The windows version should work well with Ignition. Make sure you have the latest version of Holdem Indicator. Please contact the support if you still have any issue.

The new Ignition software doesn't work well by itself. I think people are aware of it. And it also made 3rd party software very hard to support the new platform. We're working hard on it...

Restart your computer and re-install your HI. If it still doesn't work, please send an email to the support.

my IG seems to be messing up as well, not always showing the HUD. restart worked earlier as mentioned above.

IG sucked all night, would get spinning circle like it was loading, had to restart the IG client like 5 times tonight over ~two hour span, would also get the 97% table errors, maybe it has something to do with this stuff mentioned. LOLgnition

When I play on ignition I get the HUD stats for all players except player 5. So far example If Im player 5 there is not stats for me but all the others. I have tried to reinstall the program but It still does not work. Anyone know what the problem can be?

Uninstall the Card catcher from your computer. Restart your computer and re-install your Holdem Indicator. Then run Ignition with Holdem Indicator only. See how it goes.

i have been getting crashes, circle just keeps loading, I am using HI. for me it is a freeze, I have to manually kill it and restart it

Like for you, Card Catcher has been unreliable for me, so I've been trying Omaha Indicator again. I've experienced complete crashes as well and I'm hesitant to use OI for fear of another complete crash.

Wondering - have you had a chance to troubleshoot per John's advice (uninstall Card Catcher, reinstall Indicator) and has it worked?

I cant run tournament indicator at all on ignition now. When I run it as soon as a table starts it crashes over and over again some im guesssing the tournament/holdem indicator guys are gonna have to start from scratch to get there software to be compatible with ignition again. WINDOWS 10 Machine here 8 gig ram tried reinstalling refreshing everything on computer no go. Dont run any other software on comp. Its simply broken. Holdem indicator team needs to start from scratch on new software.
