I can agree that the support is the worst in the business. They are taking 2-4 days to answer emails and they provide inadequate answers

I also want to mention the amount of bugs that I have reported and they can replicate but I m still with that bugs since 3months ago

It's funny because there are a lot of settings with big blinds but not the big blind stat itself. I hope you will implement this in the next versions not in the future.
