Information for positional stats is collected from the result of the last hands, respectively, is displayed with a lag.

What's the syntax for getting a badge to display only if we have at least x amount of hands on Villain? Is it even possible to do since Hands is an expression stat?

It did not work when I imported the PT4 database. My results graph was upside down. I have not yet imported the hands manually straight from the ace converter. That might work?

If you find a way of getting it working please post here how you did it.

Hi.
I used H2note like one year straight but switched back to pt4 and hem2 because H2note didnt update their Pokermastersupport. Couple of weeks ago i bought edge version to use in pokerstars. I didn't get h2note work in pokerstars (i have lifetime license to h2note) and h2note support tried to get it work with teamviewer but support just said ''no can do''...
I asked money back from my earlier Pokermaster hud purchase and edgelicense.
Support told me that i didn't have those when their support couldn't handle pokermasterissues anymore (im 100% sure that i had license for both of those)

Then i asked that can i get my money back even from that edge version which i just purchase. Support went offline and never answered me again.

Now i opened H2note and i see that they are declined my edgeversion but never sent money back to my skrill although they said they will refund that latest 19.90$ back

Total sum what they owe me is 97$.

I ve been in ''pokerbusiness'' last 13 years and never have this bad support experience.
I have a Pokermaster skypegroup which include about 50players. A lot of them used h2note but nobody haven't got refunds.

Now it seems H2note just ignoring everyone.

Similiar experiences here?

Our online support works 24/7 but sometimes it may not work due to holidays. Please try contacting our support again. Subscription issues are not resolved via public forums.

I have 4 questions:

1) Subscription seems unfavorable to MTT players. For example beginner subscription is up to NL50 cash but only to $17 MTT. Also what if players won satellite to more costly buy-in tourney or want to take occasional shot? Will they play HUDless or pay higher subscription just because of 1 or several tournaments?

2) How to turn off preflop heatmaps?

3) How to delete 'graph' in pop-up?

4) What do numbers in the Stat Editor -> Test mean? In this case 50/1856 (3%) 256 numbers?

1. You will need to pay at least a monthly subscription.

2. Do you mean disable preflop diagrams?

3. 'Graph' can not be deleted.

4. 50 cases from 1856
as a percentage it is = 3%
256 is the number of opportunities to perform this action.

I asked about refunds and i got this:

They say in their website that their goal is to be the most popular tracker in 2019 i really doubt that they gonna reach their goal

Are you aware of issue when one specific table hud gets stuck in front of other huds (making impossible to see other huds under) while playing tables in stack? It's there as long as table is closed or I restarts H2N.

I guess it's same problem as holdemmanager is facing...

Sometimes H2N fails to update hud and shows wrong/ last hand positional panels and wrong/ last hand effective stacks on Winamax. Would be nice if it gets fixed.
