Hello John,

BetOnline recently made a small update and now iOmaha Indicator is only working on some tables. The displays find and attach to all tables but the HUD only appears with a few of them. Please advise.

Update: The issue may be limited to/related to the 9 handed tables. Before the update, the tables were 10-handed but they were changed to 9-handed. They appear to be the only affected tables.

Re-install your iOmaha Indicator. If it still doesn't work, please send an email to support@iomahaindicator.com

Holdem Indicator and all other HUDs/trackers are not allowed on Unibet. Anyone using Holdem Indicator is breaking our T&C, and we reserve the right to ban those players.

I should note that Holdem Indicator state on their site that they comply with all site T&C: this isn't the case with us.

Re-install Holdem Indicator from our site. Send an email to the support if you still have any issue.

This is against our T&C to run. Here's a quote the Indicator site:

Holdem Indicator know full well it isn't true. They are choosing to offer a program that violates our T&C. We have the right to ban players who use the program.

More interestingly, if Holdem Indicator are dishonest here, what else are they being dishonest about? You need to trust the software you use, because they could be sending your play back to their server, then doing whatever they want with it. You have to take it on trust that they aren't, while we already know they're dishonest.

Interesting... what exactly does Holdem Indicator do that is different from other third party software that makes it violate your terms of use?

Wow, just noticed this.

Never heard of Unibet so I just checked out your (very low) player volume.... banning users might not be such a great idea for you. I've been using holdem indicator for years, and they provide great service. They do not run a central database, (obv you don't understand what the software does) nor share hand histories, so you are pulling crap out of thin air here - not sure for what purpose. In trying to cast doubt on a software company that's been serving customers for years, actually makes you and Unibet untrustworthy imho.

I have had contact with Stars about Holdem Indicator when I bought it, and they specifically said that Indicator, along with HEM and PT are acceptable software. These companies seem to be work in collaboration with Stars security to make sure that happens. So if it's okay with PokerStars, but not Unibet, well, I just think that nobody will care too much.

That being said, Holdem Indicator should probably remove that reference with regards to Unibet specifically, I am sure they were talking about the major poker sites, while understandably over-looking the T&C of a very small poker volume site like Unibet.

You misunderstand my post. You trust that they don't send information back to some other source. I gave you a reason to distrust them.

Notice that neither HEM nor PT support us - we asked them specifically not to, and because they are trustworthy companies, they did not.

Look at the dates and writing style of all those recent 1/10 reviews, then look at the reviews pre-Nov 3rd.

Is there any way to transfer saved hands from iholdem indicator to a software like PT4?

Unfortunately iHoldem Indicator doesn't have this feature. I will discuss it with our developers and see what we can do in future updates.

TI still compatible with Carbon? it is recognizing and attaching to Carbon table's but no HUD is showing up for the players

Yes， ＴＩ is still compatible with Carbon. Make sure you have the right settings for your Carbon client. Sorry for getting back to you late.

Micro updated their anon tables, HH are no longer saved. HUD no longer appears on the table (but we can still see players stats in the main window).

Main issue is that anon hands aren't saved anywhere anymore. It would be amazing if we could export HI hands to PT/HM.

Simple question that is probably on many other's mind too: Does Indicator work on MPN cash games?

Yes, Holdem Indicator works well on MPN and PartyPoker cash games.

With the MPN anonymous tables only, Holdem Indicator currently displays stats in the main window, not on the HUD. We'll improve it soon.

If you could make the HUD stats for anonymous tables independent for each table (like PT4 did) that would be great if it can be done.
