You may delete old logs. They do not affect the operation of the program.

Besides, you can disable logging in Configuration->Other Options->Logging. In this case, Hand2Note will only save system logs.

Has anyone had any luck getting Bovada / Ignition hands imported into H2N? I've been using a converter that outputs Pokerstars format HHs. It worked for me with other database software but it's missing hands and giving incorrect results in H2N. Any advice would be appreciated.

How can I see who are the players included in range research after I apply a filter?

I have been making a HUD for some time now with over 1000 stats. When I look in the maintenance area it says there are 2 stats which are not used. But as far as I know this should not be the case.

Is there an easy way to find out which they are. Like in a log file or something?

I don't want there to be a mistake in the HUD or Pop Ups. Obviously it's not easy to fault find with over 1K stats.

Fold to 3bet isn't showing any stats even though there should be some opportunities after this many hands. Also I have hands set to display far right bottom row but it only works sometimes so I had to add hands to the top row. It would be nice if it worked consistently where I wanted it to.

Yes this seems to have worked thanks. Results tracking for party poker 10 seat double or nothing sngs doesn't work properly either. It tracks all the games as finishing out of the money.

Edit: will I need to clear and rebuild stats every time I change my HUD?

Still having problems getting hands stat to display. It worked once and now it isn't displaying again no matter where I put it on the HUD. I've recompiled stats and restarted the application a number of times.

Please, provide us with the additional information:

1. Archive the folder with Hand2Note and send to us by email to support@hand2note.com with a link to your message on the forum.(You can remove old log files in the folder C:\Program Files\Hand2Note\logs to reduce the size of an archive.)

2. Please, make a visual representation of the problem. For example, short video or screenshots where we can see a bug. This will help us a lot to reproduce and fix the problem.

The PM HUD consistently doesnt track hands correctly - it either misses hands, or doesnt interpret the hand histories correctly. Yesterday the tracker was out by about 500 big blinds (!)

I can forgive a couple of hands here and there, but this is not a one or two-off. Some hands are also completely missed.

I like the software, but have been very unhappy with the communication on the support forum.

It would be more forgivable if I would at least get a response acknowledging the problem, or suggestions why might be occuring rather than a copy+paste response to forward 20GB of logs that may/may not actually be read.

does h2n work with ignition

You can use Hand2Note in unsupported poker rooms if you have found a handhistory converter only.

In this case, you need to enable HUD based on converter hand history in Configurator --> HUD:

Please ensure that you don't have too many hands in selected auto import folders in Configuration -> Auto Import. If there are too many hands then Hand2Note will be busy by importing hands and will not show HUD until import finishes.

I'd like to know whether it's possible to show alltime stats in HUD for hero. It shows the stats of my actual session, but I couldn't figure out so far if it works for all the hands I played. I can see that it shows up in hand replayer, but not on the current ongoing table.
