For the first tournament you play in a session, please open Holdem Indicator first before the tournament starts. You only need to do this for the first one.

Send an email our support if it still doesn't work for you.

Sounds good. I had already started the tourney before I updated, so that is what caused the error.

Just wanted to mention that I installed HI after a long hiatus from poker. My license key did not work so I emailed them. They fixed the issue within a few hours. Really rare to get good customer services YEARS after you buy a product!

Yeah, I can vouch for the customer support as well. Owned the software for couple years. Anytime I email them, they are prompt with their email replies and very helpful. Great customer service!!

May I suggest one feature?
Write HHs on the hard drive.

I've noticed you are using a MySQL DB for storing the hands, so a somewhat capable user would be able to create a script to extract the hands, but what about standard users? What if they have to wipe their HD? They will lose all the data.
And, if you allow us to export the data, we can post on the forums or share the hands with other players on skype, etc.
What do you think?

To speed up the calculation and data retrieving in real-time, Holdem Indicator doesn't store the raw hand history files. So you can't export these stats data. When you wipe your HD, you can always copy the stats DB file to a safe place and put it back after re-installation.

Speaking of those db files, have y'all done any bench-marking to determine if there is a performance hit after the replay.db or stats.db get above a certain size? Mine are getting a bit large. I haven't really noticed any problems, just curious. I play on Bovada and really don't have a lot of need for that much history.

You can simply delete these files if you think they're too large and you don't need much history data. It would start recording stats from scratch.

I downloaded Indicator yesterday. The sole reason I'm considering buying a license is to have a HUD on Bovada's Zone tables. I tried running it on trial mode on the play money tables to ensure it was functional; however, a HUD never displayed. Why not?

I purchased a license code, I checked the 'work with Bovada' box, I restarted Indicator, I restarted my computer, and yet, it's not working with Zone poker. It displays hero's stats and that's all.

Does it not display until the minimum number of hands to profile a player has been met?

it can't track opponents from hand to hand in zone.. it can track your results, that's it

that is what I assume they meant when they said it would work well for zone.. there is no way for it to track opponents which is what I'm assuming you thought it would do

Keep in mind that you have different anonymous opponents for each hand in ZONE game...

After the new update, Carbon and other Merge sites don't generate hand history files locally anymore. That's the problem. The main window of Holdem Indicator would still work well with Merge sites. But the HUD won't show up without HH. We're working now to find out a workaround. We'll let you know.

Can I use holdem indicator on more than one computer? Or more specifically, can I switch the computer that uses holdem indicator? I have it installed on a desktop that is going to meltdown any day now. I now use a laptop to play poker, can I get holdem indicator switched over to the laptop?

My HI just updated about an hour ago. Since then it has been crashing on me. It won't crash on the tables it is running on but when I open a new table and it auto attaches to it that one instance of HI will crash. It doesn't happen every time and it's not a big deal, but I thought I should let you know.
