2) You can rebuild you statistics for available period or for all time in the main window of Hand2note.
If you want to see statistics for another period you can create a new database with only the necessary hands:

Ok but why it misses so many 888 hands?

Please archive and send the hands that you're importing to our email support@hand2note.com for investigation.
If you have autoimport set correctly from 888 hh folder and you have appropriate game types that support all of your hands played, there should be little to none hand loss during the game. There are a few known issues with the new 888 client versions, for which we're yet to update our integration modules, however we've not received reports of any form of major hand loss in this room.

Hi, are you using any additional software?

If everything is configured correctly, try uninstalling your antivirus / firewall.

How do I get H2N working with pokerbros on LD4. I have LD player 4.0, H2n asia etc. The only way I've been able to get it working is to run emulator/pokerbros app/H2n/restart emulators...And this sometimes gets a hud displayed on one of the emulator instances but never more than one. Should I downgrade the ld4 player? Turn off windows defender? If so which parts? I even tried bluestacks but I can't even get a table open on there because it recognizes that I'm on an emulator. I would really appreciate some help. Customer service was a dead end.

1.Delete all your emulators.
2.Reboot pc
3.Open Hand2Note
4.Create new emulator
5. Set this option in emulator settings - https://gyazo.com/f29be5d54f94f4224098e9a3a2f52731
6.Install poker app
7.Restart emulator
8.Wait 1 minute
9.Launch Poker app
10.Wait for HUD
11. After HUD appears - repeat for a needed number of emulators except steps 1-3.

Thank you. I think that solved 99% of the issues. One thing though, I can get the hud working in clubs without emulator bans but no with. Is their something I need to do to get around this?

Hand2Note can only bypass emulator bans on some apps, PokerBros not being one of them at this time.

Can H2N be used in combination with Asian Hand Convertor or Elite Hud?

Hello, I have a question please :

1) Hand2Note deleted my biggest popup by itself. I did not delete it, yesterday it was there, and today it's gone. I checked in "Popup profiles" in "Config" and it's actually still there, only Popup Editor cannot see it. It took me hours to put it together, is there any way I can get it to work and if so how please?

2) I've also experienced a much smaller problem days ago, I tried to change the names of a few of my popups, it worked, but the day after that the popups had gotten back to their previous names. There seems to be a problem with popups in general.

Is there anything I can do to prevent problems like that from happening again please? (on top of how to recover my lost popup)

I was already in the last version and autoimport it's excelent, regular tables work fine but Ante tables don't

1. PokerStars HandHistory settings window

2. Hand2Note Configuration-> Auto Import window

3. Hand2Note Configuration -> HUD window

If HUD is displayed on ordinary tables, then obviously the problem is not with auto-import, there may be a problem in the Configuration / Game Type.

How can I make hotkeys to work?

Assign hotkeys in HUD editor or in Game Types, make sure you have correct language active in Windows and always run Hand2Note as administrator.
