I have Omaha indicator and tournament indicator open before opening Ignition tables, clearly, every time. Yet, it continuously tells me to close and then reopen table after opening Indicator. This is becoming very frequent and annoying. Today I closed tables, opened indicator, reopened tables and got the message. After two or three times of that, i gave up. Suggestions?

Launch the Task Manager in your system. Check to see whether a process called "ihudHelper.exe" is running. In your case, I guess it's not running for whatever reason. Please send an email to the support if you still have any issue.

I just launched HI and then checked my task manager, iHudhelper.exe was listed in processes

Kill it or restart your computer. Then try to launch HI first. Please send an email to the support if you still have any issue.

I bought the indicator and had requested a few code exchange in the past due to getting new laptop.

Last month i give my old laptop to my dad and used another laptop so i ask for a new code without problem . yesterday i bought a new laptop bcos i smashed my laptop due to tilt and John told me since i requested a new code several times the tos state that a new code purchase is needed for a new machine. he will only change it for a donation.

i am not using it on several laptop. the tos states one code per machine. i just want raise my unsatisfaction with how it is handled. it is not my fault that you cannot exhange for new code by yourself like other tracking software and have to email to get new code. i did not do it on purpose. I just want to let future buyer know in advance, if something bad happen in short period of time with your computer and you buy this software. you might not able to use it.

I'm sorry for acting up too early. They're actually still investigating my case as I requested new codes many times recently and they suspected I might abuse the system. Everything is fine now. They did helped me a lot in the past by providing new codes and doing support. They're a company you can trust.

For me - the new update is causing my ACR client to crash. Any thoughts John 123? I've tried restarting after the update, still crashed the client immediately.

two problems that have been persistent for months now but finally am annoyed enough to post.I always have to rotate stats counter clockwise once on all 6max tables...(only 6max tables it does this).....

Also, what seems like 15 times a session it will randomly stop putting stats on new tables. Have to close and reopen mid session often.

Im on Windows operating system. I'm using current version, and have uninstalled\reinstalled a few times.

I bought the hud and am having issues playing boost on betonline with multiple tables. The HUD only shows up on one of the tables. Is there a way to fix this?
