Do not buy this software you will never get support or a license key sent to you.

Does anyone here use still use iHoldem Indicator on Bovada/Bodog/Ignition?

It worked for a few years but it crashes my client/tables pretty much 100% of the time now for 2-3 years once i load up a 3rd or 4th table.

I tried to get the developer to fix it a few years ago but he DGAF.

Perhaps a way exists to make it not crash?

Hey guys. I signed up for FTP about 15 years ago. I made a deposit, I'm assuming FTP payed Holdem Indicator through the affiliate program, so make no mistake, labeled free, or not, the "Lifetime" license code was purchased, however passive it occurred.

Fast forward to now: Laptop gone, along with the license code. I decided to email support, as I've recently started playing again, and request another license code.
Support replied, and seemed very dismissive. Saying that I "Received a free license code 15 years ago, and am requesting a replacement."

They went on to explain that this was against their policy, that that promotion had ended (lifetime license code) and that they would send me another code at a rebate of $60. I explained that I had indeed paid, in the form of a deposit, and they were reimbursed through their affiliate program, and that I would not be using or purchasing their software. I see through the recent negative experiences detailed here, that this was a solid decision. THIS IS A LIMITED TIME LICENSE, NOT A LIFETIME LICENSE.

All four of the sites for their products say the licenses are lifetime. Only Stud Indicator has a single-year license.

I just upgraded to a new laptop and asked for licenses for all four products to be replaced. They only replaced three of them. This is something they've done before — and last time it took me four months of emailing them, and finally contacting the BBB, to get the license replaced.

This time, I wrote to them again after a few days and asked for the license, noting that support doesn't seem to be staying on top of that account and so that's why I've sent the second request to all support addresses, to be sure it's seen and the problem is resolved. I didn't want to have to file another BB complaint and wait four months.

Their reply, verbatim: "That's your complaint? We'll disable all your licenses permanently. Good luck."

I'm in the process of gathering what I need for a class-action lawsuit, so if anyone else reading this is tired of their nonsense, keep your eyes right here. They've pushed the wrong person and they're going to realize that soon. I have receipts and screenshots of all the proof I need.

I don't have any documentation, really. I probably wouldn't be much help, but I definitely support you. I mentioned in my email, that they're lucky I'm not litigious or an influencer. Guess they found a litigious MF..lol Good luck.

Kinda had the same thing, got bit of attitude when got new laptop and wanted to put the software on new laptop, would not do it at first but did give me a new license but this was a few years ago now.

Don't feel like going through that again so probably the days of having it are over.

Thanks for the support. I truly HATE getting involved in things like this, but when something is very obviously unjust, I can't simply take being mistreated. It comes with my being on the spectrum. I will NOT let this go until it is rectified. That's all I think I should share publicly for now as this moves forward.

Understandable. I don't want ANYONE going through this again, so I've resolved to do what it takes to get that result. I'll share more publicly once things have progressed.

Ok, so here is a bit of a random tidbit. Over a year ago, I contacted support at Hold'em Indicator to find out why the free version would not work on play money games. I got no response. I tried again a few days ago under the same name but different email and still got no response. I tried again last night using a different email and fake name. I got a response this time. Therefore, I have concluded that I pissed him off somehow. However, in the response I was to provide them with a product ID number which I did. I got a reply to that with a license code which is good for 24 hours. This is odd behavior. I replied back to that saying that I was not asking for a free 24 your trial of the real money games but was asking why the product will not work with play money games as advertised. I can't wait to see what the response is to that but I doubt that I will be getting one.

So what is the deal with this guy? I notice from this thread that others have had issues with this guy. I just find this odd. It is advertised as free for play money but when I ask I get an irrelevant reply. Anyone else experience this same issues with him? Does he pretend not to understand what someone is asking to dodge the issue in question, or what?
