my iholdemindicator on mac on ignition is attaching to the table but not showing hud... is anyones indicator still displaying hud on igntion on mac or are they done updating it?

ive been contacting these guys daily weeks. would be really nice if they could update the software i paid for so i could have a hud and play on ignition... i keep getting the "we are aware and working on it message" im not convinced he isnt just done updating... anyone else have thoughts?

This company is desperate for money. Their HUDs are basic and the Omaha and Stud don't keep databases so you can review your session. I bought them when I was first starting out, but now I realize now that the information the software provides should be something that intermediate level (semi-pro) poker players should know how to do before coming to the table. Not a single professional coaching site has used them in their courses or even mentioned them. I think they are ok for beginners and recreational players, but beyond that you are much better off using HM3 or PT4. If are starting off dont buy them. I think you are better off with HM3 and PT4

small new ignition update this afternoon... holdem indicator is crashing my tourneys when it's working, or not working in general. Impossible to also run it with table tamer and without, for me personally.

Anyone else have issues?

Asked them about updating the software for Mac for the 10th time so it would work on ignition

Got this message back

“So you're requesting a refund after you used the software for 5 years? We'll disable your license permanently and you can never use our software even after we fix the issue. Good luck”

So basically they refuse to update and are banning people with licensing... have a call with my lawyer, no clue if it’ll amount to anything

Everytime I open up HI and Bodog, HI immediately freezes/crashes.

For me it worked well for a day and then the next day started to pinwheel and crash without loading stats or even acknowledging the cards.

Agree with others. It's been at least 4 month since the HUD worked reliably/consistently. **** these scammers.

hello since the update earlir this week on ignition my hud isnt working. holdem indicator opens but it puts the hud on a different table ..the huds are all mixed up showing diff tables stats. its like when you open a new ignition table a hud gets pinned to it right away before you are even dealt in a hand with stats from womehwere else? please help

My iHoldemindicator is not working for weeks/months now.

I contacted them multiple times, and their last mail was very insulting:
"We'll fix the problem in a few days. But since you're so unreasonable, we'll disable your license permanently. You can never use our software again. Good luck@"

Please don't buy this software, it is a scam. If you have the same problem with this scammer, contact the helpdesk of PokerStars so that they will be removed from the list of permitted tools.

Moreover guys, if anyone wants to start a legal claim, I am in for it. We paid for "Life Time License with unlimited time of usage" and "Never pay again for new version update". It is illegal to disable our license without refunding us.
