As far as I know, there is no option to download your hand history on Global Poker.

StarsHelper and StarsCaption work with any custom PokerStars layout without any additional configuration (you may need to restart the program after changing the poker table theme/layout). It doesn't require any special settings of the poker client, except these:

1. StarsCaption must be run as admin. Right click on the program shortcut, then click on Properties, select the Compability tab and turn on Run this program as administrator option.
2. Poker client must be English.
3. The system time on the computer to be correct, otherwise the program may not work (startup message will appear "License server is not responding").

How can i import all my PT4 data into hand2note, i keep getting an error message when i open up hand2note that 58 files could not import properly how do i fix/do both?

Please note that IPoker hand histories import from PT4 is not supported because PT4 converts IPoker hand histories in its own unique format:

Also, you can't import hand histories for rooms that require a converter.

So i'm playing on usa sites atm, what sites does hand2note support i know ACR is supported but what about betonline, black chip poker etc. would appreciate information.

Currently, Hand2Note supports the following poker rooms(networks) without converters: PokerStars, PartyPoker, Winamax, Winning, iPoker and Pacific Network. You can see all these rooms at the top of the list in Configurator->Rooms:

All other rooms in the list require converters. That is always indicated in the room's settings:

Besides, you can also use Hand2Note in unsupported poker rooms if you have found a hand-history converter. In this case, you need to enable HUD based on converter hand history in Configurator --> HUD:

how do I organize stats that I made?

i made and edited a bunch of stats, and i see how to create a new folder to organize them, but when i go to move a stat into the folder i get the circle with the line through it (the X thingy, saying I can't move it there)

how do i move stats into folders?

another question: i play in the US and play on wsop.com and 888poker.com (both are 888poker software) and you can play on them at the same time. for entering my site nicknames, i can enter my wsop sn under pacific, and that seems to work fine, but is there anyway to add a second nickame on pacific as well?

How does the hud filter stats?

On pokertracker i can set it to number of players 2-2 or 3-10...this means if i'm playing heads up i will only see stats from heads up play, and when playing 3-10 handed i will only see stats from 3-10 handed.

how do you do the same on hand2note?

I see how i can edit a certain stat to apply to certain player numbers, and i see how i can make a stat on the hud visible or not depending on players, as well as how i can show different huds for different number of players

is there a way to change the general hud player number filters?

Do you have any plan to support Jackpot and SNG 2.0 poker on WPN?

WPN finally started to support HUDs on these games as they are writing hand history on the hard drive now.

So HUD works now with PT4 and I'm wondering what is the reason Hand2Note is not supporting it.

Or should I contact WPN Tools?

doesn't this just select which hud shows for which game type though?

i'm looking to filter the actual stats based on number of playeers. i.e. if i've never played with someone before and i play 500 hands heads up with someone, and then they sit at my 6max cash table, i don't want to see any of those heads up stats as part of the 6max sample size. the hud should read that i have 0 hands on them for the 6max (since i've never played 6max with them before)

just so i'm clear:

under game types, if i set NL Cash3-10max with "mycustomhud", and then also set NL Cash HU to also use "mycustomhud", then, despite both using the same hud, the stats shown during play will be filtered for 3-10 or heads up play?
