I am having an issue with the GT-HUd many times when im 4 bet in the dynamic hud it will continue to show me the 4 bettors 3 bet stats as if they have not 4 bet me, so i dont know what to do


it doesnt happen all the time, im not thinking , maybe it does happen everytime, cuz im not 4 bet that often i guess? but its costing me money when it does happen cuz it shows me only the 3 bet info instead of the fold to 5 bet and the 4 bet ranges

maybe someone can send me the updated hud that doesnt do this? or look on my pc for why this is happening, 4 bets are extremely important and im making bad decisions and its costing me a ton of money

I have to say, as long time user, I'm very disappointed with how H2N approached my situation. So I bought subscription for a longer period as I was happy how program was working on PS, but then decided to switch and play on GG poker, and while there HUD doesn't work, you can import HH after session and analyze your game. Problem is, H2N does not support GG poker, one of the largest poker rooms, and when I asked them to pause my subscription, as I can't use their program, they refused, and when I've asked for a reason, they just said they don't do that and that's it.

While I can understand this policy from smaller companies/programs that cost way less money, this is totally unacceptable in my opinion if they can't support one of the largest poker rooms.

When in the main page I try to select hands of last month it keeps showing all time hands even when I try to click build stats multiple times. What I have to do?

Hi, you need to select the required time period and rebuild the stats.

You need to:
1. Select needed period
2. Click on clear stats
3. Click on build stats

I'm trying to load my hands into Hand2Note. I am on ACR but I have two of the same screen names in my Database.

1) True Poker
2) Winning Poker Network

I try to load my hands into Hand2Note and it only loads my WPN hands (which is only 37k hands). How do I load my True Poker hands even if they have the same screen name?

Also I am a complete newb when it comes to computers. I am looking to buy a HUD - where do I do that?

I've made my own converter for an unsupported site. I convert the hh's to PokerStars format and I can import them to PT4 but not for Hand2Note. I am not getting any error messages or so though. Is it possible to log these errors or something? And here's a sample of how a converted HH looks:

Have you try to import True poker hands to new database without any other hands? If it won't work - send us that hands to email support@hand2note.com so we can check it.

I switched to Ignition Poker. I have to use a hand catcher to import hands and then use Hand2Note.

I got the HUD working on Regular Tables.

Do you know if the HUD works on zone tables? (zone = zoom)

No, Zoom in Ignition Poker is not supported.

Hi, just got the trial. Imported database from PT4 and added ACR's HH folder for the import.

Report/session not showing data correctly. Looks like the reason is that I'm from US and ACR's HH/PT4 is done in MM/DD/YYYY format while hand2note software reads it all as DD/MM/YYYY. How do I fix this?

Please show on the screenshot which data are displayed incorrectly.

I don't think it matters what country you are from. Just try importing handhistories from the archive, and also try rebuilding the stats.


Also make sure you have the latest version of H2N.

I already messaged the support, but I'm posting this here as well just in case: Windows Defender has found a "Severe threat" in the hand2note folder. I'm inserting the url of my screenshot, hope it displays correctly:



Should I be worried? I'm no computer security expert, but it doesn't look right.

Also, on a different note, having used PT4 for years and having very recently switched to Hand2Note, it does feel like an upgrade. The HUD Editor, among other things, is infinitely more practical. Well, it would be if the colorizing system wasn't buggy: the colors are unstable, when say you assign a certain palette of colors to a stat, said palette might randomly get messed up at some point, and you have to do it all over again. This is quite frustrating.
