yea i recently bought a license for all 3 of the softwares omaha/holdem/tournament i guess im just screwed out of the money as well.

I have all 3 licenses - will see if any of it will work after 3 years not using it

got all 3 new codes in 15 minutes - works on acr, will try bovada tomorrow

I too tried SI and did not like it. I asked for a refund of my $69 and they only sent me $66.15 after explicitly ensuring that they guaranteed a full refund.
I complained about it to them and never heard anything back.

None of their products are working on any usually compatible client for me right now. Nothing has changed on my end since the day before they all stopped working. They keep telling me to uninstall/reinstall/restart the computer and I've already done ALL of that and still nothing. Then, "it's your antivirus software", which I don't have. I like Indicators for what I need, but when they aren't working the support is awful.

This, OmahaIndicator wasn't working for me, just kept saying finding table, emailed support, gave me the standard trouble shooting, nothing worked, I asked if they can provide another solution to fix it or give me my money back, since it's not working any more. Support said to me, we don't want customers like you and disabled my license....

Holdem Indicator isnt working at all for me today on Bodog/Bovada. No stats are popping up. Anyone else having problems with it today or recently?

Edit: Seems to be ok now. Wasnt working the first few tables I logged onto for some reason.

I've tried on 3 different occasions to get HI to work at Bodog/Bovada in the last 2 days but my HI isnt grabbing any stats or opponent info.

Any update coming?

This is a scam company. Ask for an update and he will void your license and refuse to refund you. I have pending legal action against him since he voided my license so I basically am out 100 w zero product.

Just downloaded the latest patch and HI is work fine for me now, on Bodog/Bovada.

Just downloaded the betonline poker odds calculator for mac OS and the main window pops up on the bottom but does not track any of the cards and no HUD stats on the table.
After reading this thread has it not worked for this whole time or is it not working due to the recent update ?

Side note, before i knew this existed I just recently signed up for 7day free trial of iHoldem indicator and now realize they are the exact same thing (and this is free although only can be used on betonline i assume). But iholdem indicator is also doing the same thing for betonline. Works for ignition though.

Hello, first time poster and new member here so if there is a place for introductions and they are required, I would appreciate it if someone could direct me to it. I looked but couldn't find it. I'll look again after I post this. I also apologize in advance for making any faux pas, I assure you they are not intentional, such as not posting first in an introduction forum if that is expected.

Anyway, I'll quit jabber jawing and post what I came here to post. Holdem Indicator. My understanding is that a player can try it out on play money tables to get a feel for it before they buy it to use it at the real money tables. I have tried it out on play money tables at Ignition and a few others, but it will not work. I tried contacting support, but I get no reply but after reading a few of the posts here, it looks like that is par for the course.

Anybody have any similar experiences or have any idea what might be going on?

I used one of the indicators years ago, I think it was Poker Indicator. I thought it was pretty good. I have used the BetOnline one at BetOnline and it looks like a reskinned version of HI. It works pretty well, and I would like to try out HI on other tables. I like the BetOnline one better than the PI that I used years ago.

Anyway, that is what I came here to say, I hope everyone is cool with that. I'm sure I'll post other things from time to time.

Does anyone have info on this company so I can report them to the BBB? I had to get a new laptop which means my old licenses had to be replaced. They replaced all but one, and I have been sending messages letting them know the job isn't done, and getting no response. They screwed with the wrong person if they think I'm not getting my money back at the very least. I'm not about to sit here with a non-working product and just roll over and take it.

Did anything come from this? I'm in a similar spot right now, with a license that needed renewing since I got a new computer. Radio silence from the other end.

I've filed a BBB complaint in order to get my software fixed. It's ridiculous that it has come to this, but anyone else wanting to do so should know the business is under CKMN Technologies INC., and their address is 30 Via Renzo Drive Suite 200, Richmond Hill, ON L4S 0B8. The more complaints that come in, the more it will affect their business rating.

Update: Going the BBB route got me my license. I highly recommend going that route if you're being ignored by support.

I was having the same issues as everyone else with the software not working with BetOnline, and I got it to work. Here's how:
1. Download Holdem Indicator from the official website http://iholdemindicator.com/ (I use a Mac)
2. Download BetOnline Poker Odds Calculator https://www.betonline.ag/poker/odds-calculator
3. Follow the instructions where you restart your Mac and press Command + R while doing so, so that the Apple logo appears and your computer reboots in Recovery Mode
4. Open the Terminal at the top menu bar and type in the command "csrutil enable --without debug --without fs" and run it
5. Finish restarting Mac
6. Open both Holdem Indicator and BetOnline Poker Odds Calculator so that both programs are open
7. Start BetOnline, join game, the HUDs should work and be tracking cards

This software is not a scam, it just has bugs that prevent it from working and my workaround should cause the program to work.
