Hi,

- Go to the HUD editor;
- Select the desired HUD;
- Highlight the required items;
- Specify hotkeys in the properties on the right;
- Save all changes!


If you've already assigned hotkeys, but they don't work, try disabling your antivirus / firewall. Also, you may have a conflict with other programs that also use hotkeys, try disabling these programs for a while.

Thanks, I will try that next time. Why is it that whenever I add a stat to a hud it shows up as -- in the preview? Does this program cut hand histories to its database? I can see some of my hands are lost from the file pokersites store at.

Whenever you add new stats to your HUD or popups you must rebuild stats in the main window

It is better to immediately create all the necessary statistics, and then rebuild the stats.

You can also use the TEST button in the stat editor to make sure the stat is created correctly.

Hello, I have a question regarding Edge please :

I'd like to study bet sizings on board textures, is there any way I can hover over the "Boards" and get all the sizings that your opponent bets/folds to please?

When I hover over the AAx board I get this :



But I wanna see the bet sizings used instead ("Fold vs bet 0.25-0.4 pot", etc.).

How do I do this please? And if that's not possible what is the best way of studying bet sizes used on boards please?

I tried copying every "bet sizings" in "popup on stats", pasting them in a stat, putting that stat in "postflop diagram" and rebuilding, but that didn't work.

Since last update of PokerStars software hand2note hud does not load and hands are not imported. Is there any info on this?

I've read this many times, but I still cannot figure out how to put bet sizings into the "postflop diagram", only in "popup on stats" which does not work with board textures.

I also cannot afford private training, especially since I don't have much left to figure out.

Could you just tell me how to put "bet sizings" into "postflop diagram", if that's even possible? Nothing I tried worked.

Hello, HUD works fine on PS reg tables, but doesn´t show up with at zoom tables.

Please update Hand2Note up to the latest version 3.3.1.22 and make sure again you have configured Autoimport correctly (sometimes settings get lost after updating):

Reboot your PC and router
Delete or Disable your antivirus
Start Hand2Note as administrator
Start PokerStars as administrator
Open one table and play a few hands

Ok, Here is an example how to study these using extended popup

1. Create a 2 stats lets say cbet In position and fold to cbet out of position , put them in your popup or new tab in your popup
2. Hold control select these 2 stats right click and please select mass clone
3. Select Clone By Custom Filter
4. Press create stat
5. Open Hand Strength Tab
6. In this example we select just High card A

7. Press ok
8. Create prefix or suffix like Ahi_all, press ok
9. Now you got 2 new stats cbet ip on Ahi boards and Fold to cbet OOp on Ahi boards
10. Go to Settings-->Popup on stats->Bet sizings
These settings are used for the extended popups
For cbet size use Action-> bet to study villain most used sizings and how he plays

Yes it´s working! Ty!

I want to have the stat Flop Aggression in pots which were smaller than 20bb when the river was dealt. So made the actions for the flop and then set for the river intital pot 0-20bb. This stat always returns 100%. Same stat for the river works as intended or when i remove the river pot-size requirement the Flop-stat works. Any ideas how to get this working or is this just not possible in H2N?

Every time you have made some custom plain stats, then you should add the new stats in your Popup/HUD and rebuild your statistics.

If it is not your case, please send your Config folder to support@hand2note.com and show on the screenshot where to find your incorrect stat.

Hello, when I try to rename or clone my popups the initial name ALWAYS comes back, I CANNOT change names, my popup profiles are just full of the same names with a bunch of "1" behind them. Even when I delete them they come back sometimes.

I've changed names in the popup config folder, reinstalled Hand2Note twice, restoring the old config, nothing ever works, the old names always come back like cancer.

Please tell me how to solve that problem, it is driving me crazy.

(I have an edge subscription)

Make sure you are running latest version of Hand2Note which is 3.3.1.22
Try to remove or turn off your antivirus.
Also please add Hand2Note folder to the windows exclusions https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/...4-c301afe13b26
Please install latest windows updates.
Restart your pc.
Make sure to run Hand2Note always as an administrator.


If this still does not help. Please reinstall again http://hand2note.com/Help/pages/Trou...einstallation/

And check if your problem exists on default configuration : Run Hand2Note in the default configuration (do not restore your config first), enter the license key and check if the problem persists that occurred before reinstalling.
