I ddi it but Replayer still changes possition.
1. H2N Replayer switches player position( I have set it up for seat 1 but it moves me in replayer)
2. How to disable showing Hero HUD( I want only opponents HUD while I am playing)
3. Custom HUD stats does not show up - only dashes

I tried to go through the settings and rebuilding database but it still does not work

1. If you're playing different rooms or different table sizes it's better to disable synchronization between replayer and the tables and set the replayer layout once manually.
2. Hero HUD is disabled by default, if you're using a custom HUD, then you need to find and delete or modify Hero HUD table: https://hand2note.com/Help/pages/HUD...ay-hud-on-hero
3. You must rebuild stats in the main menu every time you add new stats, change popup profiles configuration or change Game Types settings. In the main window click Clear Stats -> Build stats

Has anyone been able to get H2N work with Bovada/Ignition cash or tournaments? That is my main site in terms of volume and I'm dying to do some range analysis on pool tendencies

You need to use a card catcher. I use the one from ACE Poker Solutions.. IT has the instructions on how to use it with H2N

That being said for population Analysis.. I highly recommend getting the Hand History Converter from ACE Poker Solutions.. You can download the Ignition hands a day later with all hole cards shown, and then import them to Hand2Note. They come in PS format so you would find the hands under PS. This will give you by far the most accurate population analysis for Ignition. This is what I do.. and its super valuable..

Thanks! Can you tell me what "IT" is when you say "IT has the instructions on how to use it with H2N." Do you mean that the converted itself has instructions somewhere?

I was able to convert my Ignition hands to PS format and import them into H2N. However, I am having a ton of issues getting Range Research to function as I expect.

1: Difficulty setting up a game type
I created an "NL25 Zoom" game type where I set the BB size to 0.25.
I cleared and rebuilt my stats.
I then went to Range Research and ran a report across all rooms. The report result is empty. It is empty under both profiles, default and PokerMaster Default Popup.


What's going on?

2: PokerMaster Default Popup produces no report results
If I take a report I ran in range research and switch the profile to PokerMaster Default Popup, the resulting report is empty. I can rerun the report and it remains empty. Do I need to do something to configure this popup?

3: "Show hero stats" in range research
What does this do? I have clicked this on a report that did run, but none of my screen updated.

4: Incorrect statistic categorization in "Fold to 3bet"
Am I misunderstanding the "Fold to 3bet" stat? They all appear to be cases where I called 3bets. For example, this case where I called a 3bet from the BB.

1. Game types take top-down priority in the list. So in you screenshot your hands will first go to default 3-10 game types and won't appear in your NL25 and NL5 zoom game types. You must move them to the top of the list.

2. Only active popup profile will show you stat values. You must pick a popup profile for the proper game type and rebuild stats.

3. Hero stats are excluded from RR reports for report accuracy and there's no way to inclode them.

4. Preflop diagram displays alternative actions by default. Since you won't be able to see folded hands, you can see alternative actions - Calls and Raises in the similar situation. You can read more about preflop diagrams here: https://hand2note.com/Help/pages/ExtendedPopup/

1. Thank you for that clarification. I cleared my statistics and reordered my game types . Then, I rebuilt my stats and my reports. Sure enough, my NL25 and NL5 Zoom reports are showing hands now. But, the reports are identical. Same number of hands, same everything in the "Result" tab.

Digging a little deeper, the NL25 Zoom report is showing hands from all stakes. (note the NL5 Zoom hands in the hand viewer).

I should also mention that the NL5 Zoom named report has its Game Type set to NL5 Zoom on the report page. The report result however shows "NL25 Zoom" when I click the gear and hover "Switch gametype." When I close and reopen Range Research, this report has the game type changed to NL25 Zoom in the report view as well. I can't seem to get the NL5 Zoom Game Type to "stick."

Did I do something wrong in my report configuration and/or game type setup?

3: Does this mean that the "Show hero stats" option does nothing in the Range Research view?

4: Other than querying for these hands directly, is there anyway I can see a nice range diagram of hands I have folded? I was hoping the "Fold to 3bet" range would show me hands I folded (as opposed to hands I raised or called) so I could at a glance see if I was overfolding big hands.

What is the value of the Fold to 4-Bet range pop up here? It displays the same information as the Call-4bet pop up.

You need to remove Zoom mark from Game Types, it doesn't work properly

I removed the Zoom mark, cleared my stats, and rebuilt the report. There are more hands in the report now, but it is still not correctly filtering by blind level

any ETA for update which fixes ACR Blitz tables hud not updating correctly ? its been a long time not working that way. works for 5 minutes then stops updating hud on right players. I dont understand how can you say in this thread, that its working for blitz but even Support on your homepage says that there is no fix for that yet.

@Cities, which room are the hands from and what currency does it use? BB size should be working properly. If you can post a sample of hands from your nl25 and nl5 games, that'd be helpful.

Regarding your other questions, Show hero stats in the RR simply switches display to your Hero popup, regardless of the report filters.
And no, there is currently no way to quickly access range of folded hands in the popup even for hero. You can go to Reports menu and add +Filter with Fold action, then right-click and select Show Hands. But also as a general rule you can assume that cells unmarked by Call or Raise display your Fold range.

Nothing happens for me when I click "Show Hero Stats." That's less of a concern than getting the game types working properly though.

Seems like this will work except for hands I play with a mixed strategy. Opening from UTG vs a CO 3bet for example, I'm mixing the majority of my range. TT is calling ~35%, raising ~35%, and folding 30%. Thanks for the tip with the report.

It is looks like you still have issue with game types. If you need to do research on different limits, best way to do it - create different databases for each stake level and do researches on that databases.

Can you point to anything wrong with this configuration?

Today I player on 888, I have my results in hm But I don’t in h2n. I tried to import from the db of hm but nothing happened. What I have to do?

I’ve also noticed sometimes it misses one hand from pokerstars?! Literally only one hand
