When I import Ignition Hands (that have been converted to PokerStars format), H2N doesn't import all of them correctly. It treats some hands as duplicates even though they aren't otherwise included in the database. I isolated one specific hand that it was having trouble with and put it into its own text file, and then imported into a new, empty database. It's still treating the hand as a duplicate! Is this a known issue and does anyone know how to correct it? Hand history example to follow:

Hi, every time I try to import fewer hands - just $100 games from my database for example, it still imports my entire database.
I export from pt4 just $100 games, and then select import - from file.
Is there something I'm doing wrong? Thanks

Currently, Hand2Note supports MPN via converters only.

So, if you will find a converter that provides full hand histories you can use it with Hand2Note.

hey, I got it installed and it erased all my settings on stars, and its not letting hm2 import hands plus its not working either, so I havent been able to work all day.
after installing, uninstalling all the posgres etc, it screwed up all my computer and theres noone around to answer for hours, even days

How do I add a badge I created to my HUD? I can't find the option to insert badges in the HUD editor. Thanks.

Thanks I did eventually figure it out. At least I was able to add it in the HUD in the editor, I haven't actually seen the badge in my HUD yet. I'm not even sure my expression does what I want it to do but I have to assume the syntax is correct because I got the green checkmark. I know it's been said before but you guys really need to update your english language documentation/videos. The above info should be readily available on the H2N badges webpage. Thanks again.

How do you use the postflop diagram feature? If I click it to add it to a cell it is there, but it isn't linked to any stat and therefore just shows up blank.

If I wanted to say create a diagram that shows the strength/visual range of POT bets on flop what would I do?

Open Popup Editor, add a Preflop Diagram item in your Popup (1) and drag-n-drop the stat from your list of stats(2) into this item(3):

Please make sure that all the simple stats in your expression were built before.

Is there anyway to edit the position of the showdown hand HUD without having a hand go to showdown?

Hi, thx but I'm not looking for the preflop diagram. I'm trying to figure out the postflop diagrams. The 8 of them on the bottom left of your picture. So for example the first one in your picture is B ip: how do I get the postflop diagram show the strength of the hands when B ip?

I see the "show weak hands percent" checkbox but don't know how to link up stats to the postflop diagram to make it work.

For Postflop diagrams, you can do it the same way. Open Popup Editor, add a Postflop Diagram item in your Popup and drag-n-drop a postflop stat from your list of stats into that item.

Thank you, found out where I got lost. I was right clicking add stat to those diagrams and it would just make them disappear, I assumed would have been same as drag-n-drop.

These apps have to be used to use hand2note but is it safe to use them?

I need to know the best way to get my ignition hands imported into H2N... i have ignition card catcher that i have used to get my hands imported to PT4 but the support @ ignition card catcher just told me that the ignition card catcher would not work for H2N
