so for some reason it is working for me now. I went and toggled the 4 color deck and "work on ignition only" modes and poof it just started working. I tried to break it again by toggling those modes off which had no effect. Whatever I'm happy now.

Uhhhhggg, and now once again HI doesnt work for no apparent reason. I've rebooted, no software updates performed, screwed with the options both inside HI and IG, nothing... ****

Do you have Administrator rights with your computer account? Try to run both Holdem Indicator and your Ignition client as "Administrator". Right click on the icon of Holdem Indicator and Ignition client then select "Run As Administrator". If it still doesn't work, it might need to think about your anti-virus. Sometimes the anti-virus will cause troubles.

All of a sudden HI is causing Bovada to freeze every time I try to use it. Has been working fine the last two weeks during long sessions and all of a sudden can't use it at all the last two days. Basically as soon as I run HI the client usually freezes before I can play a hand. If it matters, I'm using a new computer with plenty of ram/processing power and running no other programs. Tried restarting the computer multiple times, running as administrator, nothing works. Anyone else having problems with bovada/ignition recently?

Yes the last 2 days it started crashing for me but I seemed to find a way to make it work better. Before you resize or move any table make sure you wait until the Hud is completely loaded on the table you wanna move or resize. This has seemed to make it more stable for me. It seems when you try to adjust the table before the Hud is loaded it causes some issues for me.

Did you update HI when the problem happening? Please restart your computer and re-install Holdem Indicator from http://www.holdemindicator.com/downl...SetupBodog.exe. Then try to play on Bovada with HI.

It stopped working for me on Ignition about a month or 2 ago , tried everything , admin rights , turn off ant-virus , nothing!
