You shouldn't play with both trackers in the same time. Play with one of them and after session import hands to second one.

I asked an update on the WPN problem on blitz and sitngos, and live support started giving me the standard links for when something isn't working (like how to reinstall) which seems to imply it is not recognized as a problem. Is this being worked on or not? If it isn't that's fine, but It's been several months- almost a year even. Really prefer your HUD because of the speed and will happily pay the price when/if it's fixed.

It is recognized as a problem and it will be fixed, however due to rare occurence among our users and the source of the problem, it is currently not a high-priority task. There are more critical issues that our development team is busy with.

I've asked this before, but it's really important so I'd like to give it another shot:

Is there a way to see a hand range of _folded_ hands? I'm trying to estimate player pool ranges, and I need to know how often players fold hands to do this accurately.

Ex: I have a range that shows the CO opening T9o 23 times and limping it 23 times. Does this mean T9o is in the pool's CO RFI range 50% of the time? No, that is the highest possible value. If the CO folded this hand 500x, this hand is in the RFI range only 5% of the time.

Without a way to see folding information, all of the ranges cannot be used to accurately estimate opening frequencies.

Of course you can't find that information because you can't know opponents hole cards.

Any estimation when hand2note will work again with PPPoker?

Unfortunately, there is no exact ETA right now.

Regardless, is there at least a way to see the total count of hands for a given spot? That is, when I make a report on CO raise first in, is there anywhere I can see the total # of hands that were folded?
