Hi there,
I already messaged the support, but I'm posting this here as well just in case: Windows Defender has found a "Severe threat" in the hand2note folder. I'm inserting the url of my screenshot, hope it displays correctly:

Should I be worried? I'm no computer security expert, but it doesn't look right.

Hello. It is false positive alert only from windows antivirus. Add Hand2Note folder to exceptions list or let him delete that file every time if you don't play on Wepoker.

You should get used to it, at first it might seem that it is complex. Try using templates for your formatting. Create as many templates as u want. You can create a new template by clicking on a heart button. Then after you've done placing your stats just press cntrl or shift select multiple cells and begin applying your template.

Hey. In the Range Research tab, what is the difference between Villian and Player? Like what defines who is Villian and who is Player?

Player is the main subject of the stat, the one who performs the main action in the stat settings. Villain is any other participant in the action.
For example in 3bet stat, a Villain is the first raiser and Player is the one who 3bets. This applies not only to Range Research, but to all stats in Hand2Note.

Also, in Range Research how do I go about narrowing down research on specific game like 200NL 6max? I have data for 200NL 9max, 100NL 6max, etc, but only want 200NL 6max.

I see I can make a Game Type but don't see how I can make it specifically for 200NL?

If you have the time and desire, then you can try this option:

So I can export the specific hands successfully, but every time I go to build the new database it just loads all my hands again. When I export the specific hands for 200NL fast it gives the prompt that it was successful and shows correct number of hands. I have it exported to a folder. When I load this specific folder all hands in the entire database are loaded.

Not sure what I am doing wrong here?

Hi, check if you have enabled archiving Configuration / Auto Import. If disabled, then every time a new base is created, the hand history from the poker room auto-import folders will be automatically loaded into it.

Creating a new database

- Go to Configuration → Database
- Click "Create database…"
- Enter the name of a new database
- Click "Activate"
- Wait while Hand2Note restarts.
- Go back to Configuration → Database and delete the old database, if necessary.

Why lot of times it doesn’t import all the hands I played? Like right now I can see all of them in hm2, in hm2 archive, in pokerstars folder but I can’t import all of them in hand2note. What I have to do?
