There is a no HUDs rule on WSOP. If you are caught using one there they will ban your account and seize your funds. I believe it is actually a crime in Nevada or so I heard.

I'm only interested in the play money tables for fun. Just trying to find an odds calculator that will read the current cards, not data log opponent statistics. I had a stroke and lost my short term memory. Guess I might just have to brush off my coding skills and write a little ditty to do that. I assume someone with a memory disability can write their own code to overcome a handicap. They can seize all my play money if it floats their boat.

1 A few years ago or so I paid 40 bucks for a license.

2. I wrote to support a week ago to get my license code and the guy said i only paid 40 and it cost 100.

3. He refused to send me what I paid for.

When i bought it I wheeled and dealed and offered him 40 for a license and he agreed. I bought this fair and square and now the guy wont give me my licence code.

Did he give you the license code at the time you bought it? Sounds like there is something you're not telling us about what you agreed to when you wheeled and dealed to get it for 40 bucks. Did he say okay, but you don't get ongoing support, or you only get one installation or something?

you paid $40 for a code that day years ago. Now it costs $60 to look up your code.

I happily paid the asking price in 2013 and have received new codes promptly on request every change of computer.
Also got prompt service with a license code problem at one time.
I have doubts about the completeness of your story, sounds like something is missing.
Might as well add that I like this particular add on, just wish they would come up with an iPoker fix.

I've used iholdemindicator and iomahaindicator(mac versions) for several years. The hud is simplistic but good enough and compatible with all the sites I play(ed). I was always happy enough with the service.

However on Dec 2, 2019 there was an update on BOL and the HUD stopped working. I emailed them on the 2nd, and they responded within 10 minutes saying they would make a patch "ASAP".

On Dec 17, I emailed them asking for an update. They responded "sorry. still working on it.".

On Jan 8, I emailed again. No response.

On Jan 20, I emailed again. No response.

On Jan 29, I emailed again. No response.


I realize there are probably not too many people using their mac software on BOL specifically(FWIW windows versions were updated Dec 18th, after 16 days), so its probably not a high priority for them, but it is still a very long time to be waiting as a customer and the lack of response to my emails isn't great either.

HUDS don't work anymore with the update from 1hr~ ago, so you probably have to do some updates.

Pretty crappy that you guys treat me a customer who got your product by signing up through an affiliate through your website different than someone who used cash. In a email saying " I got it free" so I can't change the license like a paying customer. You make the same profit on affiliate deals as a regular sale. I could of got a different deal somewhere else with that sign up.

You're selling the same product I bought years ago. You changed the policy in 2018 yet you still have the same product. When I got your product it said I could change pcs.You should of made a new product if you want to change policies not just change your terms screwing over a section of your user base that you DID PROFIT on the same.

Nice not only did this company screw me over on not letting me transfer my license to a new PC, but they were also trying to sell me a nonworking product. I only was trying to use this product again because a far superior product that works on ignition in DriveHud wasnt working. Drivehud has been useable for days now and has way more features.

personally like indicator because it's simple and lightweight. i'm a paying customer and they've always been quick whenever i changed pcs. maybe spend less money on hookers?

I paid for a license by giving them an affiliate deal which they rec profit on. It doesnt make me not a paying customer because I used their affiliate offer. I should be treated exactly the same as any other customer. This is the exact same product I got through that deal years later.

As far as spending less money on hookers, its not a I can't afford it problem. I pay more on a yearly membership for another HUD then the price they tried to offer me for this still broken HUD. The only reason I wanted to use this HUD was the much better HUD I use wasnt working due to the update. Now I find out they were trying to sell me a broken HUD in a email rather then letting me move my license, which the Hud still to this day isnt working on Bodog the only site its even useful for. Meanwhile my other Hud has been up for 4 days now.

For years I've had an issue where it's hit or miss if indicator works on ignition.

Is there a trick to getting it to work.

My issue is sometimes the indicator attaches to a table but never reads any of the cards.

Maybe half the time it works right off the bat or I'll leave the indicator on them and like an hour later they start reading

Turn on indicator BEFORE you turn on the Ignition software.

Its been nearly a week and you arent answering support emails, ETA for update?

Do I have to just delete it and then re-download?
