Just downloaded today, why doesn't total hand display stat work(displays default 99)? Is there an faq explaining the advanced hud that comes with the download? Are there alternate huds available for trial, specifically any dynamic huds or do you have to purchase the packages?

1. Open Hud Editor -> Select your HUD -> Select the cell in which is located the stat Hands -> Choose Insert by mouse right-click -> Eхpression stat -> Hands -> Save

Getting a English user manual is essential imo

I downloaded the software to give it a little try as I am not totally happy with PT4 and some of the basic things I want to do I have no clue how to. Setting up a DB user names etc you can work it on pretty much and there is a little help on the forum but...

For example some of the quick things I tried to do i could not find easily

find a tournament and play through the tournament.
within reports filter for antes only results
why in reports by positions can I not get bb/100 just shows as NaN even though it give it?
how to get date filters to apply to all options in reports rather than have to go into each option and manually change the date?

I have not even tried to get to setting up a HUD etc yet either and I am sure this is not as straightforward as some of those questions should be

I think this software has some great potential actually its just a question of getting it as user friendly as possible as quickly as possible.

to add to this I took a quick look at making a Hud and the short video is not detailed enough to be honest
just changing to font size of stats to be bigger was very difficult to work out. plus I can't get the Hud to show when I replay a hand either

I think you need a lot of work quickly to make this consumer friendly. the product is probably better than hem2/pt4 but people are not going to switch atm unless it's easier to navigate imo

sorry wrote all this quickly.
In reports by positions I get bb/100 by position but in total it just shows a NaN for example. It works ok if I set a short date filter but not for year to date.

I`m getting a bunch of "99" values while using the HUD live at the tables.

Also Pop-ups after inserting the Expression stat seem to disappear.

I added some stats to the default (simple) hud in the hud editor.
I would like to add nr of BB´s stat (for tournaments) but cant find it in the available stats.

Is there a way to add this stat? I had a look in the filters editor but have no clue how to make it.

the HUD appears on the replayer only if clicking "R", just hovering over the "play" button to trigger replay doesn't display the HUD

hi just revisiting this software, could you provide an answer to the above queries?

being able to play through a whole tournament in review is really the man problem I have with the software. If its not possible to do this then its not really a viable tracker at the moment.

At the moment, we decided to concentrate our efforts on unique features instead of spending time for things that are already made in other programs.

Reports have appeared only in the latest versions of Hand2Note and they will be improved systematically.
We have already received a lot of proposals for being improved, and they will be implemented in the future.

How do I sync site time zones? It says "changing time zones requires rebuilding statistics" what does that mean? Is there a way to add rake back and bonuses?

On my HUD it says I have 30 hands on players that I have 10000?

For range research, how do I filter out for one particular limit(for eg I just wanna see the results for nl1k players)?
